Abstract
The invention discloses a green carving module, which comprises a plastic grid sheet and a planter, wherein the plastic grid sheet is formed by intersecting and connecting a plurality of cross bars and a plurality of longitudinal bars at 90 degrees, and the cross bars and the longitudinal bars are arranged to form a plurality of fixed frames distributed in a matrix; four clamping positions are uniformly distributed at the edge of the top of the planter, 4 round holes are uniformly formed in the planter, a fixed support post is detachably inserted between two opposite round holes, and a plurality of ventilation irrigation ports are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the planter; the top of the planter is detachably provided with a deep drip irrigation emitter, and the bottom of the planter is detachably provided with a combined irrigation emitter; the combined watering device comprises a spraying opening, a micro-spraying water outlet, a middle voltage divider, a water inlet and a deep watering device which are arranged from top to bottom, and the combined watering device adopts the prior planting and standardized module production, saves labor, can be quickly assembled and replaced on site, thereby achieving the aim of reducing cost; and the planting is carried out by adopting a standard container in advance, so that the on-site cutting is not required.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of green carving, in particular to a green carving module.
Background
With the rapid development of cities, each city is more and more attached to a stereoscopic flower bed of the city, namely green carving which is commonly known by me. The stereoscopic green carving is a name card which can be used as a city, is a bright pearl in the city, not only is used for showing artwork, but also is used for showing the taste of a city and showing the good image of the city. The stereoscopic green carving can be used as a platform for cultural display of a city, is poems of the city, pictures of the city and spirit of the city, is lifelike, and also injects new vitality into the development of the city.
However, the existing three-dimensional green carving of true plants still adopts a large amount of manpower, and the construction time is long, and most of the three-dimensional green carving is displayed once and cannot be recycled or updated.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the prior planting and standardized module production, saves labor, and can be quickly assembled and replaced on site, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the cost; because the prior standard container is adopted for planting, the on-site cutting is not needed, and the root injury of plants is avoided, so that the survival rate is improved; the plants are watered or sprayed in a multiple water path mode, so that water and fertilizer required by the plants can be ensured; all adopt intelligent automatic control to water and fertilize, do not need manual control; the patterns can be easily replaced and changed, the freshness is kept, and the fixed plastic grid sheets and the planter can be repeatedly used for multiple times, so that the aim of saving the cost is fulfilled.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without creative efforts, are within the protection scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the invention provides a green carving module, which comprises a plastic grid sheet and a planter 1, wherein the plastic grid sheet is formed by intersecting and connecting a plurality of cross bars 2 and a plurality of longitudinal bars 3 at 90 degrees, and the cross bars 2 and the longitudinal bars 3 are arranged to form a plurality of fixed frames 4 distributed in a matrix; four clamping positions 5 are uniformly distributed at the edge position of the top of the planter 1, 4 round holes 6 are uniformly formed in the planter 1, a fixed support column 7 is detachably inserted between the two opposite round holes 6, and a plurality of ventilation irrigation ports 8 are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the planter 1; the top of the planter 1 is detachably provided with a deep drip irrigation emitter 9, and the bottom of the planter is detachably provided with a combined irrigation emitter 10; the combined watering device 10 comprises a spray opening 11, a micro-spray water outlet 12, an intermediate pressure divider 13, a water inlet 14 and a deep watering device 15 which are arranged from top to bottom. The planter 1 is in a round table shape with a large upper part and a small lower part. The planter 1 is detachably clamped on the plastic grid sheet through the clamping position 5. Each fixed frame 4 corresponds to one planter 1. The length of the fixing struts 7 is adapted to the length of the diameter of the circular cross section of the top of the planter 1. The water inlets 14 of the deep drip irrigation emitter 9 and the combined irrigation emitter 10 are communicated with a water pipe 16. The spray opening 11, the intermediate pressure divider 13 and the deep layer watering device 15 are detachably connected in combination. The water pipe 16 can be selected as a main water fertilizer pipe or a branch water fertilizer pipe. The plastic grid sheet is made of deformable tough rubber material.
