Claims (4)

1. A method for recommending a patent transaction, the method comprising:
obtaining business information of a first enterprise;
acquiring technical demand information of the first enterprise according to the operation information;
obtaining a first patent according to the technical requirement information through a first retrieval platform, and specifically determining a first element of a retrieved patent according to the technical requirement information; obtaining the first patent according to the first element; determining a first value evaluation score for the first patent; determining whether the first value evaluation score is greater than a first predetermined threshold; if the first price evaluation score is larger than a first preset threshold value, determining that the first patent is a patent to be recommended;
acquiring information of a patentee according to the first patent, wherein the property of the patentee is judged through the information of the patentee;
acquiring the word number and the claim number of the first patent of the patentee through a first retrieval platform;
obtaining a first weight value of the first patent according to the word number of the first patent;
obtaining a second weight value of the first patent according to the claim number of the first patent;
determining a first quality score of the first patent according to the first weight value and the second weight value;
obtaining the number of the first patents of the patentee through a first retrieval platform;
taking a first ratio of the first quality score to the number of the first patents as a second recommended possibility of the first patents;
obtaining litigation information for the first patent for the patentee from a second database;
obtaining a second value evaluation score for the first patent based on the litigation information;
calculating a second ratio of the sum of the first and second valuation scores to the number of the first patents;
judging whether the second ratio is greater than a second preset threshold value;
if the second ratio is greater than a second predetermined threshold, taking the second ratio as a third recommended likelihood of the first patent;
calculating a third ratio according to the first ratio and the second ratio;
judging whether the third ratio is greater than 1;
and when the third ratio is greater than 1 and the information of the patentee meets a first preset condition, sending the first patent to a first enterprise.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein transmitting the first patent to a first enterprise when the patentee information satisfies a first predetermined condition, further comprises:
obtaining licensing information for the first patent of the patentee from a third database, wherein the third database is different from the second database;
judging whether the first patent has patent permission;
if the first patent has patent permissions, the first patent is sent to a first enterprise.
3. A recommendation device for patent transactions, the device comprising:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining the operation information of a first enterprise;
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining the technical demand information of the first enterprise according to the operation information;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain, through a first search platform and according to the technical requirement information, a first patent, where the third obtaining unit includes: a first determination unit, configured to determine a first element of a search patent according to the technical requirement information; a fifth obtaining unit configured to obtain the first patent according to the first element; a second determination unit for determining a first value evaluation score of the first patent; a first judgment unit configured to judge whether the first price evaluation score is greater than a first predetermined threshold; a third determining unit, for determining the first patent as a patent to be recommended if the first price evaluation score is larger than a first predetermined threshold;
a fourth obtaining unit configured to obtain information on a patentee according to the first patent, wherein a property of the patentee is determined by the information on the patentee;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, through the first search platform, the number of words and the number of claims of the first patent of the patentee;
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first weight value of the first patent according to the number of words of the first patent;
an eighth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second weight value of the first patent according to the claim number of the first patent;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine a first quality score of the first patent according to the first weight value and the second weight value;
a ninth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, through a first search platform, the number of the first patents of the patentee;
a tenth obtaining unit, configured to use a first ratio of the first quality score to the number of the first patents as a second recommended possibility of the first patents;
an eleventh obtaining unit configured to obtain litigation information of the first patent of the patentee from a second database;
a twelfth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second value evaluation score of the first patent according to the litigation information;
a first calculation unit for calculating a second ratio of the sum of the first price evaluation score and the second price evaluation score to the number of the first patents;
a second judging unit, configured to judge whether the second ratio is greater than a second predetermined threshold;
a thirteenth obtaining unit configured to take the second ratio as a third recommended possibility of the first patent when the second ratio is greater than a second predetermined threshold;
the second calculating unit is used for calculating a third ratio according to the first ratio and the second ratio; a third judging unit, configured to judge whether the third ratio is greater than 1;
and the first sending unit is used for sending the first patent to a first enterprise when the third ratio is greater than 1 and the information of the patentee meets a first preset condition.
4. A recommendation device for patent transactions, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to perform the steps of:
obtaining business information of a first enterprise;
acquiring technical demand information of the first enterprise according to the operation information;
obtaining a first patent according to the technical requirement information through a first retrieval platform, and specifically determining a first element of a retrieved patent according to the technical requirement information; obtaining the first patent according to the first element; determining a first value evaluation score for the first patent; determining whether the first value evaluation score is greater than a first predetermined threshold; if the first price evaluation score is larger than a first preset threshold value, determining that the first patent is a patent to be recommended;
acquiring information of a patentee according to the first patent, wherein the property of the patentee is judged through the information of the patentee;
acquiring the word number and the claim number of the first patent of the patentee through a first retrieval platform;
obtaining a first weight value of the first patent according to the word number of the first patent;
obtaining a second weight value of the first patent according to the claim number of the first patent;
determining a first quality score of the first patent according to the first weight value and the second weight value;
obtaining the number of the first patents of the patentee through a first retrieval platform;
taking a first ratio of the first quality score to the number of the first patents as a second recommended possibility of the first patents;
obtaining litigation information for the first patent for the patentee from a second database;
obtaining a second value evaluation score for the first patent based on the litigation information;
calculating a second ratio of the sum of the first and second valuation scores to the number of the first patents;
judging whether the second ratio is greater than a second preset threshold value;
if the second ratio is greater than a second predetermined threshold, taking the second ratio as a third recommended likelihood of the first patent;
calculating a third ratio according to the first ratio and the second ratio;
judging whether the third ratio is greater than 1;
and when the third ratio is greater than 1 and the information of the patentee meets a first preset condition, sending the first patent to a first enterprise.
