Abstract
The invention relates to a convex relief embroidery and a processing method thereof, comprising the following steps: drawing an embroidery pattern, and performing computerized embroidery printing according to the embroidery pattern; sequentially stacking a first leather layer, a second leather layer, a high-density foam layer and a third leather layer of the embroidery base material from top to bottom, wherein the thickness of the first leather layer is 0.8mm-1mm, the thickness of the foam layer is 3mm-5mm, the thickness of the high-density foam layer is 3mm-5mm, and the thickness of the third leather layer is 0.8mm-1mm; embroidering the embroidery bottom material with the embroidery pattern by the embroidery needle, wherein the embroidery thread is connected with the first leather layer, the second leather layer, the high-density foam layer and the third leather layer in a penetrating way, and the surface layer of the first leather layer is embroidered to form the embroidery pattern; cutting the first leather layer along one side or the other side of the line of the embroidery pattern by using a cutting tool, wherein the cutting edges of the first leather layer at two sides of a cutting opening formed by cutting are tilted upwards; the first leather layers on both sides of the cutting opening are turned outwards by using the bone comb. The invention has the advantages of good three-dimensional effect and relief effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of embroidery, in particular to a convex relief embroidery and a processing method thereof.
Background
The embroidery is to use embroidery needle to draw color thread, the designed pattern is embroidered on the embroidery backing material to form pattern patterns, and embroidery of different patterns is embroidered on the surface of the pattern patterns by using the embroidery backing material, but most of the current embroidery belongs to plane embroidery, the layering sense of the patterns on the embroidery is not strong, the three-dimensional effect is weak, and the vivid dynamic sense is lacking; the existing three-dimensional embroidery is mostly embroidered by adopting a gradual layer method, namely, embroidery threads are stacked one by one to a certain height to show three-dimensional effect, and although the three-dimensional effect can be better shown, the three-dimensional embroidery has the advantages of more consumables, long time consumption and relatively high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of providing a convex relief embroidery with good three-dimensional effect and relief effect and a processing method thereof.

sequentially stacking a first leather layer, a second leather layer, a high-density foam layer and a third leather layer from top to bottom to form an embroidery base material, wherein the embroidery base material is fixed on an embroidery frame, so that the surfaces of the first leather layer, the second leather layer, the high-density foam layer and the third leather layer are kept flat and tightly adhered, the thickness of the first leather layer is 0.8mm-1mm, the thickness of the foam layer is 3mm-5mm, the thickness of the high-density foam layer is 3mm-5mm, and the thickness of the third leather layer is 0.8mm-1mm;
step three, embroidering the embroidery base material according to a preset embroidery pattern by an embroidery needle, wherein embroidery threads penetrate through the first leather layer, the second leather layer, the high-density foam layer and the third leather layer, and embroidery patterns are formed on the surface layer of the first leather layer;
cutting the first leather layer along one side or the other side of the line of the embroidery pattern by using a cutting tool, wherein the embroidery threads in the embroidery pattern cannot be cut, and the cutting edges of the first leather layer on two sides of a cutting opening formed by cutting are tilted upwards;
as a preferable scheme of the processing method of the convex embossment embroidery, the processing method further comprises a step five of outwards turning the first leather layers at two sides of the cutting opening by using a smooth bone comb.
In the third step, the stitch length of the embroidery needle is between 0.2mm and 0.3 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the method for producing a convex embossed embroidery according to the present invention, in the fourth step, the edge of the cutting tool is cut obliquely toward the embroidery pattern side.
As a preferable mode of the processing method of the convex relief embroidery of the present invention, the embroidery thread is formed by twisting 3 strands of 40 yarns.
As a preferable mode of the processing method of the convex relief embroidery of the present invention, the first leather layer, the second leather layer and the third leather layer are sheepskin.

As a preferable mode of the convex relief embroidery of the present invention, the cutting surface of the cutting opening is arranged obliquely from bottom to top along the bottom of the embroidery pattern.
As a preferred embodiment of the convex relief embroidery of the present invention, the embroidery thread is formed by twisting 3 strands of 40 yarns.
As a preferable mode of the convex embossed embroidery of the present invention, the first leather layer, the second leather layer and the third leather layer are sheepskin.
Compared with the prior art, the convex relief embroidery and the processing method thereof have the following beneficial effects:

