The clothing is the indispensable article of people's life, and it plays the effect of decorating keeping warm, and the important ring of the preparation of cotton-padded clothes is cotton, and the picking of cotton is an important step of preparation cotton-padded clothes, need pick after the cotton is ripe, and the picking of cotton generally is artifical picking, and artifical picking work load is big, intensity is high, picking efficiency is low, the time is long, and because the dynamics is not good to be controlled, and the easy adhesion impurity of cotton of picking. With the improvement of science and technology, mechanical equipment for picking cotton is available nowadays, but most of the existing cotton picking equipment has complex structure, many parts and unstable performance; and the body type is bigger, the price is more expensive, it is not convenient to carry, the flexibility is not enough.
There are some technical solutions related to cotton picking in the prior art, for example, a patent of application No. CN206251635U discloses a portable cotton picking device, when picking cotton, a control switch on a handle is pressed, a storage battery supplies power to an electric roller and a fan, and the electric roller and the fan start to operate. After the electric roller rotates, the first gear, the first roller and the first conveying belt are driven to rotate in an operation mode, and the electric roller, the first roller and the first conveying belt rotate anticlockwise on the whole. Because the first gear on the motorized pulley is meshed with the second gear on the second pulley, the third pulley and the second conveyor belt run and rotate simultaneously, and the second pulley, the third pulley and the second conveyor belt rotate clockwise on the whole. When the fan operates, negative pressure is formed in the cotton collecting box, the conveying pipe and the shell, so that picked cotton can smoothly enter the cotton collecting box. This technical scheme can realize the harvesting of cotton, but the big difficult portable use of weight of the device volume, and the cotton needle can twine the cotton and finally cause the jam when the device is picked, and the device can't realize going the seed of cotton through the harvesting that can realize the cotton simultaneously.

Preferably, the first handle is door-shaped; the second handle is arc-shaped. When the device is used, the first handle is held by the left hand, the second handle is held by the right hand, the device swings left and right through the second handle by taking the first handle as a fixed point, the direction is adjusted, and the device is convenient to use.
Preferably, the delivery tube is used to convey the cotton after picking. The cotton picked forms suction under the negative pressure generated by the fan, and enters the seed removing mechanism through the conveying pipe due to the suction.

Preferably, the collector is mounted in the lower right corner of the separation zone housing; the fan is arranged above the collector at the right side of the separation area shell. The cotton leaves the seeds and then enters a collector through an inclined screen. The fan operates to generate negative pressure inside the device to form suction force, so that the cotton moves inwards to perform a series of work.
Preferably, the first picking wheel comprises a rotating gear shaft, a second air bag and a piston spring knife; the outer circle of the rotary gear shaft is provided with a gear which is meshed with an inner gear of the picking device; the second air bag is arranged between the rotary gear shaft and the picking device; the piston spring knife is arranged on the picking device and can cut cotton wrapped by the blades when the cotton is picked; a slotted hole is formed in the picking device, and an air hole is formed in the slotted hole and communicated with the air bag; the piston spring knife is mounted in the slot for opening the cotton being wrapped in preparation for deseeding. The rotating gear shaft rotates to drive the picking device to rotate, the second air bag is continuously extruded between the rotating gear shaft and the picking device to suck and exhaust air, and the piston spring knife is driven to stretch, so that the cotton wrapped with the blades is cut and the blades are removed.
Preferably, the first air bag is arranged on the inner wall of the shell of the separation area above the brush; the first pressing plate is connected with the first air bag, and sawteeth on the first pressing plate are in contact with the hairbrush, so that the vibration is enhanced. The brush rotates to drive the first pressing plate to vibrate, and the first air bag compresses to generate gas for blowing up the opening on the shell of the separation area and separating cotton seeds from cotton.
Preferably, the spring is arranged on the inner wall of the shell of the left separation area of the brush; one end face of the second pressing plate is connected with the spring, the other end face of the second pressing plate is in contact with the brush, and the second pressing plate is provided with sawteeth which have the effect of strengthening vibration. The brush rotates to drive the second pressing plate to vibrate and drive the spring to vibrate, and the vibration is conducted to the screen through the separation area shell to filter the cottonseed.
Therefore, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the hook-shaped picking pieces are arranged on the picking wheel, so that the picking efficiency can be effectively improved, and the cotton is prevented from being wound on the picking wheel to cause blockage;
2. according to the invention, a large amount of non-metallic plastics are used, so that the weight of the device can be greatly reduced, the device is lighter and lighter to use, and meanwhile, the separation and collection device can be carried on the back, so that the picking range limitation caused by the fact that the collection device cannot move synchronously is eliminated, and the picking range is not limited by equipment;
3. according to the cotton picker, the picking and the seed removing functions are ingeniously combined, so that the picking and the seed removing are integrated, cotton seeds can be removed while cotton is picked, the function diversification is realized, and the time for removing the seeds after picking is saved.

