Claims (8)

1. A detachable dental handpiece with a loosening-proof safety device is characterized by comprising a handpiece body, a connecting seat and a handpiece head; the connecting seat is fixed on the top of the machine body, and the machine head is detachably connected to the connecting seat;
the machine head comprises a machine head shell, a disassembling seat fixed at the bottom of the machine head shell, a machine core assembly, a transmission shaft, a front sealing rubber gasket, a rear sealing rubber gasket, a gasket and a retainer ring; the splitting seat is detachably connected to the connecting seat; a limiting slot is formed in the lower extension edge of the splitting seat;
the movement assembly comprises a front bearing, a rear bearing, a main shaft, a locking shaft and a machine needle; a machine core cavity and a transmission shaft cavity are formed in the machine head shell; the front bearing, the rear bearing, the main shaft and the locking shaft are all arranged in the machine core cavity; the transmission shaft is arranged in the transmission shaft cavity; the inner walls of the front bearing and the rear bearing are sleeved on the outer surfaces of two ends of the main shaft, and the outer walls of the front bearing and the rear bearing are tightly attached to the machine core cavity; the locking shaft penetrates through and is fixed inside the main shaft, and one end of the locking shaft extends out of the movement cavity; the sewing needle is in transmission connection with the locking shaft; the outer wall of the main shaft is provided with a core gear which is positioned between the front bearing and the rear bearing; one end of the transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the machine core gear, and the other end of the transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the speed reducer;
the inner wall of the front sealing rubber pad is sleeved on the outer wall of the locking shaft, and the outer wall of the front sealing rubber pad is tightly attached to the machine core cavity; the inner wall of the rear sealing rubber cushion is sleeved on the outer wall of the main shaft, and the outer wall of the rear sealing rubber cushion is tightly attached to the machine core cavity; the front sealing rubber gasket and the rear sealing rubber gasket are sequentially positioned on the outer sides of the front bearing and the rear bearing; the gasket is arranged between the front sealing rubber gasket and the front bearing; the retainer ring is arranged between the rear sealing rubber gasket and the rear bearing;
the machine body comprises a machine body shell, a hollow mounting seat, a speed reducer and an ejector rod; the connecting seat is fixed on the speed reducer, and the speed reducer is fixed on the hollow mounting seat; the outer shell of the machine body is sleeved on the outer walls of the hollow mounting seat and the speed reducer; the lower part of the hollow mounting seat is provided with a jack, and the connecting seat is provided with a jack; the ejector rod is provided with an ejector rod radial boss, the bottom end of the ejector rod is inserted into the jack of the hollow mounting seat and protrudes out of the hollow mounting seat, the ejector rod radial boss is abutted above the jack of the hollow mounting seat, and the top end of the ejector rod is inserted into the jack of the connecting seat; when the dental handpiece works, the power device is fixedly arranged on the hollow mounting seat of the handpiece body, so that the ejector rod protruding out of the hollow mounting seat moves upwards, and the top end of the ejector rod extends into the limiting slot of the detaching seat.

The detachable dental handpiece according to claim 1, wherein a limiting table fastened with the detachable base is provided at the top of the connecting base, and a limiting convex strip is provided on the limiting table in a protruding manner along a radial direction; a notch and a sliding groove communicated with the notch are arranged on the lower extension edge of the splitting seat; when the splitting seat is buckled on the limiting table of the connecting seat, the limiting convex strips enter the sliding groove along the notch, and the splitting seat is rotated to enable the limiting convex strips to be limited in the sliding groove.
3. The removable dental handpiece of claim 2, wherein the retaining socket coincides with the notch.
4. A detachable dental handpiece according to claim 2, wherein the slide groove is provided with an anti-slip groove and a guide slope.

The detachable dental handpiece of claim 1, further comprising a return spring, wherein the hollow mount has a mount radial boss on the outer wall thereof, the spring is inserted into the top rod from the top thereof, the bottom end of the spring abuts against the radial boss of the top rod, and the top end of the spring abuts against the mount radial boss.
6. The detachable dental handpiece of claim 1, wherein the top of the speed reducer is provided with a driving tooth drivingly connected with the bottom end of the driving shaft, and the bottom of the speed reducer is provided with a driving tooth drivingly connected with the power unit.
7. The detachable dental handpiece according to claim 1, wherein an annular boss is provided on the outer side of the front sealing rubber pad, and a limit groove adapted to the annular boss is provided on the inner wall of the handpiece housing and the outer wall of the front sealing rubber pad.
8. The removable dental handpiece of claim 1, wherein the retainer ring has an L-shaped longitudinal cross-section and the rear seal cushion is retained within the L-shaped groove of the retainer ring.