Working principle: when in specific use, the method mainly comprises the following steps: the combined watering device 10 is formed by combining a water outlet 14, a deep watering device 15, a micro-spraying water outlet 12, a spray outlet 11 and an intermediate pressure divider 13, and can mainly synchronously implement three water and fertilizer watering modes of atomization watering, micro-spraying watering and deep penetration watering; the deep drip irrigation device 9 can perform deep watering or fertilization with different depths according to the requirements of different plants (including flowers, green plants and vegetables), can ensure the healthy growth of the plants, and can be combined or used independently; the planter 1 is a special planter for three-dimensional green carving plants, and needs to be used together with the fixed support posts 7 during planting, in this way, the plants can be ensured not to fall off during transportation, or inverted installation or inclined installation, the periphery of the planter 1 is provided with circular ventilation irrigation ports 8, the requirements of water and fertilizer irrigation can be met, and the ventilation effect of the plants can be ensured, so that the healthy growth of the plants can be ensured; the fixing support posts 7 are directly inserted into the reserved round holes 6 on the planter 1 through the cylinders at the two ends, so as to play a role in fixing; the planter 1 is directly clamped on the cross bars 2 and the longitudinal bars 3 of the fixed frame 4 of the plastic grid sheet through the surrounding clamping positions 5, so that the planter 1 is fixed on the plastic grid sheet to play a role in fixing and limiting, and the plastic grid sheet can be bent at any angle and can be trimmed at will due to toughness, so that the requirements of three-dimensional green carving of any shape can be met, and the plastic grid sheet is fixed on a keel through a binding belt; the ventilation irrigation port 8 of the planter 1 can meet the requirement of water and fertilizer irrigation and has the function of ventilation for plants, so that healthy growth of the plants is ensured; the micro-spraying water outlet 12 is positioned on the upper cover of the middle voltage divider 13 and mainly plays a role of micro-spraying water; the spray opening 11 is positioned at the top end of the combined type irrigator 10 and plays a role in atomizing water and then discharging mist; the water inlet 14 is connected with a main pipe or branch pipe of water and fertilizer, and is connected with the water inlet 14 through a water pipe 16 to provide irrigation sources for the combined irrigator 10.
The installation time is divided into the following steps:
1. planting plants, namely loading the prepared planting matrixes into a planter 1, and simultaneously inserting 1-2 fixed support posts 7 into the planter 1; and (3) carrying out plant cutting or sowing according to plant or cutting sowing requirements, and cultivating to a plant finished product box meeting the specified crown width and height.
2. The plastic grid plates with different sizes are fixed on a keel frame of the stereoscopic green carving through the whole plate or the trimmed shape according to the requirements of the stereoscopic green carving; the irrigation equipment such as combined micro-spraying, arrow dripping, mist spraying and the like is installed in the framework according to the shape requirement, and water testing is carried out, so that the whole stereoscopic green carving can be covered by water; according to the design pattern, the plant finished product boxes with different varieties, different colors and different sizes are clamped in the plastic grid tray through the periphery of the planter and clamping points; for the part with insufficient parts, fixing the plant finished product box on a plastic grid plate or a keel through a binding belt; after the installation is completed, the plants are trimmed to achieve the design effect; according to different demands, the lights with different colors are arranged inside or outside the green carving, so that the ornamental value of the green carving is improved.
3. The intelligent control can be realized by selecting an intelligent remote Wi-Fi control system, comprises remote control of a mobile phone terminal APP, and comprises and is not limited to changing various parameters such as watering, lamplight, spraying, temperature and humidity detection and the like; the control with timing function and multi-parameter selection control can be selected according to the requirements of users, thereby meeting the personalized customization requirements of the users
4. The requirements of any shape, various plants and colors can be met, and the requirements of any shape, including three-dimensional, planar and the like can be met by adopting a splicing and trimming mode; the containers with different sizes can meet the growth requirements of different plants, thereby meeting the requirements of different colors, layers and other plant landscape aspects.
