The wheel axle 110 is used as a main shaft of the cleaning device 100 of the needle plate of the setting machine, and is mainly used for controlling the flexible rotation of the cleaning device 100 of the needle plate of the setting machine so as to drive brushing materials to clean hidden material stains in the needle plate of the setting machine.

The proportion of the steel wire brush 410 embedded in the rim 310 is reasonable, the steel wire brush 410 is not easy to fall off, certain flexibility can be maintained, as many material stains on the surface of the needle plate of the setting machine are washed as possible, and when the needle is needed, the proportion of the steel wire brush 410 embedded in the rim 310 is reasonable, the steel wire brush is convenient to bear force, suitable force is applied to the cloth cover, and the puncturing efficiency of the cloth cover is improved.
In a specific example, a groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the rim 310, and the steel wire bristles 410 are U-shaped steel wire bristles, and a portion of the U-shaped steel wire bristles are embedded in the groove. By providing the rim with grooves, the U-shaped wire bristles are embedded therein to further maintain the stability of the securing of the wire bristles 410 to the rim 310. In addition, the design of the groove, namely the structure that the two sides are provided with the protrusions and the middle is recessed, can prevent the steel wire brush hair 410 from falling left and right after the steel wire brush hair 410 is used for a long time. Specifically, the protrusions on both sides of the groove can keep the wire bristles 410 as upright as possible, preventing the wire bristles 410 from falling down.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, in a specific example, a fixing nail 311 is nailed at the bottom of the groove, the fixing nail 311 includes a first leg and a second leg, one end of the first leg is connected with one end of the second leg, the other end of the first leg and the other end of the second leg are respectively connected with the inner wall of the groove, and the first leg and the second leg fix the steel wire bristle 410 in the groove. This design may further keep the wire bristles 410 secured in the grooves and not easily removed from the rim 310. Preferably, the other end of the first leg and the other end of the second leg are respectively nailed into the inner wall of the groove. It will be understood, of course, that the connection between the wire bristles and the grooves may be other connection methods deemed suitable by those skilled in the art, such as screw fixation, etc., which will not be described herein.
In a specific example, the rim 310 includes a plurality of sub-rims 313 connected to the spokes in a one-to-one correspondence, and a certain gap is formed between two adjacent sub-rims 313, which are independent of each other. The outer circumferential surface of the sub-rim 313 is provided with sub-grooves, the outer circumferential surface of each sub-rim is connected with the steel wire bristle 410, and a part of the steel wire bristle 410 is embedded in the sub-groove, that is, the steel wire bristle 410 is provided with an embedded part embedded in the sub-groove and an exposed part positioned above the bottom of the sub-groove. The sub-grooves are relatively independent in position relationship and are spaced from each other, and a large amount of material stains can be accumulated on the needle plate in the process of cleaning the needle plate of the setting machine. The sub-rim 313 has a certain flexibility, and can swing slightly, so as to drive the steel wire brush 410 to swing left and right, increase the friction between the steel wire brush 410 and the material stain, and clean the material stain.
In a preferred embodiment, the sub-rim 313 is a movable rubber sub-rim, which further drives the steel wire brush 410 to swing left and right, so as to increase the friction between the steel wire brush 410 and the material stain, and further thoroughly remove the material stain.
In a preferred embodiment, the number of sub-rims 313 is 110-130. Preferably, the number of sub-rims is 120. The number of the sub-rims 313 is reasonable, and therefore the efficiency of cleaning the material stains and the efficiency of puncturing the cloth surface during needle feeding are improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the number of the wire bristles 410 embedded in each of the sub-rims 313 is 55 to 65. Preferably, the number of the wire bristles 410 embedded in each of the sub-rims 313 is 60. The number of the steel wire brush hairs on each sub-rim 313 is reasonable, so that the efficiency of cleaning material stains and the efficiency of puncturing cloth surfaces during needle feeding are improved. In addition, the number of the steel wire bristles 410 embedded in each sub-rim 313 is 60, so that the steel wire bristles 410 can be prevented from falling off the cleaning device 100 of the needle plate of the setting machine to the greatest extent, and the steel wire bristles 410 can not fall off in the use process, so that the cloth surface can be prevented from being punctured.
In one specific example, the wire bristles are type 316 stainless steel wire bristles. The bristle has moderate hardness, and has certain flexibility, so that the larger needle plate area can be cleaned, certain hardness is maintained, and the efficiency of punching the cloth surface by the upper needle is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, in one specific example, the cleaning apparatus 100 of the setting machine needle plate further includes a wheel 510, the wheel 510 having a central hole, and an outer circumferential surface at an edge of the wheel 510 that can be in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the rim. The wheel disc is connected to two sides of the wheel shaft, the wheel disc covers the corresponding wheel disc, and the central hole of the wheel disc corresponds to the wheel shaft and is sleeved with the wheel shaft. The wheel disc 510 covers the spokes 210, so that the spokes 210 can be well protected.

In a specific example, the materials of the axle 110, the spoke 210, the rim 310, the wire bristles 410, and the disk 510 are all stainless steel materials.
