背景技术
随着土地资源的日渐稀缺,盐碱地这一特殊类型的土地越来越被人们所重视,一直以来,造林绿化难一直是盐碱地治理久攻不下的难题。杨树作为主要的绿化乔木树种之一,是世界上分布最广、适应性最强的树种,具有速生、优质、适应性强等特点,有望成为盐碱地改造和绿化的主要树种。国内外学着也在耐盐杨树方面取得了丰硕的研究成果,但限于各种因素并没有获得大面积的栽培,因此,耐盐碱的杨树在盐碱地的改良和绿化中并没有起到应有的作用,原因主要是扩繁问题,杨树的扩繁栽培目前常用的方法就是扦插育苗,如何筛选出抗逆性强、适应中国北方盐碱地地区的气候和土壤条件优良树种,并广泛推广就是目前耐盐碱杨树选育的关键课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种快速繁殖抗盐碱杨树的方法,操作简单,成本低,扦插移栽后成活率高,抗逆性强,可以直接应用于生产。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种快速繁殖抗盐碱杨树的方法,包括以下步骤:
a.繁殖用材料的准备:将培养基质填充到营养钵,填充前30分钟,首先加水处理,使其含水量达到50%~70%,装量控制在每平方米装80盆;然后将营养钵放置到拱棚中;
其中基质由以下重量份材料组成:草炭土40份、蛭石25份、珍珠岩20份、桑叶粉10份、松针粉5份、菌根肥3份和过磷酸钙3份;
拱棚设计为:跨度为8~12米,高2.6~2.7米,肩高1.4~1.5米,拱架间距1~1.2米,长为80~100米;棚内用砖铺40厘米的步行道5道,并铺设水管及喷头;
b.插条采集与保存:选择休眠期耐盐碱杨树当年生枝条采条并进入越冬期贮存,贮存方法为:
b01.选择地势较高,排水良好的背阴处挖沟,沟宽1.5米,深度一般60厘米,防止沟内温度过高(温度保持0℃~4℃为宜);埋存时沟底先铺5~10厘米干净湿河沙;
沟底干燥时要洒水,一般按2桶/米2洒水,然后撒沙,沙的湿度保持在手攥成团,松开即散为宜,使沙充实条间的缝隙。
b02.剪去中下部粗度为0.5~2厘米的枝条中不充实的梢头和盲芽,将插条剪成2~3个芽,8~12厘米长,下口靠近下芽1厘米处剪成45度剪口,上端离芽1~1.5厘米处(保持适当长度,以防失水)剪成平口;
b03.将截好的插穗按粗细不同分类,每类以50~100支捆绑成一捆,上下端不要颠倒,立置于沟内沙层上,倾斜度45~60°;在插穗上加沙5厘米,再铺一层插穗,再在插穗上加沙5厘米,最后加15厘米的土与地面齐平;
为防止积水,再起垄5厘米。在贮存期间,每隔1~1.5米摆放15厘米的草把一捆,以利通气,并时常检查。

d.扦插及管理:插穗直插于营养钵中基质内,扦插时按步骤b03分好的插穗分开扦插,以方便管理;扦插后必须喷透水,使插穗与钵内土壤紧密结合,使插穗有充足的水分吸收,并每隔3~5天喷水一次;同时注意:保证水分供应、进行抹芽、拔草、移动营养钵防止根系插入地面内、加强病虫害防治;
e.炼苗:4月上旬开始炼苗,控制棚内温度26℃~28℃,浇水使用含盐浓度在0.3%,pH值8至9的微咸水灌溉;并加强施肥、除草和灭虫管理;
一般情况下,超过30℃时开始放风,或者视苗生长情况和温度的变化,移栽前10~15天开始放风炼苗。
f.移栽:4月份中下旬开始将炼苗后的再生苗移栽至大田种植,5月份上旬结束。

