1. A public broadcasting control method is applied to a broadcasting terminal device and comprises the following steps:
detecting whether the broadcast terminal equipment can establish connection with a broadcast host;
when detecting that the broadcast terminal equipment cannot establish connection with a broadcast host, acquiring a broadcast strategy downloaded from the broadcast host in advance;
when detecting that the broadcast terminal equipment can establish connection with a broadcast host, periodically judging whether a broadcast strategy stored in the broadcast host is consistent with a broadcast strategy downloaded from the broadcast host in advance; when the broadcast strategy stored in the broadcast host is judged to be inconsistent with the broadcast strategy downloaded from the broadcast host in advance, deleting the broadcast strategy downloaded from the broadcast host in advance, and downloading the broadcast strategy stored in the broadcast host;
the broadcast strategy comprises a timing playing information table and a broadcast audio file packet; the broadcast audio file package comprises a plurality of audio files and an audio identification code for identifying each audio file; the timing playing information table comprises a plurality of timing broadcasting time periods and audio identification codes corresponding to each timing broadcasting time period;
broadcasting according to the broadcasting strategy, comprising: judging whether the current time falls into any one timing broadcast time period of a timing play strategy;
when the current time is judged to fall into one of the timing broadcast time periods of the timing play strategy, acquiring an audio identification code corresponding to the timing broadcast time period;
searching an audio file corresponding to the audio identification code from the broadcast audio file packet;
playing the audio file;
the broadcast terminal equipment and the paging broadcast equipment are in the same group of networks;
the broadcast policy comprises a broadcast information table; the broadcast information table comprises the equipment types and IP addresses of the equipment in the same networking with the broadcast terminal equipment;
the broadcasting according to the broadcasting policy further includes:
searching an IP address corresponding to the equipment with the equipment type of paging broadcasting equipment from the broadcasting information table;
sending the broadcast information table to paging broadcast equipment corresponding to the IP address, so that the paging broadcast equipment searches the IP address corresponding to equipment with the equipment type being broadcast terminal equipment from the broadcast information table and sends the acquired audio data to the broadcast terminal equipment corresponding to the IP address;
and broadcasting the audio data.
2. The public broadcasting control method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the broadcast audio file package further includes a check code corresponding one-to-one to the audio files; the check code is used for checking the integrity of the corresponding audio file.
3. The public broadcasting control method according to claim 1, wherein the broadcasting terminal device and the fire fighting collection device are in the same group of networks;
the broadcast strategy comprises a broadcast information table and a fire-fighting audio file; the broadcast information table comprises the equipment types and IP addresses of the equipment in the same networking with the broadcast terminal equipment;
the broadcasting according to the broadcasting strategy includes:
searching an IP address corresponding to the equipment with the equipment type of fire-fighting acquisition equipment from the broadcast information table;
detecting whether any one of the fire-fighting acquisition devices corresponding to the IP address meets a fire-fighting triggering condition;
and when any one of the fire-fighting acquisition equipment corresponding to the IP address is detected to meet a fire-fighting trigger condition, playing the fire-fighting audio file.
4. The common broadcast control method of claim 3, wherein the broadcasting is performed according to a broadcast policy, further comprising:
and when detecting that each fire fighting acquisition device corresponding to the IP address does not meet the fire fighting triggering condition, forbidding playing the fire fighting audio file.
5. The public broadcasting control method according to claim 3, wherein the broadcasting information table further includes acquisition channel information of each of the fire fighting acquisition devices; the acquisition channel information is used for marking an acquisition channel of each fire fighting acquisition device.
6. A public address control apparatus provided in a broadcast terminal device, comprising:
the network detection module is used for detecting whether the broadcast terminal equipment can establish connection with a broadcast host;
the broadcast strategy acquisition module is used for acquiring a broadcast strategy downloaded from a broadcast host in advance when detecting that the broadcast terminal equipment cannot establish connection with the broadcast host;
the strategy detection module is used for periodically judging whether the broadcast strategy stored in the broadcast host is consistent with the broadcast strategy downloaded from the broadcast host in advance when the fact that the broadcast terminal equipment can establish connection with the broadcast host is detected;
a policy update module configured to delete the broadcast policy downloaded from the broadcast host in advance and download the broadcast policy stored in the broadcast host when it is determined that the broadcast policy stored in the broadcast host is inconsistent with the broadcast policy downloaded from the broadcast host in advance

the broadcasting according to the broadcasting policy further includes:
searching an IP address corresponding to the equipment with the equipment type of paging broadcasting equipment from the broadcasting information table;
sending the broadcast information table to paging broadcast equipment corresponding to the IP address, so that the paging broadcast equipment searches the IP address corresponding to equipment with the equipment type being broadcast terminal equipment from the broadcast information table and sends the acquired audio data to the broadcast terminal equipment corresponding to the IP address;
and broadcasting the audio data.
