Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of new energy automobiles, and particularly relates to a battery pack mounted on an automobile top cover and a use method thereof.
Background
The new energy automobile is an automobile which adopts unconventional automobile fuel as a power source (or adopts conventional automobile fuel and a novel automobile-mounted power device) and integrates the advanced technology in the aspects of power control and driving of the automobile, and the formed technical principle is advanced, and the automobile has a new technology and a new structure.
Generally, battery packs of new energy automobiles such as pure electric automobiles, hybrid electric automobiles and the like are distributed in several common positions: the conventional vehicle fuel tank, directly under the passenger compartment, the trunk, etc., have the following problems:
1. Along with the increasing requirements of national regulations and customers on the driving mileage of the electric vehicle, the energy density of the battery is slowly increased, so that the mileage increase can be realized only by a method of increasing the battery capacity, but the arrangement space reserved for the battery pack is more and more limited due to the influence of the arrangement of the size of the automobile, a power assembly, a chassis, a man-machine and the like;
2. the battery of the hybrid electric vehicle is generally placed at the trunk, so that part of space is occupied, larger articles cannot be placed in the trunk, and daily use of customers is affected;
3. the battery is arranged at the bottom or the trunk of the vehicle, and large lifting equipment is required during installation and disassembly, so that the maintenance is inconvenient;
4. The battery pack at the bottom of the vehicle is vulnerable to damage due to collision with uneven road surfaces, and the battery pack at the trunk can be damaged due to rear-end collision.
Disclosure of Invention
1. Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of small battery arrangement space, inconvenient disassembly, assembly and maintenance and easy damage in the prior art, and provides a battery pack installed on an automobile top cover and a use method thereof.

The invention relates to a battery pack mounted on an automobile top cover, which comprises a battery pack and an automobile body assembly, wherein the battery pack comprises an upper cover, a lower cover and a battery pack positioned between the upper cover and the lower cover, the longitudinal section and the transverse section of the upper cover are of an inverted U-shaped structure, an upper flange surface is arranged on the outer side profile of the upper cover, a plurality of inverted L-shaped flanges which are erected upwards are uniformly distributed on the upper flange surface, the longitudinal section and the transverse section of the lower cover are of a U-shaped structure, the outer side profile of the lower cover is provided with a lower flange surface, the lower flange surface corresponds to the upper flange surface and is tightly attached to the upper flange surface, mounting holes are correspondingly formed in the upper flange surface and the lower flange surface, the automobile body assembly comprises a front cross beam, a rear cross beam, a left side wall and a right side wall, the battery pack is fixedly connected with the front cross beam, the rear cross beam, the left side wall and the right side wall respectively through mounting screws, the bottom surface of the lower flange surface is provided with a circle of grooves, the cross section of the grooves is of an inverted T-shaped structure, sealing strips I are clamped in the grooves, and sealing glue is arranged at the attachment positions of the upper flange surface and the lower flange surface.
Preferably, one end of the section of the first sealing strip is in a circular ring shape, the other end of the section of the first sealing strip is in a T shape, and the T shape of the first sealing strip is embedded in the groove.
Preferably, the upper flange surface and the lower flange surface are correspondingly provided with four raised hoisting structures, round holes are formed in the hoisting structures, and projection welding nuts are connected to the lower side of the lower cover.
Preferably, the outside of going up flange face and lower flange face is equipped with sealing strip two, and the tangent plane of sealing strip two is the ring, and half is the U-shaped, and the upper wall of U-shaped inner wall is laminated with the up end of last flange face, and the lower wall of U-shaped inner wall is laminated with the lower terminal surface of lower flange face, and sealing strip two sets up along the lateral wall round of last flange face and lower flange face.
Preferably, the top cover of the vehicle body assembly is provided with a rectangular opening in the middle, and the size of the rectangular opening is the same as that of the battery pack, and the battery pack is arranged in the rectangular opening.
