Abstract

本发明公开了一种输液监控终端,包括用于测量悬挂于输液架上输液袋重量的称重单元;用于测量输液袋至患者手臂之间距离的测距单元;对输液袋类型进行识别的识别单元;根据测距单元判断输液架调节方式并根据输液袋高度、输液袋类型对输液袋重量进行补偿并实现输液即将完毕告警的控制单元。其根据测距单元的前后数值对输液架的调节方式进行判断,并根据测距单元、输液袋类型对输液袋重量进行补偿,以避免误报或不报即将输完的情况产生,提高告警的可靠性。

一种输液监控终端
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗监控设备领域,具体涉及一种输液监控终端。
背景技术
静脉输液技术是常用的临床医学治疗手段之一,输液耗时较多,白天夜晚均可进行,而输液状况需要及时观测,而给患者、家属以及医护人员带来了繁重的负担,因此实现输液的自动监控成为临床应用的迫切需求。在输液过程中,会利用输液监控终端对其进行实时监控,以实现远程监测和告警。
现有输液监控终端通过称重来测量数据,输液架可以上下伸缩,其存在一个无法回避的问题:输液架伸缩时,经常出现输完报警的误报或者不报,造成监测的不准确。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题提供一种输液监控终端。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种输液监控终端,包括:
用于测量悬挂于输液架上输液袋重量的称重单元;
用于测量输液袋至患者手臂之间距离的测距单元;
对输液袋类型进行识别的识别单元;
根据测距单元判断输液架调节方式并根据输液袋高度、输液袋类型对输液袋重量进行补偿并实现输液即将完毕告警的控制单元。
对输液袋重量的监测既可与红外测速单元配合实现对输液速度的调节,也可实现对输液量的监测,以提示即将输完,提高其工作效率,减小护士的工作量和犯错率。输液袋中液体较多时,伸缩输液架均不会造成输液即将完毕告警的误报。当输液袋中液体接近即将输完,伸缩输液架将会造成误报。本方案在现有技术的基础上,根据测距单元的前后数值对输液架的调节方式进行判断,并根据测距单元、输液袋类型对输液袋重量进行补偿,以避免误报或不报即将输完的情况产生,提高告警的可靠性。
作为优选,所述补偿的方法为:
若判断输液架的调节方式为伸长,D1+b1=D2时触发控制单元告警,其中,b1输液袋重量的补偿量,D1为称重单元的实测值,D2为正常状态时输液即将完毕对应的输液袋重量,b1=πR² hρ,R为输液管的内径,h为测量输液袋至患者手臂之间的距离,ρ为输液袋类型对应的液体密度;
若判断输液架的调节方式为缩短,D1-b1=D2时触发控制单元告警。
经多次实验测试,输液架缩短时,悬挂部分较多,称重单元测量的输液袋偏重;输液架缩短时,悬挂部分较小,称重单元测量的输液袋偏轻。偏重时采用负补偿方式,偏轻时采用正补偿方式,根据调节时距离的变化实时更新补偿值,提高告警的可靠性。
作为优选,所述测距单元为超声波测距装置。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明根据测距单元的前后数值对输液架的调节方式进行判断,并根据测距单元、输液袋类型对输液袋重量进行补偿,以避免误报或不报即将输完的情况产生,提高告警的可靠性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
如图1所示的一种输液监控终端,包括称重单元、测距单元、识别单元、控制单元。称重单元、识别单元可采用现有的结构实现,称重单元用于实时测量悬挂于输液架上输液袋重量,识别单元用以识别输液袋类型以判断输液袋内液体密度。测距单元用于测量输液袋至患者手臂之间距离。控制单元根据一定时间前后距离值判断输液架此时的调节方式,若前后距离不变,则输液架高度没有被调节;若前后距离缩短,则输液架被调低;若前后距离增长,则输液架被调高。若输液架高度没有被调节,控制单元则按现有方式对输液即将完毕进行告警,若输液架高度被调节,则根据输液袋高度、输液袋类型对输液袋重量进行补偿并实现输液即将完毕告警的控制单元。
实施例2
控制单元对输液袋重量的补偿方式有多种,譬如定值补偿法、表格补偿法。但是,其均存在一端弊端,以表格补偿法为例,其补偿值成区间性,补偿后输液带的值也与实际值存在误差,其准确性不高。本实施例采用连续补偿的方法,具体的该方法为:
若判断输液架的调节方式为伸长,D1+b1=D2时触发控制单元告警,其中,b1输液袋重量的补偿量,D1为称重单元的实测值,D2为正常状态时输液即将完毕对应的输液袋重量,b1=πR² hρ,R为输液管的内径,h为测量输液袋至患者手臂之间的距离,ρ为输液袋类型对应的液体密度;
若判断输液架的调节方式为缩短,D1-b1=D2时触发控制单元告警。
现有的输液管的内径一般在2.1mm至3.2mm之间,测距装置以超声波测距装置为例进行说明,由于超声波测距的精度可达到3mm,3mm的误差在输液监控系统里,采用上述补偿方法实测出来的重量影响误差不超过1g,符合实际要求,告警的准确度也大大提高。
实施例3
对输液袋重量的监测既可与红外测速单元配合实现对输液速度的调节,也可实现对输液量的监测,在对输液速度进行调节时,采用夹持单元,夹持单元受控制单元的控制,测速单元、夹持单元均连接在控制单元上,测速单元用于对输液速度检测检测,夹持单元包括夹持部1、均设置在夹持部1内的移动部2和调节件、用于控制调节件的电机,移动部2上设置有调节槽21和用于固定输液管4的安装孔,所述安装孔与调节槽21相垂直且安装孔置于调节槽21的一端,调节件包括与夹持部1仅发生相对转动的转轴31和用于调节输液管4输液速度的转盘32,所述转轴31和调节槽21上设置有相互啮合的齿轮。转轴31一端连接在电机上,电机转动驱动转轴转动,由于转轴与夹持部1仅存在相对转动关系,不存在相对移动关系,转轴在转动过程中,由于齿轮的啮合作用,带动移动部2向相反方向移动,此时转盘32远离输液管或靠近输液管,对输液管有压迫或释放压迫的作用,从而实现对输液管输液速度的调节。采用本装置,其结构简单。
采用上述结构,转盘与输液管之间为点接触,若转盘边缘打磨的不够圆滑,极易对输液管造成破坏,有时甚至影响输液使用,为了解决该问题,还可在转轴31与输液管4之间设置长条形按压块5,所述按压块5一面与输液管4贴合且对应面上设置有与转盘32相啮合的凹槽。采用该结构,通过按压块5将转盘32的点接触转化为调节过程中的面接触,既可提高输液的质量,也避免调节过程对输液管造成破坏。且按压块5对输液管的按压构成一缓冲区域,液体经缓冲区域对流速进行调节,提高输液的舒适度。

