Background
The future intelligent household appliance system has the following development trends: (1) remote control: by utilizing the existing network technology such as the internet, the 3G network and the wireless sensor network technology, the working state of the household electrical appliances can be checked through a remote computer, an intelligent terminal and the like, and the household electrical appliances can be operated. For example, in hot summer, the temperature adjusting device at home can be remotely controlled through the remote control terminal before people come home from work, the device is started and set in advance, and people can enjoy cool indoor environment after coming home. (2) Networking and integrating household appliances: the user can spend less money and enjoy more new functions. The prior household appliances have independent controllers, for example, people sit in a home with an air conditioner and watch movies by using a DVD, and although the air conditioner, the television and the DVD have respective remote controllers, people can sit on a sofa to control the air conditioner, the television and the DVD easily, but the three remote controllers obviously increase the total cost and bring inconvenience to use. The intelligent terminal is used for trying to complete the operation of all household appliances and easily acquiring information such as temperature, humidity and illumination of all corners in a house, an operation scheme meeting the requirement of the intelligent terminal is formulated, the intelligent terminal automatically controls and coordinates the work of the household appliances, and the requirement of the intelligent terminal on the family environment is met. (3) Remote maintenance: the household appliance can automatically diagnose fault information and feed back the fault information to a designated monitoring computer through a remote network, and the computer carries out remote detection on the fault information.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the existing intelligent home control method and system are simple, single in function and incapable of transmitting complex commands. The following problems may occur if complex commands are transmitted using current systems: in order to be able to transmit a complex command, the transmission delay is inevitably increased, which requires increasing the timeout time of the retransmission timer, and although this modification satisfies the transmission requirement for the complex command, it does not make any sense to increase the timeout time of the retransmission timer for a simple command, and at the same time, increasing the timeout time of the retransmission timer means increasing the retransmission judgment time, resulting in a decrease in the response speed of the system. The prior art still fails to overcome this drawback. In order to overcome the defect, the invention provides a control method with variable timer time, which can self-adaptively adjust the length of the timer, can meet the transmission requirement of a complex command when encountering the complex command, and can automatically modify the length of the timer and reduce the control delay when encountering a simple command.

step 108: and if the control command receiving negative confirmation message is received before the retransmission timer is overtime, the retransmission timer is reset to zero, and the household appliance control command is retransmitted to the intelligent household appliance.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein the control command reception acknowledgement message is sent by the intelligent appliance in response to receiving the control command, and wherein the control command reception negative acknowledgement message is sent by the intelligent appliance in response to receiving the control command that cannot be correctly interpreted.
In a preferred aspectIn the embodiment, the setting of the retransmission timer based on the data length of the appliance control command specifically includes the following steps: estimating the response delay time t based on the data length of the household appliance control commandaWherein the reaction is delayed by a time taThe time length is from the moment when the intelligent household appliance control center forwards the household appliance control command to the intelligent household appliance to the moment when the intelligent household appliance sends a control command receiving confirmation message or a control command receiving negative confirmation message to the intelligent household appliance control center; estimating the transmission delay time t of a control command reception acknowledgement message or a control command reception negative acknowledgement messageb(ii) a Setting the timeout period T of the retransmission timer so that T ═ Ta+tb+ts(ii) a Wherein, tsThe length of the guard period for the guard period may be obtained from experience of a person skilled in the art, and in general the length of the guard period may be equal to 5-10% of the timeout period T.
In a preferred embodiment, the estimating of the response delay time based on the data length of the appliance control command includes the steps of: establishing an allowed control command set by an intelligent household appliance control center; sequencing the control commands in the allowed control command set according to the control command length in the allowed control command set; grouping the ordered control command sets according to a preset rule (according to the length of the control commands) to obtain a plurality of control command subsets, wherein the number of the control command subsets is at least five; allocating a respective reaction delay time t to each of a plurality of control command subsetsa(ii) a Searching the corresponding control command subset based on the data length of the household appliance control command to obtain the corresponding response delay time ta
In a preferred embodiment, if the number of the control command subsets is five, the control command subsets are respectively defined as a first control command subset, a second control command subset, a third control command subset, a fourth control command subset and a fifth control command subset; the length of the control command in the first control command subset is greater than that of the control command in the second control command subset, the length of the control command in the second control command subset is greater than that of the control command in the third control command subset, the length of the control command in the third control command subset is greater than that of the control command in the fourth control command subset, and the length of the control command in the fourth control command subset is greater than that of the control command in the fifth control command subset; assigning a first reaction delay time to each control command in the first subset of control commands, a second reaction delay time to each control command in the second subset of control commands, a third reaction delay time to each control command in the third subset of control commands, a fourth reaction delay time to each control command in the fourth subset of control commands, and a fifth reaction delay time to each control command in the fifth subset of control commands; wherein the first reaction delay time is greater than the second reaction delay time, the second reaction delay time is greater than the third reaction delay time, the third reaction delay time is greater than the fourth reaction delay time, and the fourth reaction delay time is greater than the fifth reaction delay time.
For example, based on the data length of the appliance control command, the estimation of the response delay time may be performed as follows: firstly, an allowed control command set is established by an intelligent household appliance control center, wherein the control command set may comprise a command of emergency shutdown, a command of adjusting power, a command of switching on and off the intelligent household appliance, a command for instructing the intelligent household appliance to complete a certain task, and even a command for instructing the intelligent household appliance to download data and transmit the data to a mobile terminal. All commands need to conform to a certain encoding rule, so the commands have fixed lengths, but the fixed lengths of the commands are obviously different. For example, the command length for emergency shutdown is the shortest, the command for switching on and off the intelligent appliance is longer, the command for adjusting power is longer, the command for instructing the intelligent appliance to complete a certain task is longer, and the command for instructing the intelligent appliance to download data and transmit the data to the mobile terminal is the longest.
Then, the above commands are sorted, and the sorting result should be: a command to emergency shutdown (assuming a length of 10 units of time), a command to switch the smart appliance on and off (assuming a length of 20 units of time), a command to adjust power (assuming a length of 30 units of time), a command to instruct the smart appliance to perform a certain task (assuming a length of 100 units of time), and a command to instruct the smart appliance to download data and transmit the data to the mobile terminal (assuming a length of 300 units of time).
The number of subsets required is then determined and assuming five subsets are required, the subset limit can be found by dividing the maximum length of 300 units of time by 5. Specifically, the first subset is 0-60 unit times, the second subset is 61-120 unit times, the third subset is 121-180 unit times, the fourth subset is 181-240 unit times, and the fifth subset is 241-300 unit times in this example. It can be seen that the command for emergency shutdown (assuming a length of 10 units of time), the command for switching on and off the smart appliance (assuming a length of 20 units of time), and the command for adjusting power (assuming a length of 30 units of time) belong to the first subset, the command for instructing the smart appliance to perform a certain task (assuming a length of 100 units of time) belongs to the second subset, and the command for instructing the smart appliance to download data and transmit the data to the mobile terminal (assuming a length of 300 units of time) belongs to the fifth subset.
The first to fifth subsets are then assigned reaction delay times taThe length of the reaction delay time corresponding to each command can then be determined.

In a preferred embodiment, the control command reception acknowledgement message is sent by the intelligent appliance in response to receiving the control command, and the control command reception negative acknowledgement message is sent by the intelligent appliance in response to receiving a control command that cannot be correctly interpreted.