As an embodiment of the invention, the first handle 10 is in a door shape; the second handle 11 is arc-shaped. When the device is used, the first handle 10 is held by the left hand, the second handle 11 is held by the right hand, and the device swings left and right through the second handle 11 with the first handle 10 as a fixed point, so that the device is convenient to use.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the delivery tube 4 is used to convey cotton after picking. The suction force is formed by the negative pressure generated by the fan 8 after the cotton is picked, and the cotton enters the seed removing mechanism 5 through the conveying pipe 4 due to the suction force.
According to the seed cotton filtering device, the screen 6 is arranged on the lower side in the separation area shell 14 and used for filtering seed cotton, the screen 6 inclines rightwards, the inclination angle is 30 degrees, cotton conveniently slides into the collector 9, the first pressing plate 7 is arranged below the left side of the screen 6, and the effect of filtering the seed cotton can be better achieved due to the fact that the first pressing plate 7 vibrates. After the cotton seeds are removed by the seed removing mechanism 5, the cotton seeds and the cotton fall into the screen 6, part of the cotton seeds are filtered by the screen 6, the air bag I16 is compressed and exhausted by the brush 51 and is blown out by the blowing-out opening, the cotton can be blown when the cotton falls, the seeds on the cotton are blown off, and the seed removing effect is provided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the collector 9 is installed at the lower right corner of the separation zone housing 14; the fan 8 is mounted above the right collector 9 of the separation zone housing 14. The cotton leaves the seeds and enters a collector 9 through an inclined screen 6. The fan 8 operates to generate negative pressure inside the device to form suction force, so that the cotton moves inwards to perform a series of work.
The first picking wheel 21 comprises a rotating gear shaft 211, a second air bag 212, a picker 213 and a piston spring knife 214; the outer circle of the rotating gear shaft 211 is provided with a gear which is meshed with an inner gear of the picking device 213; the second air bag 212 is arranged between the rotating gear shaft 211 and the picker 213; the piston spring knife 214 is arranged on the picker 213 and can cut cotton wrapped by the blades when picking cotton; a slotted hole is formed in the picking device 213, and an air hole is formed in the slotted hole and communicated with the air bag; the piston flick knife 214 is mounted in the slot for opening the cotton bale in preparation for deseeding. The rotary gear shaft 211 rotates to drive the picking device to rotate, the second air bag 212 continuously extrudes between the rotary gear shaft 211 and the picking device 213 to suck and exhaust air, and the piston spring knife 214 is driven to stretch, so that the cotton wrapped with the blades is cut and defoliated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first air bag 16 is mounted on the inner wall of the separation region housing 14 above the brush 51; the first pressing plate 7 is connected with the first air bag 16, and sawteeth on the first pressing plate 7 are in contact with the hairbrush 51, so that the vibration is enhanced. The brush 51 rotates to drive the first pressing plate 7 to vibrate, and the first air bag 16 compresses to generate gas for blowing up the opening on the separation region shell 14 to separate cotton seeds from cotton.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the spring 15 is mounted on the inner wall of the separation region housing 14 on the left side of the brush 51; one end face of the second pressure plate 18 is connected with the spring 15, the other end face of the second pressure plate is in contact with the brush 51, and the second pressure plate 18 is provided with sawteeth which have the function of strengthening vibration. The brush 51 rotates to drive the second pressing plate 18 to vibrate, the spring 15 is driven to vibrate, and the vibration is transmitted to the screen 6 through the shell of the separation area shell 14 to filter the cotton seeds.
