Compared with the traditional power transformation cabinet, the siphon effect is enhanced under the action of the height difference between the water guide pipeline and the water outlet, water collected in the rainwater-proof device can be discharged better, the diameter of the inner wall of the water collecting tank is 0.1cm, so that the water level in the water collecting tank can be higher than the height point of the pipeline to trigger the siphon effect only by a small amount of rainwater, the rainwater is collected better under the action of the water collecting tank and the air guide plate to prevent from accumulating, and the gap between the ventilation closing device and the air guide plate is sealed under the action of the starting device and the ventilation closing device to prevent the water from entering the power transformation cabinet.

as shown in fig. 1-2, the siphoning principle can automatically close the transformer cabinet which is protected from rain, the structure of the siphon water-proof device comprises a siphon water-proof inflow device 1, a door lock 2, a cabinet door 3 and an upper cover 4, wherein the upper cover 4 is arranged on the upper surface of the siphon water-proof inflow device 1 and is of an integrated structure, the door lock 2 is arranged at the right side of the middle part of the front surface of the cabinet door 3, the cabinet door 3 is arranged at the front surface of the siphon water-proof inflow device 1 and is connected with the siphon water-proof inflow device through a hinge, a cabinet door 3 is arranged at the front lower part of the upper cover 4, the siphon water-proof inflow device 1 comprises a heat-dissipation air deflector 11, a siphon drainage device 12 and a rainwater-proof inflow device 13, a siphon drainage device 12 is arranged below the heat dissipation air deflector 11, the heat dissipation air deflector 11 is arranged in the middle of the front surface of the rainwater-proof inlet device 13, the siphon drainage device 12 is connected with the lower part of the front surface of the rainwater inlet device 13.
As shown in fig. 3, the siphon drainage device 12 includes a water conduit 1201, a conduit height point 1202, and a water outlet 1203, the water outlet 1203 is disposed at the tail of the water conduit 1201, the conduit height point 1202 is disposed inside the water conduit 1201, and the height of the water inlet of the water conduit 1201 is higher than the height of the water outlet 1203, so as to enhance the siphon effect, and better drain the collected water from the rainwater inlet 13 of the device.
As shown in fig. 3, the rainwater-proof entering device 13 includes a water collection tank 1301, an air deflector 1302, a starting device 1303, and a ventilation closing device 1304, wherein a rear surface of the water collection tank 1301 is attached to a front surface of the air deflector 1302 and is of an integrated structure, the starting device 1303 is installed inside the water collection tank 1301 and is electrically connected to the ventilation closing device 1304, the water collection tank 1301 and the air deflector 1302 are matched to better collect rainwater, and the ventilation closing device 1304 prevents water and air from entering the substation cabinet.
As shown in fig. 4, the activating device 1303 includes a moving contact a, a resilient element b, and a sensor c, where the moving contact a is mechanically connected to the resilient element b, the sensor c is electrically connected to the ventilation closing device 1304, and the sensor c is mechanically connected to the resilient element b.
As shown in fig. 5-6, the ventilation closing device 1304 includes an electrical device 130401, an electromagnet 130402, an armature 130403, a hinge link 130404, and a baffle 130405, the electrical device 130401 is electrically connected to an inductor c, the electrical device 130401 is attached to and electrically connected to a rear surface of the electromagnet 130402, the armature 130403 is connected to the baffle 130405 through the hinge link 130404, and moisture is prevented from entering the power transformation cabinet by closing a gap between the ventilation closing device 1304 and the air guide plate 1302.
The specific realization principle is as follows: when typhoon comes, rainwater can flow into the interior of a transformer cabinet along with airflow through the heat dissipation holes, most of rainwater is blocked outside through the inclination of the heat dissipation air deflector-11, when the airflow enters the siphon waterproof inflow device 1, the airflow can move upwards along the arc-shaped structure of the air deflector-1302, meanwhile, due to the good heat conductivity of the air deflector 1302, the liquefaction phenomenon occurs on one side of the airflow close to the air deflector 1302 due to the low heat conductivity temperature, water drops flow downwards along the arc-shaped outer surface of the air deflector 1302 due to the gravity, when the water flows into the water collection tank-1301, the rainwater is better collected through the semicircular arc at the top of the water collection tank 1301, the rainwater accumulation is prevented, the diameter of the inner wall of the water collection tank 1301 is 0.1cm, so that the water level in the water collection tank-1301 can be higher than the pipeline height-1202 only by a small amount of rainwater, the siphon effect is triggered, and the height of the water inlet of the water guide pipeline is higher The siphon effect is enhanced, rainwater is better drained of water collected by the rainwater entering device 13, and meanwhile when the water level of the water collecting tank 1301 is higher than that of the starting device 1303, water can push the movable contact-a to be in contact with the inductor-c due to water pressure, so that the inductor-c starts the electrified device-130401 to work, the electromagnet-130402 is electrically adsorbed to the armature-130403 to be close to the electromagnet-130403, the armature-130403 pushes the baffle-130405 to move through the hinge connecting rod-130404, and the baffle-130405 closes a gap between the ventilation closing device 1304 and the air deflector 1302 to prevent the water from entering the power transformation cabinet.
The invention solves the problem that in the weather of typhoon or rain, the rain water in the transformer cabinet of the prior art flows into the transformer cabinet through the heat dissipation holes along with the wind, the invention enhances the siphon effect under the action of the height difference between the water guide pipeline and the water outlet by the mutual combination of the components, better discharges the rainwater collected in the rainwater-proof device, and the diameter of the inner wall of the water collecting tank is 0.1cm, so that the water level in the water collecting tank can be higher than the height control point of the pipeline by only a small amount of rainwater so as to trigger the siphon effect, under the effect of water catch bowl, aviation baffle, better collection rainwater prevents that the rainwater from piling up, under starting drive, ventilation closing device's effect, seals the clearance of ventilation closing device and aviation baffle and avoids during aqueous vapor gets into the transformer cabinet.
