Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a hydromassage assembly according to the present embodiment includes a pump portion 3 and a motor portion 2 located below the pump portion; the pump body part comprises a cylindrical shell 31 and an impeller 32 coaxially and rotatably arranged in the shell; the impeller is coaxial with an output shaft of the driving motor; two symmetrically arranged water spray pipes 311 are formed on the periphery of the shell along the tangential direction of the impeller; the outlet of the water spray pipe faces upwards; a water inlet 313 for water inlet is formed above the shell. When the number of the water spraying ports is two, the left side and the right side of a user can be simultaneously massaged, such as the two sides of the spine.
The motor part comprises a driving motor 21 for providing power for the water pump; the upper part of the output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with a rotating disc 23; the driving motor is provided with a movable seat 22; the rotating disc is positioned above the moving seat; a plurality of first magnets 221 are equidistantly arranged on the upper end surface of the moving seat along the circumferential direction of the output shaft of the driving motor; the lower end of the shell is formed with a pump body base 312; a third magnet 3121 is installed on the pump body base corresponding to each first magnet; a plurality of second magnets 231 are equidistantly installed along the circumferential direction at the upper end of the rotating disk; a fourth magnet 321 is arranged at the lower end of the impeller corresponding to each second magnet; the first magnet and the third magnet are attracted; the second magnet and the fourth magnet attract each other. The first magnet and the third magnet are attracted to enable the shell and the moving seat to be kept in a relative state in the vertical direction, so that when the moving seat moves along with the motor below an inner top plate of the motor moving box, the shell moves along with the moving seat, and the pump body portion moves along with the motor portion; the second magnet is attracted with the fourth magnet, and when the rotating disk rotates, the impeller rotates along with the rotating disk, so that water outside the shell enters through the water inlet and is sprayed out of the water spraying pipe.
The upper part of the output shaft of the driving motor is positioned below the moving seat and is fixedly connected with a ratchet wheel 24; a cylindrical cam 25 is sleeved on the ratchet wheel; the inner wall of the cylindrical cam is formed with a ratchet 251 which is in transmission connection with the ratchet; the periphery of the cylindrical cam is formed with a W-shaped groove 252 which is connected end to end along the circumferential direction, namely the groove has an upper limit position and a lower limit position. When the driving motor rotates forwards to drive the impeller to rotate, idle rotation is formed between the ratchet wheel and the cylindrical cam, namely the cylindrical cam does not rotate along with the ratchet wheel; when the driving motor rotates reversely, the cylindrical cam is driven to rotate through the ratchet wheel.
A transposition sleeve 26 is sleeved on the cylindrical cam; a guide post 262 which is connected in the groove in a sliding way is arranged in the transposition sleeve; the lower end of the transposition sleeve is rotatably connected with a transposition gear 27; a noncircular sliding hole 271 is formed in the center of the transposition gear; a sliding column 212 with the same section as the sliding hole is formed at the lower part of the output shaft of the driving motor corresponding to the transposition gear. The driving motor drives the transposition gear to rotate when working through the matching between the sliding column and the sliding hole.
A fixed seat 211 fixedly connected with the driving motor is arranged below the movable seat; the upper end of the fixed seat is provided with a ring gear 281 and a fixed gear 282 which are meshed with each other; the ring gear is coaxial with an output shaft of the driving motor; an inner ring gear 2811 in meshing transmission connection with the transposition gear is formed in the inner ring of the ring gear.
An arc-shaped support ring 2111 for supporting the movable seat is formed above the fixed seat; an extension rod 261 horizontally facing the support ring is formed on the periphery of the transposition sleeve; a guide groove 2611 which is vertically arranged is formed at the end part of the extension rod; the support ring is provided with a guide bar 21111 corresponding to the guide groove. The transposition sleeve can only move in the vertical direction due to the limitation of the guide groove and the guide bar, when the cylindrical cam rotates, the guide post drives the transposition sleeve to move up and down under the action of the groove, and when the transposition sleeve moves to the lower end, the transposition gear is meshed with the inner gear ring; when the transposition sleeve moves to the upper end, the transposition gear is separated from the inner gear ring; the rotation angle of the cylindrical cam is controlled by the reverse rotation angle of the driving motor, and the rotation angle is the angle formed by the rotation shaft when the groove goes upwards or downwards, so that whether the transposition gear is meshed with the inner gear ring or not is indirectly controlled.
An upper mounting column 2821 which is eccentrically arranged with the fixed gear is mounted on the fixed gear; a lower mounting column 222 is arranged at one side of the fixed gear at the lower end of the movable seat; a connecting rod 29 is arranged between the upper mounting column and the lower mounting column. When the transposition gear is meshed with the inner gear ring, the driving motor rotates positively to drive the impeller to rotate and simultaneously drive the transposition gear to rotate, the ring gear drives the fixed gear to rotate, the moving seat swings back and forth under the action of the connecting rod, and the shell swings back and forth along with the moving seat through the moving seat; when the transposition gear is separated from the inner gear ring, the moving seat does not swing; when the pump body part not only sprays water upwards, but also swings back and forth, the massage manipulation of kneading is realized.
The hydraulic massage assembly can be installed in a massage bed, and the massage bed comprises a bed body 1 and a water tank 11 installed in the bed body; the pump body part is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the water tank; the motor part is positioned on the lower end surface of the water tank; the upper end of the water tank is fixedly connected with a rubber membrane 12; a moving cavity 13 for the motor part to move is formed between the lower part of the water tank and the bed body; the motor part horizontally moves along the lower bottom surface of the water tank; separating the user from the water by the rubber membrane; when the water flow of the pump body part is sprayed upwards, the force acting on the user can be generated; the position corresponding to the water spraying pipe is adjusted by moving the motor part along the lower bottom surface of the water tank.
The movement of the drive motor along the lower bottom surface of the water tank is prior art, such as the movement of a cutter in a milling machine.
And a controller electrically connected with the driving motor is also arranged in the bed body.
When the water fountain is used, a user lies on the rubber film on the water tank, the body of the user is supported due to the support of the bed surface and the water in the water tank, the body of the user is in close contact with the rubber film, the position of the water spraying pipe is moved to face the user at the moment, the driving motor is controlled to rotate forwards, and the water is sprayed to the user through the water spraying pipe, so that a massage effect is generated; when a user needs to massage the effect, the inversion sleeve is moved to the lowest end of the stroke by controlling the driving motor to rotate reversely, and then the driving motor rotates forwards to achieve the massage effect.
The pump body part is separated from the motor part, so that the contact between the motor and water is isolated, the condition of electric leakage or short circuit caused by insufficient sealing of the motor is avoided, and potential safety hazards are reduced; the engagement or the disengagement of the transposition gear and the ring gear is controlled through the reverse rotation of the driving motor, so that whether the pump body swings or not is controlled, and no driving part is additionally arranged for realizing the function.