Preferably, the front cross beam, the rear cross beam, the left side wall and the right side wall are provided with a section of horizontal structure which is horizontally arranged with the upper flange surface and a section of inclined structure which forms an included angle with the upper flange surface, the horizontal structure is attached to the right side of the lower flange surface to compress the first sealing strip, and the inclined structure compresses the second sealing strip.
The application method of the battery pack installed on the automobile top cover comprises the steps of fixedly connecting the battery pack with an automobile body assembly, and sealing the battery pack by matching a first sealing ring with a second sealing ring with the automobile body assembly.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps:
S100, closing the cover, wherein the upper cover and the lower cover of the battery pack are closed, and the upper flange surface is attached to the lower flange surface;
s200, sealing, wherein the T-shaped clamping of the first sealing strip is connected with the bottom surface of the lower flange surface, and the second sealing strip is annularly closed along the periphery of the outer contour of the battery pack;
s300, mounting, namely mounting a battery pack on a vehicle body assembly and fixedly connecting a front cross beam, a rear cross beam, a left side wall and a right side wall;
S400, the battery pack is communicated with electric appliances such as an automobile inner motor and the like to supply power.
Preferably, the specific method of step S300 is that the battery is embedded in the rectangular opening of the top cover of the vehicle body, the upper end surface of the lower flange surface is attached to the horizontal structure of the right side wall to extrude the first sealing ring, the inclined structure of the right side wall extrudes the second sealing ring, and the battery pack is fixedly connected with the front cross beam, the rear cross beam, the left side wall and the right side wall respectively through mounting holes and mounting screws.

(2) According to the battery pack mounted on the automobile top cover, the upper flange surface and the lower flange surface are correspondingly provided with the four raised hoisting structures, the hoisting structures are provided with the round holes, the projection welding nuts are connected below the lower cover, and when the battery pack is dismounted, the battery pack can be mounted and dismounted through the small hoisting equipment, so that the battery pack is more convenient and faster to mount and dismount.
(3) According to the battery pack mounted on the automobile top cover, the second sealing strip is arranged on the outer sides of the upper flange face and the lower flange face, one end of the tangential face of the second sealing strip is circular, the other end of the tangential face of the second sealing strip is U-shaped, the upper wall of the U-shaped inner wall is attached to the upper end face of the upper flange face, the lower wall of the U-shaped inner wall is attached to the lower end face of the lower flange face, the second sealing strip is arranged along the first outer side wall of the upper flange face and the outer side wall of the lower flange face, sealing performance of the second sealing strip is improved after the battery pack and an automobile body are mounted, the problems of sound leakage, water leakage and the like are avoided, vibration caused by the second sealing strip is buffered and reduced during running, and the battery pack is further protected.
(4) The invention relates to a use method of a battery pack arranged on an automobile top cover, which comprises the steps of S100, closing a cover, folding an upper cover and a lower cover of the battery pack, and attaching an upper flange surface to a lower flange surface; s200, sealing, wherein the T-shaped clamping of the first sealing strip is connected with the bottom surface of the lower flange surface, and the second sealing strip is annularly closed along the periphery of the outer contour of the battery pack; s300, installing, wherein the battery pack is installed on the vehicle body assembly and fixedly connected with the front cross beam, the rear cross beam, the left side wall and the right side wall. S400, the battery pack is communicated with electric appliances such as an automobile inner motor to supply power, and the battery pack is installed and used by the method, so that the method has the advantages of not occupying extra space, not affecting use, convenient disassembly and maintenance and not being easy to damage and not dangerous.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 8, a battery pack mounted on a car roof 250 of the present embodiment includes a battery pack 100 and a car body assembly 200, the battery pack 100 includes an upper cover 110, a lower cover 120 and a battery pack 130 located between the upper cover 120, longitudinal and transverse sections of the upper cover 110 are all in an inverted U-shaped structure, an outer side profile of the upper cover 110 is provided with an upper flange surface 111, a plurality of inverted L-shaped flanges 112 rising upwards are uniformly distributed on the upper flange surface 111, longitudinal and transverse sections of the lower cover 120 are all in a U-shaped structure, an outer side profile of the lower cover 120 is provided with a lower flange surface 121, the lower flange surface 121 corresponds to the upper flange surface 111 and is tightly attached, mounting holes 140 are correspondingly provided on the upper flange surface 111 and the lower flange surface 121, the car body assembly 200 includes a front cross beam 210, a rear cross beam 220, a left side wall 230 and a right side wall 240, the battery pack 100 is fixedly connected with the front beam 210, the rear beam 220, the left side wall 230 and the right side wall 240 respectively through mounting holes 140 mounting screws, a circle of groove 122 is formed in the bottom surface of the lower flange surface 121, the cross section of the groove 122 is of an inverted T-shaped structure 123, a sealing strip 300 is clamped in the groove 122, and a sealant 150 is arranged at the joint of the upper flange surface 111 and the lower flange surface 121.
