Abstract
The invention relates to a climbing mountain-climbing machine, which comprises a frame, a climbing device and a climbing device, wherein the frame comprises two rails and a bracket; two sliding groups are arranged on the two tracks, each sliding group comprises a sliding rod, a handle and a pedal, the handle and the pedal are combined on the sliding rod, the sliding rod can be arranged in the corresponding track in an up-and-down sliding manner, and the sliding rod is provided with a connecting block; a linkage mechanism comprises two lower chain wheels which are rotatably arranged at the lower ends of the two tracks, two upper chain wheels which are rotatably arranged at the upper ends of two side surfaces of the bracket, two fixed pulleys which are rotatably arranged at the lower ends of the rear side surface of the bracket, a front chain which is wound on the lower sides of the two lower chain wheels and two ends of which are connected with the connecting blocks of the two slide bars, two side chains which are wound on the upper sides of the two upper chain wheels and one end of which is respectively connected with the connecting blocks of the two slide bars, and a steel rope which is wound on the lower sides of the two fixed pulleys and two ends of which are respectively connected with the other ends of; and a magnetic control damping device is arranged on the bracket and can be driven by the two upper chain wheels.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a structure of fitness equipment, in particular to a climbing mountain-climbing machine which can lead hands and feet to synchronously simulate climbing actions of climbing and treading up and down so as to effectively train hand-foot coordination.
Background
In recent years, people pay more attention to physical health due to the improvement of living standard, so that the wind for exercise and fitness tends to be popular. Due to the limitations of fields and climate, the exercise equipment is the simplest, common, convenient and universal way to exercise, so that a great number of various training and fitness equipment for exercising different parts of a human body appear, and a climbing machine simulating rock climbing and mountain climbing is one of the training and fitness equipment, but how to effectively simulate synchronous coordinated actions of hands and feet during rock climbing and mountain climbing is a difficult point in the design of the training and fitness equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to design a climbing device which can effectively simulate climbing actions of climbing and treading by relative synchronous up and down of a left hand and a left foot as well as a right hand and a right foot during rock climbing and mountain climbing so as to achieve the purpose of effectively training hand-foot coordination.
The invention provides a climbing mountain-climbing machine, which comprises a frame, two sliding groups, a linkage mechanism and a magnetic control damping device. The frame comprises two parallel rails which are vertical and inclined backwards by an angle and a support arranged on the rear side of the two rails. The two sliding groups are respectively arranged on the two tracks, each sliding group comprises a sliding rod, a handle and a pedal, the sliding rods are arranged in the corresponding tracks and can move up and down in the tracks, a connecting block is arranged on the rear side surface of each sliding rod close to the lower end, the handle is combined on the upper end of each sliding rod close to the handle and can be held by a hand of a user, and the pedal is combined on the lower end of each sliding rod close to the lower end and can be stepped on by a foot of the user. The linkage mechanism comprises two lower chain wheels, two upper chain wheels, two fixed pulleys, a front chain, two side chains and a steel rope, wherein the two lower chain wheels are respectively and rotatably arranged on the rear side surfaces of the lower ends of the two tracks, the two upper chain wheels are respectively and rotatably arranged on the two side surfaces of the support and are close to the upper end, the two fixed pulleys are rotatably arranged on the rear side surface of the support and are close to the lower end, the front chain is wound on the lower side of the two lower chain wheels, two ends of the front chain are connected to the connecting blocks of the two slide bars, the two side chains are respectively wound on the upper sides of the two upper chain wheels, one end of each chain is connected to the connecting blocks of the two slide bars, and the steel rope is wound on the lower sides of the two fixed pulleys, and. The magnetic control damping device is arranged on the bracket and can be driven by a driving wheel set coaxially connected with the two upper chain wheels, the damping intensity of the magnetic control damping device can be controlled by a control button, and the control button is arranged on the front side of the rack.
The climbing mountain-climbing machine provided by the invention has the advantages that a handle and a pedal are respectively combined on the two sliding rods, the front chain is connected with the two sliding rods and wound on the lower sides of the two lower chain wheels, the chains on the two sides are connected with the two sliding rods and wound on the upper sides of the two upper chain wheels, and the two ends of the steel rope are respectively connected with the chains on the two sides and wound on the lower sides of the two fixed pulleys, so that the sliding rod on the left side can be synchronously linked with the sliding rod on the right side to move upwards when moving downwards, otherwise, the sliding rod on the right side can be synchronously linked with the sliding rod on the left side to move upwards when moving downwards, and the climbing actions of simulating the left hand and the left foot, the right hand and the right foot in rock climbing and mountain climbing are synchronously and upwards and downwards attached and treaded relatively, so that the aim of effectively training hand.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, it is shown that the climbing mountain-climbing machine of the present invention includes a frame 10, two sliding sets 20, a linkage mechanism 30 and a magnetic control damping device 40, wherein:
the frame 10 includes two rails 11 parallel to each other and upright and inclined backward by an angle, two handrails 12 symmetrically disposed on two sides of the two rails 11, and a support 13 disposed on the rear side of the two rails 11. The two armrests 12 are convenient for users to hold up when going up and down the fitness training equipment.
