Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tempering method for preventing a glass plate from warping.
Background
At present, the glass plates of display screens of existing smart phones, navigators, tablet computers and the like need to be tempered, a chemical tempering method is often adopted, namely, potassium ions and sodium ions on the surfaces of the glass plate structures are subjected to ion exchange to form a strengthening layer by heating single potassium nitrate to a set temperature, and the warping of the tempered glass products by the existing tempering process is 1.0mm or more. Thus, the tempering easily causes low yield and large expansion coefficient which is more than 5.2 per mill.
In order to overcome the defects, a tempering method for preventing the glass plate from warping is developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a tempering method for preventing a glass plate from warping, which has the advantages of simple process, easy realization, suitability for large-batch production and great improvement of the yield. The glass warpage is greatly reduced after the tempering treatment, and the like.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tempering method for preventing a glass plate from warping, comprising the steps of;
preheating, namely placing a glass plate in a preheating furnace, heating to 420 ℃ by adopting hot gas, and keeping for 2 hours;
step two, tempering, namely soaking the preheated glass plate in a solution prepared by mixing potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate, keeping the temperature of the solution at 450 ℃, and keeping the constant-temperature soaking time at 7.5 hours;
annealing, namely taking the tempered glass plate out and annealing for 1.5 hours at normal temperature;
step four, strengthening, namely placing the glass plate in a potassium nitrate solution, keeping the constant temperature of the potassium nitrate solution at 350 ℃, and strengthening for 0.5 hour;
and step five, cooling, namely taking the glass plate out, and naturally cooling or air cooling to normal temperature to obtain the flat tempered glass plate.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the weight ratio of the potassium nitrate in the second step is 52%, and the weight ratio of the sodium nitrate is 48%.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the potassium nitrate solution in the fourth step is pure potassium nitrate.
In one or more embodiments of the invention, the solution of potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate in the second step is placed in a constant temperature furnace.
In one or more embodiments of the invention, the glass sheet has a thickness of 0.7 mm.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the length of the rectangular glass plate is 239.28mm, the width is 158.06mm, the glass warp of the tempered glass plate is: 0.4 plus or minus 0.02 mm.
Compared with the background technology, the invention has the following effects:
due to the adoption of the scheme, the process is simple, easy to realize, suitable for large-batch production and greatly improved in yield. The glass warpage is greatly reduced after the tempering treatment, and the like.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
The embodiment provides a tempering method for preventing a glass plate from warping, which comprises the following steps;
preheating, namely placing a glass plate in a preheating furnace, heating to 420 ℃ by adopting hot gas, and keeping for 2 hours;
step two, tempering, namely soaking the preheated glass plate in a solution prepared by mixing potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate, keeping the temperature of the solution at 450 ℃, and keeping the constant-temperature soaking time at 7.5 hours;
annealing, namely taking the tempered glass plate out and annealing for 1.5 hours at normal temperature;
step four, strengthening, namely placing the glass plate in a potassium nitrate solution, keeping the constant temperature of the potassium nitrate solution at 350 ℃, and strengthening for 0.5 hour;
and step five, cooling, namely taking the glass plate out, and naturally cooling or air cooling to normal temperature to obtain the flat tempered glass plate.
In the second step, the weight ratio of potassium nitrate is 52%, and the weight ratio of sodium nitrate is 48%. The solution of potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate in proportion is placed in a constant temperature furnace. The potassium nitrate solution in the fourth step is pure potassium nitrate. The thickness of the glass plate is 0.7 mm. The length that the glass board is the rectangle is 239.28mm, width 158.06mm, the glass warpage of toughened glass board: 0.4 plus or minus 0.02 mm.
The weight ratio of potassium nitrate 52% to sodium nitrate 48% is used for tempering, and the glass warpage can be reduced to a great extent after potassium ions and sodium ions react with the glass surface in the tempering process with the soaking time of 7.5 hours, the process tempering warpage is 0.2-0.6 mm, and the warpage is obviously reduced. The process is simple, easy to realize, suitable for large-batch production and capable of greatly improving the yield. The glass warpage is greatly reduced after the tempering treatment, and the like.
