背景技术
机械、化工、冶金等行业常用酸洗来清除金属材料及设备表面的铁锈、水垢、轧制氧化皮。酸洗用酸有硫酸、盐酸、硝酸以及硫酸和盐酸的混合酸等。金属在酸洗的过程中会产生大量的酸雾,这些酸雾不仅会造成环境污染,还会腐蚀周围的车间设备、设施,甚至对人体健康产生影响。酸洗难免会腐蚀金属,为提高酸洗过后金属的质量,减少金属表面的缺陷,保护设备的材质,延长设备的使用寿命等,必须在酸洗液中添加抑雾剂和缓蚀剂。抑雾剂用于抑制酸洗过程中产生的酸雾,缓蚀剂是金属材料酸洗过程中防止材料被深度腐蚀的重要添加剂,因此研究开发使用成本低廉、抑雾效果好、缓蚀效果好、适应性强、对环境友好的抑雾剂和缓蚀剂剂,无疑具有重要的实用价值。在酸洗液中加入抑雾剂和缓蚀剂能够使金属在酸洗过程中酸雾减少,腐蚀速率明显降低,避免发生过腐蚀。研制出有效的硝酸抑雾剂对化工、冶金等行业具有重大意义。

基于以上现有技术,本发明提供一种能够在金属材料酸洗过程中使用并且具有良好的抑雾、缓蚀性能的硝酸酸洗抑雾剂及其制备方法。本发明制备的硝酸抑雾剂性能稳定、操作简单、用量小、效率高、费用低、无毒无臭、对环境无污染,使用安全。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种硝酸抑雾剂,包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:纯碱12.0~18.0%,乳化剂0.8~1.2%,元明粉6.4~9.6%,硫脲0.8~1.2%,表面活性剂2.4~3.6%,余量为水。

为了更好的实现本发明,进一步的,所述的一种硝酸抑雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在反应器中依次加入纯碱、乳化剂、元明粉、硫脲和表面活性剂,然后缓慢加水搅拌至全部溶解,即得。有益效果
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明主要使用表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与乳化剂OP-10进行单体筛选与复配,对抑雾效率与处理后基材的电化学性能测试,不仅达到提高硝酸酸洗液缓蚀性和抑雾性的目的,还降低组分使用量,减少污染;
(2)本发明使用纯碱、元明粉和硫脲等弱碱性盐进行复配,具有极高的酸雾抑制效果,最佳抑雾率高达98%;再和乳化剂、表面活性剂结合,双重抑雾,也能将酸性气体罩凝转化,使液面形成厚密全覆盖性泡沫屏蔽层。经过双重抑雾,基本可以实现零酸雾车间;对硝酸引起的黄烟、红棕雾、黄龙等酸雾有特效消除效果;
(3)本发明制备的硝酸抑雾剂起效快,加入本剂后,几分钟后便可自动高效抑雾,不仅满足了酸洗行业对酸雾抑制的需求,兼具促进酸洗速度,缓蚀保护不锈钢的辅助作用,有效地避免了过酸洗造成的基材损失和酸洗液的浪费,具有明显的经济和社会效益;
(4)本发明制备的硝酸抑雾剂无磷,不含六价铬有害物质,对环境影响小。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种硝酸抑雾剂,包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:纯碱12.0%,OP-10 0.8%,元明粉6.4%,硫脲0.8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.4%,余量为去离子水或者纯化水。其制备方法包括以下步骤:在反应器中依次加入纯碱、OP-10、元明粉、硫脲和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,然后缓慢加水搅拌至全部溶解,即得。
实施例2
一种硝酸抑雾剂,包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:纯碱13.5%,OP-10 0.9%,元明粉7.2%,硫脲0.9%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.7%,余量为去离子水或者纯化水。其制备方法包括以下步骤:在反应器中依次加入纯碱、OP-10、元明粉、硫脲和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,然后缓慢加水搅拌至全部溶解,即得。
实施例3
一种硝酸抑雾剂,包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:纯碱15.0%,OP-10 1.0%,元明粉8.0%,硫脲1.0%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.0%,余量为去离子水或者纯化水。其制备方法包括以下步骤:在反应器中依次加入纯碱、OP-10、元明粉、硫脲和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,然后缓慢加水搅拌至全部溶解,即得。
实施例4
一种硝酸抑雾剂,包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:纯碱16.5%,OP-10 1.1%,元明粉8.8%,硫脲1.1%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.3%,余量为去离子水或者纯化水。其制备方法包括以下步骤:在反应器中依次加入纯碱、OP-10、元明粉、硫脲和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,然后缓慢加水搅拌至全部溶解,即得。
实施例5
一种硝酸抑雾剂,包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:纯碱18.0%,OP-10 1.2%,元明粉9.6%,硫脲1.2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.6%,余量为去离子水或者纯化水。其制备方法包括以下步骤:在反应器中依次加入纯碱、OP-10、元明粉、硫脲和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,然后缓慢加水搅拌至全部溶解即得。
上述实施例1至5中提供的硝酸抑雾剂所采用的原料如下表1所示:

上述实施例1至5中制备的硝酸抑雾剂,其抑雾效果均超过95%以上,其中以实施例5中制备的硝酸抑雾剂性价比最高,为最佳实施例。

Claims (6)
1.一种硝酸抑雾剂,其特征在于,包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:纯碱12.0~18.0%,乳化剂 0.8~1.2%,元明粉6.4~9.6%,硫脲0.8~1.2%,表面活性剂2.4~3.6%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硝酸抑雾剂,其特征在于,包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:纯碱15.0%,乳化剂 1.0%,元明粉8.0%,硫脲1.0%,表面活性剂 3.0%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的一种硝酸抑雾剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为OP-10。
4.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的一种硝酸抑雾剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的一种硝酸抑雾剂,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水或纯化水。
6.权利要求1所述的硝酸抑雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在反应器中依次加入纯碱、乳化剂、元明粉、硫脲和表面活性剂,然后缓慢加水搅拌至全部溶解,即得。