The two sliding sets 20 are respectively disposed on the two rails 11 in an up-and-down sliding manner, and each sliding set 20 includes a sliding rod 21, a handle 22 and a pedal 23. The sliding rod 21 is disposed in the corresponding track 11, and two sides of the sliding rod are respectively provided with a plurality of rollers 24 for smooth upward and downward sliding movement in the track 11, and a connecting block 210 is disposed at a position close to the lower end of the rear side of the sliding rod 21. One end of the handle 22 is detachably coupled to the slide bar 21 near the upper end thereof, and is held by a user's hand. One end of the pedal 23 is detachably coupled to the lower end of the sliding rod 21 for being stepped on by the user.
The linkage mechanism 30 includes two lower sprockets 31, two upper sprockets 32, two fixed pulleys 33, a front chain 34, two side chains 35, and a cable 36. The two lower sprockets 31 are rotatably mounted on the rear side of the lower ends of the two rails 11, respectively. The two upper sprockets 32 are rotatably disposed on the two sides of the bracket 13 near the upper end. The two fixed pulleys 33 are rotatably arranged on the rear side surface of the bracket 13 near the lower end. The front chain 34 is wound around the lower sides of the two lower sprockets 31, and both ends of the front chain extend upward and are connected to the connecting blocks 210 of the two sliding rods 21. The two side chains 35 are respectively wound around the upper sides of the two upper sprockets 32, and one end of each of the two side chains extends downward and is connected to the connecting block 210 of the two sliding rods 21. The steel cable 36 is wound around the lower side of the two fixed pulleys 33, and both ends of the steel cable extend upward and are connected to the other ends of the two side chains 35. Thus, when the left slide bar 21 moves downwards, the front chain 34, the side chain 35 and the steel cable 36 can be synchronously linked with the right slide bar 21 to move upwards; on the contrary, when the right slide bar 21 moves downwards, the left slide bar 21 moves upwards synchronously.
The magnetic control damping device 40 is disposed on the bracket 13 and can be driven by a driving wheel set 41 coaxially connected to the two upper sprockets 32, the damping strength of the magnetic control damping device 40 can be controlled by a control button 42 to achieve the purpose of adjusting the training strength, and the control button 42 is disposed at the front side of the frame 10 and between the two tracks 11 for convenient operation. In the present invention, the magnetically controlled damping device 40 comprises a magnetically controlled wheel 43, and the transmission wheel set 41 comprises a first large belt pulley 410, a second large belt pulley 411, a first small belt pulley 412, a second small belt pulley 413, a first belt 414 and a second belt 415. The first large belt pulley 410 and the two-sided chain 35 are connected to the same shaft, the second large belt pulley 411 and the first small belt pulley 412 are disposed on the same shaft, the second small belt pulley 413 and the magnetic control wheel 43 of the magnetic control damping device 40 are disposed on the same shaft, the first belt 414 is wound on the first large belt pulley 410 and the first small belt pulley 412, and the second belt 415 is wound on the second large belt pulley 411 and the second small belt pulley 413. In addition, a plurality of idler pulleys may be appropriately disposed in the transmission pulley set 41 for adjusting the tension of the first and second belts 414 and 415, which is a conventional technique and therefore will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 7-9, it is pointed out that the front side surfaces of the two sliding rods 21 near the upper ends are provided with a plurality of inserting seats 211, and each inserting seat 211 is provided with an inserting slot 212 and a positioning hole 213 penetrating through the inserting slot 212 from the side surface. One end of the two handles 22 is provided with an insertion rod 220 for being selectively inserted into any one of the slots 212, and an elastic positioning buckle 221 is provided in the insertion rod 220 for being elastically buckled or separated with the corresponding positioning hole 213, so as to achieve the purpose of facilitating the combination or separation of the handles 22. In addition, a fixing seat 214 is disposed on the front side of the two sliding rods 21 near the lower end, two seat holes 215 are disposed on the fixing seat 214 side by side up and down, and an elastic positioning button 216 is disposed on a side of the fixing seat 214 corresponding to one of the seat holes 215. One end of the two pedals 23 is provided with two fixing posts 230 for being respectively inserted into the two seat holes 215, wherein one fixing post 230 is provided with a fixing hole 231 for the elastic positioning button 216 to be inserted or separated, so as to achieve the purpose of conveniently combining or separating the pedals 23. Thus, the two handles 22 can be combined with the sockets 211 at appropriate positions of the sliding rod 21, so as to be suitable for users of various sizes.
