Example one
With reference to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for managing and controlling a weighing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method provided in this embodiment is applied to a weighing apparatus management middleware, one end of the middleware is connected to each weighing apparatus, and the other end of the middleware is connected to an upper management apparatus, and a management application corresponding to each connected weighing apparatus is built in the middleware, and an execution main body of this embodiment is also the weighing apparatus management middleware:
s101: receiving a weighing equipment control instruction input by a manager;
the step aims at receiving a weighing equipment management and control instruction sent by upper management equipment, and it needs to be explained that due to the existence of the weighing equipment management middleware, all data communication of the weighing equipment connected with the weighing equipment can be realized based on the middleware, so that in order to make the upper management operation more convenient, a set of unified management and control instruction generation format can be executed, the management and control instructions issued by all kinds of weighing equipment are realized by the same operation rules, and the management and control instructions in the unified format are converted into a format which can be recognized by corresponding management application of the corresponding weighing equipment when reaching the middleware.
It should be noted that the weighing device described in the present application not only refers to a wagon balance or a truck scale for measuring the load of a truck, but also includes various devices for assisting weighing operation and shipping operation in the whole weighing and shipping system, such as an intelligent barrier, a traffic light, an LED display screen, a sound device, a intercom device, an infrared positioning device, an RFID card reader, an IC card reader, etc. as mentioned in the background art.
Furthermore, the source of the weighing equipment management and control instruction is not limited to the direct connection local control host which is directly and physically connected with the weighing equipment management middleware, and the weighing equipment management and control instruction can be directly connected with the remote control host on the basis of adding the wireless communication module, so that the weighing equipment management and control instruction directly issued by the remote host is received. Another remote control mode is to establish a connection relationship with a directly connected local control host, and indirectly control the weighing equipment management middleware through the directly connected local control host, which is not specifically limited herein, and can flexibly select the most appropriate mode according to the actual situation.
S102: extracting a target operation object and target control content from the weighing equipment control instruction;
on the basis of S101, this step is intended to extract a target operation object and target management and control content from the received weighing apparatus management and control instruction. The target operation object is the specific weighing device, the target control content is the operation to the weighing device corresponding to the target operation object, the two parts are the content that each weighing device control instruction needs to contain, because the audience group of the weighing device control instruction is not only one device, the two contents need to exist for determining the operation object, and the broadcasting mode can be selected when the same target control content needs to be issued to all the weighing devices connected to the middleware, and the target operation object does not need to be distinguished at the moment.
Of course, in addition to the two parts mentioned in this step, the weighing apparatus control instruction may further include other information according to actual requirements, such as an error correction code, an identification code of an instruction sender, and the like, and a data configuration format of the weighing apparatus control instruction may be flexibly formulated according to all special requirements that may occur in an actual situation.
Specifically, the target management and control content may be composed of at least one of a start command of the weighing apparatus, a stop command of the weighing apparatus, a parameter configuration command of the weighing apparatus, a current parameter obtaining instruction of the weighing apparatus, and a log obtaining instruction of the weighing apparatus, and is not specifically limited herein.
S103: determining target weighing equipment corresponding to the target operation object according to the corresponding table, and converting target control content into data which can be identified by management application corresponding to the target weighing equipment;
on the basis, the step can determine the target weighing equipment corresponding to the target operation object according to the corresponding table and convert the target control content into data which can be identified by the management application corresponding to the target weighing equipment.
In order to facilitate description of the corresponding relationship in the correspondence table, each weighing device may also be named in advance to obtain a device identification, and each device identification is used as an operation object corresponding to the weighing device, and how to name the device identification is specifically not limited herein.
Meanwhile, in order to enable the target control content contained in the weighing equipment control instruction to be sent to the management application corresponding to the target operation object in a readable format, a data format conversion rule can be executed in advance according to the difference of the data formats between the target control content and the management application, and one method includes but is not limited to modifying and replacing information by adopting a regular expression so as to complete conversion between formats, so that the control on all kinds of weighing equipment can be realized by adopting a uniform instruction generation format on an upper layer, and the manufacturing difficulty of the instruction is greatly reduced.
S104: and sending the data to the management application of the target weighing equipment so as to configure the data to the corresponding weighing equipment by using the management application.
On the basis of S103, in this step, the data obtained after format conversion is sent to the management application of the target weighing device, so that the management application is used to configure the matched management and control content to the corresponding weighing device, thereby completing one weighing device management and control based on the weighing device management middleware.
Further, a management and control instruction execution result fed back by the management application of each weighing device can be received; uniformly converting execution results of the control instructions into uniform format data which can be identified by the weighing equipment management middleware; displaying a control result of the corresponding weighing equipment according to the uniform format data; and when the control result is that the configuration fails, sending warning information through a preset path. That is, when the information of all the weighing devices connected to the middleware is displayed on the upper management device, the information is based on the same interface and does not need to be respectively presented on the management applications of the weighing devices, because the management middleware can uniformly present the execution results returned by the management applications to reduce the management difficulty.
It should be noted that the preset path may be in a form of an email, an audible and visual alarm, an instant messaging application, a pop-up window prompt, or the like, and may also be customized by the user, which is not specifically limited herein.
Based on the technical scheme, the weighing equipment management and control method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to the weighing equipment management middleware, one end of the middle piece is connected with each weighing device, the other end is connected with the upper management device, the middle piece is internally provided with management application corresponding to each weighing device, when the system is actually used, the management and control instructions generated by the upper management equipment in a unified format are received, the target operation objects and the target management and control contents actually corresponding to the management and control instructions are extracted from the management and control instructions, after the weighing equipment corresponding to the target operation object is determined, the target control content in the original format is converted into the format which can be read by the target weighing equipment management application, so that the control instructions can be unified, different management applications do not need to be frequently switched, the format conversion operation is carried out by the middleware, the multi-equipment control efficiency is greatly improved, and the possibility of errors is reduced.