土霉素:防止因为培养基中还有糖类物质而引起的病虫害,并对杨树插条有促进生根的作用。
优选的,所述的桑葚汁液为新鲜成熟的桑葚榨汁,或烘干的成熟桑葚经过8~12小时浸泡后榨汁,然后将汁液通过三层纱布过滤,然后巴氏消毒后得到。

本发明中扦插培养是在拱棚内进行,拱棚设计为:跨度为10米,高2.7米,肩高1.5米,拱架间距1.2米,长为100米;棚内用砖铺40厘米的步行道5道,并铺设水管及喷头。
实施例1:
a.繁殖用材料的准备:将培养基质填充到营养钵,填充前30分钟,首先加水处理,使其含水量达到50%~70%,装量控制在每平方米装80盆;然后将营养钵放置到拱棚中;
其中基质由以下重量份材料组成:草炭土40份、蛭石25份、珍珠岩20份、桑叶粉10份、松针粉5份、菌根肥3份和过磷酸钙3份;
b.插条采集与保存:选择休眠期耐盐碱杨树当年生枝条采条并进入越冬期贮存,贮存方法为:
b01.选择地势较高,排水良好的背阴处挖沟,沟宽1.5米,深度一般60厘米,防止沟内温度过高(温度保持0℃~4℃为宜);埋存时沟底先铺5~10厘米干净湿河沙;
b02.剪去中下部粗度为0.5~2厘米的枝条中不充实的梢头和盲芽,将插条剪成2~3个芽,8~12厘米长,下口靠近下芽1厘米处剪成45度剪口,上端离芽1~1.5厘米处(保持适当长度,以防失水)剪成平口;
b03.将截好的插穗按粗细不同分类,每类以50~100支捆绑成一捆,上下端不要颠倒,立置于沟内沙层上,倾斜度45~60°;在插穗上加沙5厘米,再铺一层插穗,再在插穗上加沙5厘米,最后加15厘米的土与地面齐平;
c.插穗处理:三月初扦插前,将贮存的枝条用插前处理液浸泡4天,使其吸足水分和养分,并迅速生根;
插前处理液的配方为:海藻糖30g/L,尿素30g/L,吲哚乙酸200mg/L、萘乙酸300mg/L、维生素C 2g/L、复合维生素B3g/L、烟酸0.4mg/L、肌醇120mg/L、甘氨酸1.5mg/L、桑葚汁液10g/L和土霉素0.5g/L。
d.扦插及管理:插穗直插于营养钵内,扦插时按步骤b03分好的插穗分开扦插,以方便管理;扦插后必须喷透水,使插穗有充足的水分吸收,并每隔3~5天喷水一次;同时注意:保证水分供应、进行抹芽(侧芽很嫩时用手直接摘除,一般萌发后进行;每株留一个生长健壮的芽,其余的抹除)、拔草、移动营养钵(1~2次)防止根系插入地面内、加强病虫害防治;
e.炼苗:4月上旬开始炼苗,控制棚内温度26℃~28℃,浇水使用含盐浓度在0.3%,pH值8至9的微咸水灌溉;并加强施肥、除草和灭虫管理;
f.移栽:4月份中下旬开始将炼苗后的再生苗移栽至大田种植,5月份上旬结束。
本实施例共处理插条400棵,得到400棵插穗,处理后得到的移栽苗在含盐浓度0.3%的大田中共存活367棵,移栽成活率为91.75%,结果表明本方法简单适用,得到的杨树苗具有一定的耐盐碱性。
实施例2:

d.扦插及管理:插穗直插于营养钵内,扦插时按步骤b03分好的插穗分开扦插,以方便管理;扦插后必须喷透水,使插穗有充足的水分吸收,并每隔3~5天喷水一次;同时注意:保证水分供应、进行抹芽、拔草、移动营养钵防止根系插入地面内、加强病虫害防治;
e.炼苗:4月上旬开始炼苗,控制棚内温度26℃~28℃,浇水使用含盐浓度在0.3%,pH值8至9的微咸水灌溉;并加强施肥、除草和灭虫管理;