The tangent plane of sealing strip one 300 of this embodiment is half for ring 310, and the other half is T shape 320, and the T shape 320 embedding recess 122 of sealing strip one 300, the sealing strip of T shape 320 makes the sealing strip better cooperate with the bottom surface recess 122 of lower flange face 121, and ring 310's structure is when meetting the extrusion certain elastic variable and extrusion space, plays better sealed effect, if not adopting a half T shape 320 of semicircle ring 310, meetting the extrusion time, does not have sufficient deformation space, installs difficultly, sealed effect is poor.
The upper flange surface 111 and the lower flange surface 121 of this embodiment are correspondingly provided with four protruding hoisting structures 400, the hoisting structures 400 are provided with round holes 410, the lower side of the lower cover 120 is connected with projection welding nuts 420, the hoisting structures 400 fix the upper cover 110 and the lower cover 120 and are simultaneously provided with the round holes 410, so that the hoisting can be conveniently carried out when the hoisting structures are lifted, the cost of the hoisting structures 400 is reduced, if the hoisting devices are additionally increased without adopting the design, the space utilization is not optimized, and the cost is also increased.
The outer sides of the upper flange surface 111 and the lower flange surface 121 of the embodiment are provided with the sealing strip two 500, one half of the tangential plane of the sealing strip two 500 is in a circular ring shape, the other half is in a U shape 510, the upper wall of the inner wall of the U shape 510 is attached to the upper end surface of the upper flange surface 111, the lower wall of the inner wall of the U shape 510 is attached to the lower end surface of the lower flange surface 121, the sealing strip two 500 is attached to the upper flange surface 111 and the outer side wall of the lower flange surface 121 in a circle, the upper flange surface 111 is attached to the lower flange surface 121 in a closed manner, water and dust are easy to enter along with the increase of time in actual use, the sealing strip two 500 is arranged, the danger of water and dust entering is avoided, the service life of the battery pack 100 is prolonged, and if the sealing strip two 500 is not arranged, the water or the dust entering in the battery pack 100 is increased along with the increase of the service time, and the service life of the battery pack 100 is reduced.
The middle part of the top cover 250 of the vehicle body assembly 200 of the embodiment is provided with a rectangular opening 251, the size of the rectangular opening 251 is the same as that of the battery pack 100, the battery pack 100 is installed in the rectangular opening 251, the top cover 250 has a certain thickness, in a traditional vehicle, the space is wasted, and the opening is added to install the battery pack 100, so that the space in the vehicle is not reduced, the electric quantity of a storage battery of the vehicle is additionally increased, and if the battery pack 100 is installed below the top cover 250 without the rectangular opening 251, the space in the vehicle is occupied, and the battery pack 100 is easily damaged.
The front beam 210, the rear beam 220, the left side wall 230 and the right side wall 240 of the embodiment are provided with a horizontal structure 241 horizontally arranged with the upper flange surface 111 and an inclined structure 242 forming an included angle with the upper flange surface 111, the horizontal structure 241 is attached to the right side of the lower flange surface 121 to compress the first sealing strip 300, the inclined structure 242 compresses the second sealing strip 500, both the first sealing strip 300 and the second sealing strip 500 have elastic deformation amounts, and the sealing strip is directly arranged on the upper cover 110 and the lower cover 120 in use, so that the sealing effect is poor and easy to fall off due to vibration of an automobile, and the sealing strip 300 and the second sealing strip 500 are extruded by utilizing the structures of the left side wall 230 and the right side wall 240, so that the sealing performance is ensured and the sealing strip is not easy to fall off.