Example two
With reference to fig. 2 and fig. 2, a flowchart of another weighing apparatus management and control method provided in this embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, a method for extracting a target operation object and target management and control content from a weighing apparatus management and control instruction with a unified format is given through S202 and S203, and a manner for receiving return data returned after issuing is given through S206 to S208, it should be noted that both of the above two parts may form a corresponding embodiment with the first embodiment separately, and this embodiment only exists as a preferred embodiment that includes two preferred embodiments at the same time, and specific steps are as follows:
s201: receiving a weighing equipment control instruction input by a manager;
s202: extracting a target operation object from the weighing equipment control instruction by using a keyword extraction mode;
s203: extracting target control content at a preset position in the weighing equipment control instruction;
in this embodiment, a keyword extraction method is adopted to extract a target operation object from a weighing device management and control instruction, and the premise that the extraction method is adopted is that naming with the same part identifier is performed on various types of weighing devices in advance, for example, the devices 001, 002, and 003, and the keyword extraction method can be adopted based on the same part. When the target control content is extracted, the target control content is extracted at a preset position in the weighing device control instruction, because the target control content usually exists at a fixed position, and similarly, the target operation object may be extracted based on this way.
S204: determining target weighing equipment corresponding to the target operation object according to the corresponding table, and converting target control content into data which can be identified by management application corresponding to the target weighing equipment;

Of course, the middleware may also include various necessary network interfaces, power supplies, other components, and the like.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, a weighing device management middleware is provided in combination with a specific scenario, each weighing device is centrally connected to the weighing device management middleware, and provides an external service by using the middleware, and a management application corresponding to each weighing device performs data communication with the middleware, please refer to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an internal logic configuration of the weighing device management middleware:
each weighing device is directly connected with a hardware service, the hardware service is connected with a management application, a general protocol is provided, and for the management application, the weighing device is only used for specific types of devices, does not need to care about specific manufacturers, communication modes and models, and is decoupled with the devices.
As shown in fig. 4, the interface layer sequentially includes three layers, and sequentially supports a TCP/IP interface and a WebSocket interface (an interface based on a socket protocol) for providing an external service, and can widely support various development languages and service interface layers of development technology frameworks; a service processing layer for executing the instruction received by the service interface layer, realizing automatic task scheduling and automatic resource scheduling through the thread pool, realizing various configurations of the equipment, including communication parameters, whether shielding and execution times, and recording the received instruction and the processing result into a log; the interface layer supports various standard communication protocols, can be adapted to most of various hardware devices and realizes the communication with the devices. Other unexplained english in fig. 4 are well known protocols by those skilled in the art, and are not described in detail here.
The hardware service regards each device as a resource, regards each management application needing to use the hardware as a task, and the management application accesses and controls the devices according to different services and needs, each access or control can generate an independent thread, namely the task, in the hardware service, the threads are placed in a thread pool according to the generated time sequence, the device resources are accessed according to the sequence of the generation and the processing, and the access or control result is returned according to the task. Each task can be configured with independent parameters such as execution times, whether to mask and the like, and the hardware service executes according to the parameters of the task when executing the task. This has the advantage that the weighing software no longer has to be concerned with which model of equipment is of a particular manufacturer, and the equipment can be accessed and controlled by hard services only according to the protocol of each equipment. The changed devices only need to be configured in the hardware service. The components are mutually independent libraries and can only be controlled by weighing software, and when the components need to be called, the reasonable utilization of computing resources and task scheduling cannot be realized.
Although the hardware service is called according to the generation sequence of the tasks, the hardware service supports multi-task operation, and can simultaneously support the simultaneous execution of a plurality of tasks, and which task is executed first and then returned to. The computing resources of the computer can be utilized to the maximum extent.
The hardware service internally maintains a device list, can manage and configure the connected devices, and only needs to specify a specific model when in use, for example, 10 devices of the same type with different models are adopted, for example, the 3 rd device is adopted, the state of the 3 rd device only needs to be modified to be enabled, and other devices are set to be closed. Therefore, the problem of equipment management of different versions, different manufacturers and different models is solved. Configuration cannot be realized when the component technology is used, and only by means of manual statistics, which one is used and which one is referred to.
The hardware service supports multi-client calling on a service interface layer, so that a plurality of programs can be served, weighing services are realized by management applications on a wagon balance site through the hardware service, and the management applications can be called as required without adding all components because single components are not used; the upper management terminal can be connected with the hardware services of all the weighbridges at the same time, the operation condition of each weighbridge device is mastered, and if the equipment fails, an instruction can be sent to the hardware services to maintain and remove the failure. Thus, the problems of centralized management and maintenance are solved.
Because the situation is complicated and cannot be illustrated by a list, a person skilled in the art can realize that many examples exist according to the basic method principle provided by the application and the practical situation, and the protection scope of the application should be protected without enough inventive work.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by an execution terminal or processor, can implement the steps provided by the above-mentioned embodiments. The storage medium may include: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The principle and the implementation of the present application are described herein by applying specific examples, and in order to make the various embodiments have a progressive relationship, each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the various embodiments may be referred to each other. For the apparatus disclosed in the embodiments, reference is made to the corresponding method section. The above description of the embodiments is only intended to help understand the method of the present application and its core ideas. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made in the present invention without departing from the principles of the invention, and these changes and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present application.
It is further noted that, in the present specification, relational terms such as first and second, and the like are used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