sequentially stacking the first leather layer 1, the second leather layer 2, the high-density foam layer 3 and the third leather layer 4 from top to bottom to form embroidery base materials, wherein the embroidery base materials are fixed on an embroidery frame, so that the surfaces of the first leather layer 1, the second leather layer 2, the high-density foam layer 3 and the third leather layer 4 are kept flat and tightly attached, the thickness of the first leather layer 1 is 0.8mm-1mm, the thickness of the foam layer is 3mm-5mm, the thickness of the high-density foam layer 3 is 3mm-5mm, and the thickness of the third leather layer 4 is 0.8mm-1mm;
step three, embroidering the embroidery base material according to a preset embroidery pattern by an embroidery needle, wherein the embroidery thread is connected with the first leather layer 1, the second leather layer 2, the high-density foam layer 3 and the third leather layer 4 in a penetrating way, and embroidery patterns 5 are embroidered on the surface layer of the first leather layer 1;
and step four, cutting the first leather layer 1 along one side or the other side of the line of the embroidery pattern 5 by using a cutting tool, and failing to cut the embroidery line in the embroidery pattern 5, wherein the cutting edges of the first leather layer 1 on both sides of the cutting opening 6 formed by cutting are tilted upwards.
According to the invention, the embroidery base material formed by combining the first leather layer 1 with the thickness of 0.8mm-1mm, the second leather layer 2 with the thickness of 0.5mm-0.8mm, the high-density foam layer 3 with the thickness of 3mm-5mm and the third leather layer 4 with the thickness of 0.8mm-1mm is embroidered from top to bottom, after the first leather layer 1 is cut, the first leather layer 1 at two sides of the cutting opening 6 is tilted upwards, so that the stereoscopic effect is good, the second leather layer 2 bulges to generate a convex relief effect, the high-density foam layer 3 can enhance the stereoscopic impression and the relief effect, and the line spacing on the embroidery pattern is larger than 0.6mm, so that the stereoscopic effect is difficult to embody due to the fact that the lines of the embroidery pattern 5 are too dense after the embroidery is avoided.
More preferably, the method further comprises a step five, wherein the first leather layer 1 at two sides of the cutting opening 6 is turned outwards by using a smooth bone comb, so that the warping effect of the first leather layer 1 at two sides of the cutting opening 6 can be enhanced.
More preferably, in the third step, the stitch length of each stitch of the embroidery needle is between 0.2mm and 0.3mm, so that the three-dimensional effect of the embroidery pattern 5 is ensured, leather with too small stitch length can be tightly eaten and wrinkled, and leather with too large stitch length can be loosened, and the three-dimensional effect is not well reflected.
More preferably, in the fourth step, the edge of the cutting tool is cut obliquely toward one side of the embroidery pattern 5, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance and avoiding the appearance of the cutting surface of the cut 6 from the surface of the convex relief embroidery.
More preferably, the embroidery thread is formed by twisting 3 strands of 40 yarns, so that the three-dimensional effect of the embroidery pattern 5 is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the processing method of the convex embossment embroidery according to the present invention further provides a convex embossment embroidery, which includes embroidery threads and an embroidery fabric, wherein the embroidery fabric is composed of a first leather layer 1, a second leather layer 2, a high-density foam layer 3 and a third leather layer 4 which are arranged from top to bottom, the thickness of the first leather layer 1 is 0.8mm-1mm, the thickness of the high-density foam layer 3 is 3mm-5mm, the thickness of the foam layer is 3mm-5mm, the thickness of the third leather layer 4 is 0.8mm-1mm, the embroidery threads penetrate and connect the first leather layer 1, the second leather layer 2, the high-density foam layer 3 and the third leather layer 4, and form an embroidery pattern 5 on the surface of the first leather layer 1, one side or the other of lines on the embroidery pattern 5 and the first leather layer 1 form a cutting opening 6, wherein the cutting surface of the cutting opening 6 is inclined from the bottom to the first leather layer 6 along the cutting opening 6 on the bottom of the embroidery pattern 5.
According to the invention, the embroidery base material formed by combining the first leather layer 1 with the thickness of 0.8mm-1mm, the second leather layer 2 with the thickness of 0.5mm-0.8mm, the high-density foam layer 3 with the thickness of 3mm-5mm and the third leather layer 4 with the thickness of 0.8mm-1mm is embroidered from top to bottom, the first leather layer 1 at two sides of the cutting opening 6 is raised upwards to have a good three-dimensional effect, the second leather layer 2 is raised to generate a convex relief effect, the high-density foam layer 3 can enhance the three-dimensional effect and the relief effect, the line spacing on the embroidery pattern is larger than 0.6mm, and the phenomenon that the three-dimensional effect is difficult to embody due to the fact that the lines of the embroidery pattern 5 are too dense after embroidery is avoided.
More preferably, the first leather layer 1, the second leather layer 2 and the third leather layer 4 are all sheepskin, so that the whole convex relief embroidery is soft and elastic, and can be manufactured into a handbag, thereby being attractive and fashionable.

1. A method of processing a convex embossed embroidery, the method comprising the steps of:
drawing an embroidery pattern, and performing computerized embroidery printing according to the embroidery pattern, wherein the distance between lines on the embroidery pattern is larger than 0.6mm;
sequentially stacking a first leather layer, a second leather layer, a high-density foam layer and a third leather layer from top to bottom to form an embroidery base material, wherein the embroidery base material is fixed on an embroidery frame, so that the surfaces of the first leather layer, the second leather layer, the high-density foam layer and the third leather layer are kept flat and tightly adhered, the thickness of the first leather layer is 0.8mm-1mm, the thickness of the second leather layer is 0.5mm-0.8mm, the thickness of the high-density foam layer is 3mm-5mm, and the thickness of the third leather layer is 0.8mm-1mm;
step three, embroidering the embroidery base material according to a preset embroidery pattern by an embroidery needle, wherein embroidery threads penetrate through the first leather layer, the second leather layer, the high-density foam layer and the third leather layer, and embroidery patterns are formed on the surface layer of the first leather layer;
cutting the first leather layer along one side or the other side of the line of the embroidery pattern by using a cutting tool, wherein the embroidery threads in the embroidery pattern cannot be cut, and the cutting edges of the first leather layer on two sides of a cutting opening formed by cutting are tilted upwards;
and fifthly, turning the first leather layers on two sides of the cutting opening outwards by using a smooth bone comb.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in step three, the stitch length of the embroidery needle is between 0.2mm and 0.3 mm.
3. The method of manufacturing a convex embossed embroidery as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step four, the edge of the cutting tool is cut obliquely toward the embroidery pattern side.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the thread is formed by cabling 3 strands of 40 yarns.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the first leather layer, the second leather layer, and the third leather layer are sheepskin.