1.一种输液监控终端,其特征在于,包括:
用于测量悬挂于输液架上输液袋重量的称重单元;
用于测量输液袋至患者手臂之间距离的测距单元;
对输液袋类型进行识别的识别单元;
根据测距单元判断输液架调节方式并根据输液袋高度、输液袋类型对输液袋重量进行补偿并实现输液即将完毕告警的控制单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液监控终端,其特征在于,所述补偿的方法为:
若判断输液架的调节方式为伸长,D1+b1=D2时触发控制单元告警,其中,b1输液袋重量的补偿量,D1为称重单元的实测值,D2为正常状态时输液即将完毕对应的输液袋重量,b1=πR² hρ,R为输液管的内径,h为测量输液袋至患者手臂之间的距离,ρ为输液袋类型对应的液体密度;
若判断输液架的调节方式为缩短,D1-b1=D2时触发控制单元告警。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液监控终端,其特征在于,所述测距单元为超声波测距装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液监控终端,其特征在于,所述控制单元上连接有控制输液速度的夹持单元和用于对输液速度检测检测的测速单元,所述夹持单元包括夹持部(1)、均设置在夹持部(1)内的移动部(2)和调节件、用于控制调节件的电机,所述移动部(2)上设置有调节槽(21)和用于固定输液管(4)的安装孔,所述安装孔与调节槽(21)相垂直且安装孔置于调节槽(21)的一端,所述调节件包括与夹持部(1)仅发生相对转动的转轴(31)和用于调节输液管(4)输液速度的转盘(32),所述转轴(31)和调节槽(21)上设置有相互啮合的齿轮。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种输液监控终端,其特征在于,所述转轴(31)与输液管(4)之间设置有长条形按压块(5),所述按压块(5)一面与输液管(4)贴合且对应面上设置有与转盘(32)相啮合的凹槽。