本实施例共处理插条400棵,得到400棵插穗,处理后得到的移栽苗在含盐浓度0.3%的大田中共存活381棵,移栽成活率为95.25%,结果表明本方法简单适用,得到的杨树苗具有一定的耐盐碱性。

d.扦插及管理:插穗直插于营养钵内,扦插时按步骤b03分好的插穗分开扦插,以方便管理;扦插后必须喷透水,使插穗与钵内土壤紧密结合,使插穗有充足的水分吸收,并每隔3~5天喷水一次;同时注意:保证水分供应、进行抹芽、拔草、移动营养钵防止根系插入地面内、加强病虫害防治;
e.炼苗:4月上旬开始炼苗,控制棚内温度26℃~28℃,浇水使用含盐浓度在0.3%,pH值8至9的微咸水灌溉;并加强施肥、除草和灭虫管理;
f.移栽:4月份中下旬开始将炼苗后的再生苗移栽至大田种植,5月份上旬结束。
本实施例共处理插条400棵,得到400棵插穗,处理后得到的移栽苗在含盐浓度0.3%的大田中共存活393棵,移栽成活率为98.25%,结果表明本方法简单适用,得到的杨树苗具有一定的耐盐碱性。

Claims (6)

1.一种快速繁殖抗盐碱杨树的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.繁殖用材料的准备:将培养基质填充到营养钵,填充前30分钟,首先加水处理,使其含水量达到50%~70%,装量控制在每平方米装80盆;然后将营养钵放置到拱棚中;
其中基质由以下重量份材料组成:草炭土40份、蛭石25份、珍珠岩20份、桑叶粉10份、松针粉5份、菌根肥3份和过磷酸钙3份;
b.插条采集与保存:选择休眠期耐盐碱杨树当年生枝条采条并进入越冬期贮存,贮存方法为:
b01.选择地势较高,排水良好的背阴处挖沟,沟宽1.5米,深度一般60厘米;埋存时沟底先铺5~10厘米干净湿河沙;

d.扦插及管理:插穗直插于营养钵中的基质内,扦插后喷透水,并每隔3~5天喷水一次;同时注意保证水分供应、进行抹芽、拔草、移动营养钵防止根系插入地面内、加强病虫害防治;
e.炼苗:4月上旬开始炼苗,控制棚内温度26℃~28℃,浇水使用含盐浓度在0.3%,pH值8至9的微咸水灌溉,并加强施肥、除草和灭虫管理;
f.移栽:4月份中下旬开始将炼苗后的再生苗移栽至大田种植,5月份上旬结束。
2.如权利要求1所述的快速繁殖抗盐碱杨树的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中拱棚设计为:跨度为8~12米,高2.6~2.7米,肩高1.4~1.5米,拱架间距1~1.2米,长为80~100米;棚内用砖铺40厘米的步行道5道,并铺设水管及喷头。
3.如权利要求1所述的快速繁殖抗盐碱杨树的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中基质混合好后,再用3%的硫酸亚铁翻拌,每立方米用25千克,翻拌均匀后,用塑料袋封盖24小时进行消毒处理。
4.如权利要求1所述的快速繁殖抗盐碱杨树的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中的菌根肥包括以重量比为1﹕1﹕1组成的VA菌根菌、杜鹃菌根菌和兰科菌根菌,还包括重量比为0.5﹕0.5﹕0.5﹕0.5圆褐固氮菌、红菇、康宁木霉和牛肝菌。
5.如权利要求4所述的快速繁殖抗盐碱杨树的方法,其特征在于,所述VA菌根菌为内囊霉属真菌、无柄孢属真菌、巨孢霉属真菌和实果内囊属真菌中的一种或任意比例混合几种;杜鹃菌根菌为锤舌菌属真菌或树粉孢属真菌;兰科菌根菌为伏革菌属真菌、蜜环菌属真菌、角担菌属真菌、亡革菌属真菌、胶膜菌属真菌和丝核菌属真菌的一种或任意比例混合几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的快速繁殖抗盐碱杨树的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中插前处理液的灭菌的条件是121℃,20分钟。