The climbing mountain-climbing machine provided by the invention is characterized in that a handle 22 and a pedal 23 are respectively combined on the two sliding rods 21, then the front chain 34 is connected with the two sliding rods 21 and wound on the lower sides of the two lower chain wheels 31, the chains 35 on the two sides are connected with the two sliding rods 21 and wound on the upper sides of the two upper chain wheels 32, the two ends of the steel rope 36 are respectively connected with the chains 35 on the two sides and wound on the lower sides of the two fixed chain wheels 33, so that the sliding rod 21 on the left side can be synchronously linked with the sliding rod 21 on the right side to move upwards when moving downwards, otherwise, the sliding rod 21 on the right side can be synchronously linked with the sliding rod 21 on the left side to move upwards when moving downwards, and further, the climbing action of simulating the relative synchronous upwards and downwards climbing and stepping of a left hand, a left foot, a right hand and a right foot during rock climbing can be formed so as to achieve the aim of effectively.
The above description is only for the purpose of describing preferred embodiments or examples of the present invention in terms of technical means for solving the problems, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All changes and modifications that come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are to be embraced within their scope.
Claims (9)
1. A climbing mountain-climbing machine, comprising:
the rack comprises two rails which are parallel to each other, are vertical and are inclined backwards by an angle and a support arranged on the rear side surfaces of the two rails;
the two sliding groups are respectively arranged on the two tracks, each sliding group comprises a sliding rod, a handle and a pedal, the sliding rods are arranged in the corresponding tracks and can slide up and down in the tracks, a connecting block is arranged on the rear side surface of each sliding rod close to the lower end of the corresponding sliding rod, the handle is combined at the position, close to the upper end, of the corresponding sliding rod and can be held by a hand of a user, and the pedal is combined at the position, close to the lower end, of the corresponding sliding rod and can be used for the user to step on;
the linkage mechanism comprises two lower chain wheels, two upper chain wheels, two fixed pulleys, a front chain, two side chains and a steel rope, the two lower chain wheels are respectively and rotatably arranged on the rear side surfaces of the lower ends of the two tracks, the two upper chain wheels are respectively and rotatably arranged on the two side surfaces of the bracket close to the upper end, the two fixed pulleys are rotatably arranged on the rear side surface of the bracket close to the lower end, the front chain is wound on the lower sides of the two lower chain wheels, two ends of the front chain extend upwards and are connected to the connecting blocks of the two slide bars, the two side chains are respectively wound on the upper sides of the two upper chain wheels, one end of the two side chains extends downwards and are connected to the connecting blocks of the two slide bars, and the steel rope is wound on the lower sides of the two fixed pulleys, two ends of the steel rope extend upwards and; and
the magnetic control damping device is arranged on the support and can be driven by a driving wheel set coaxially connected with the two upper chain wheels, the damping strength of the magnetic control damping device can be controlled by a control button, and the control button is arranged on the front side of the rack.
2. The climbing mountain-climbing machine according to claim 1, wherein the frame further comprises two handrails symmetrically arranged on two sides of the two rails for a user to conveniently support up and down.
3. The climbing machine according to claim 1, wherein one end of the handle is detachably coupled to the slide bar near an upper end thereof, and one end of the pedal is detachably coupled to the slide bar near a lower end thereof.
4. The climbing mountain-climbing machine according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of insertion seats are provided on the front side surfaces of the two sliding rods near the upper ends thereof, each insertion seat is provided with a slot and a positioning hole extending from the side surface to the slot, one end of each of the two handles is provided with an insertion rod for being selectively inserted into any one of the slots, and an elastic positioning buckle is provided in the insertion rod and can be elastically buckled with or separated from the corresponding positioning hole.

The climbing mountain-climbing machine according to claim 3, wherein the front side of the two sliding rods is provided with a fixing seat near the lower end, the fixing seat is provided with two seat holes arranged side by side up and down, one side of the fixing seat corresponding to one of the seat holes is provided with an elastic positioning button, one end of each of the two pedals is provided with two fixing posts for being respectively inserted into the two seat holes, and one of the fixing posts is provided with a fixing hole for the elastic positioning button to be inserted into or separated from.

The climbing mountain-climbing machine according to claim 1, wherein the magnetically controlled damping device comprises a magnetically controlled wheel, the transmission wheel set comprises a first big belt pulley, a second big belt pulley, a first small belt pulley, a second small belt pulley, a first belt and a second belt, the first big belt pulley and the two side chains are connected to the same shaft, the second big belt pulley and the first small belt pulley are disposed on the same shaft, the second small belt pulley and the magnetically controlled wheel are disposed on the same shaft, the first belt is wound around the first big belt pulley and the first small belt pulley, and the second belt is wound around the second big belt pulley and the second small belt pulley.
7. The climbing machine according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of idlers are provided in appropriate positions of the drive wheel set for adjusting the tension of the first and second belts.
8. The climbing machine according to claim 1, wherein the control button is disposed between the two rails.
9. The climbing machine according to claim 1, wherein the two sliding bars are provided at both sides thereof with a plurality of rollers, respectively, so as to smoothly move up and down in the two rails, respectively.