Specifically, the upper flange surface 111 of the upper cover 110 is provided with a plurality of inverted L-shaped flanges 112, and after the battery pack 100 is mounted, bolts connected with the battery pack 100 and the vehicle body assembly 200 can be covered by fixing the trim cloth, so that the problems that the bolts rust in the air and the like are exposed for a long time are avoided.
After the upper cover 110 and the lower cover 120 of the battery pack 100 are closed, a cavity is formed inside to place the battery pack 130, and the connection surfaces of the upper flange surface 111 and the lower flange surface 121 are coated with the sealant 150, so that when the two surfaces are bonded and sealed, the sealant 150 seals gaps existing between the bonding surfaces, and the complete sealing of the inside of the battery pack 100 is realized.
When the battery pack 100 is put into the vehicle body assembly 200 from above the whole vehicle, the first sealing strip 300 receives the self weight of the battery pack 100 and is extruded by the horizontal structures 241 of the left side wall 230 and the right side wall 240 to form a first sealing effect, meanwhile, the second sealing strip 500 receives the extrusion of the inclined structure 242, the U-shaped 510 wraps the outer sides of the upper flange surface 111 and the lower flange surface 121 after being attached to form a second sealing effect, and daily rainwater and dust cannot enter the vehicle due to the two sealing effects.
When the battery pack 100 needs to be disassembled, the installed top decoration strip is firstly disassembled, then the bolts are disassembled, the hoisting structure 400 is hoisted by external hoisting equipment, the upper cover 110 of the battery pack in the embodiment replaces the automobile top cover 250 with the rectangular opening 251 area, when the whole battery pack 100 is disassembled, a rectangular hole can be formed in the roof, after the hoisting or the installation is completed, the bolts in the hoisting structure 400 are taken out, and the waterproof blocking cover is installed.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4,5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, a method of using a battery pack mounted on a roof 250 of an automobile according to the present embodiment is a battery pack 100 and a vehicle body mounting structure, wherein the battery pack 100 is fixedly connected to a vehicle body assembly 200, and a first seal ring and a second seal ring are matched with the vehicle body assembly 200 to seal the battery pack 100.
The application method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s100, closing the cover, wherein the upper cover 110 and the lower cover 120 of the battery pack 100 are closed, and the upper flange surface 111 is attached to the lower flange surface 121;
s200, sealing, wherein the T-shaped 320 of the first sealing strip 300 is clamped with the bottom surface of the lower flange surface 121, and the second sealing strip 500 is annularly closed along the periphery of the outer outline of the battery pack 100;
s300, installing, wherein the battery pack 100 is installed on the vehicle body assembly 200 and fixedly connected with the front beam 210, the rear beam 220, the left side wall 230 and the right side wall 240;
S400, the battery pack 100 is communicated with electric appliances such as an automobile internal motor and the like to supply power.
The specific method of installing in step S300 of the present embodiment is that the battery pack 100 is embedded in the rectangular opening 251 of the vehicle body top cover 250, the upper end surface of the lower flange surface 121 and the horizontal structure 241 of the right side wall 240 squeeze the first sealing ring, the inclined structure 242 of the right side wall 240 squeeze the second sealing ring, the battery pack 100 is fixedly connected with the front cross beam 210, the rear cross beam 220, the left side wall 230 and the right side wall 240 respectively through the installation screws of the installation holes 140, and the battery pack 100 is installed and used by the method, which has the advantages of not occupying extra space, not affecting the use, being convenient to disassemble and maintain, not being easy to damage and not being dangerous, if the battery pack 100 is not installed and used by the method, the battery pack 100 occupies extra space of the vehicle or the trunk, being inconvenient to disassemble and maintain and being easy to damage.
