1. A circumcision device with drainage function comprises a sleeve, a handle and a binding belt; the two ends of the sleeve are opened, and the sleeve is characterized in that: the medical rubber sleeve is sleeved in the sleeve, a cavity for accommodating the glans is formed in the medical rubber sleeve, the cavity is bell-mouth-shaped, when the medical rubber sleeve is used, one end facing outwards is small in caliber, the other end facing inwards is large in caliber, the medical rubber sleeve is provided with an extending part integrally formed with the edge, the extending part is outwards turned to the outside of the sleeve, the thickness of the extending part is gradually reduced along the extending direction, the circumferential surface of the inner wall of the inward end of the medical rubber sleeve is provided with wavy drainage grooves by taking the axis of the medical rubber sleeve as a central line, the circumferential surface of the inner wall of the medical rubber sleeve is also provided with spiral surrounding drainage channels, the wavy drainage grooves are in one-to-one correspondence with the drainage channels, one end of each drainage channel is correspondingly communicated with one end of each drainage groove, the other ends of the drainage channels are jointly communicated with a discharge groove, and the discharge groove is an annular groove formed in the inner wall of the medical rubber sleeve; one end of the handle is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the sleeve, an annular groove is coaxially formed in the outer wall of the sleeve, and the binding belt is bound in the annular groove.
2. A circumcision device with drainage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the extension part wraps the edge of the sleeve and forms a smooth arc-shaped wrapping part.
3. A circumcision device with drainage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the edge of the outward side of the medical rubber sleeve is provided with a smooth arc-shaped transition part.
4. A circumcision device with drainage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the maximum thickness of the outward end of the medical rubber sleeve is 3mm.
5. A circumcision apparatus with drainage function as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the minimum thickness of the inward end of the medical rubber sleeve is 1mm.
6. A circumcision device with drainage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the liquid outlet of the discharge groove is arranged below the sleeve.
7. A circumcision device with drainage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the liquid outlet of the discharge groove is provided with a rubber plug.
8. A circumcision device with drainage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the handle is Y-shaped and is connected with the outer wall of the sleeve in a bridging way.
9. A circumcision apparatus with drainage function as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the combination position of the handle and the sleeve is provided with a notch which is easy to break off.
10. A circumcision device with drainage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inner surface of the medical rubber sleeve is provided with an antibacterial coating.
