Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments, but not all embodiments, of the present invention. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses a method for assessing risk of a client in an enterprise, including:
s1, acquiring public opinion information of each client in an enterprise, and determining the public opinion grade of each client according to the public opinion information;
in this embodiment, the public opinion information of the client includes industrial and commercial credit data, enterprise client information, client news, enterprise reports, national policy information, and the like.
S2, acquiring consumption data of each client, and determining the loss risk level of each client according to the consumption data;
and S3, determining the risk level of each client according to the public opinion level and the attrition risk level.
The method for evaluating the risk of the client in the enterprise comprises the steps of firstly obtaining public opinion information of each client in the enterprise, and determining the public opinion grade of each client according to the public opinion information; then acquiring consumption data of each client, and determining the loss risk grade of each client according to the consumption data; and finally, determining the risk level of each client according to the public opinion level and the loss risk level, and compared with the prior art of carrying out enterprise client risk assessment by only utilizing the social public credit system data, the embodiment of the invention assesses the risk level of the client according to the public opinion information and the consumption data, and the risk assessment process can be comprehensively combined with enterprise business, thereby improving the accuracy of the risk assessment of the client in the enterprise.
On the basis of the foregoing method embodiment, the S1 may include:
crawling the public opinion information through a web crawler, classifying the public opinion information by utilizing an NLP (non-line segment) natural language processing system, and grading according to the result of information classification to obtain the public opinion grade.
On the basis of the foregoing method embodiment, the consumption data may include: progress, frequency and amount;
wherein, the S2 may include:
calculating a progress scoring standard according to the progress of each client, calculating a frequency scoring standard according to the frequency of each client, and calculating an amount scoring standard according to the amount of each client;
for each client, respectively utilizing the progress scoring standard, the frequency scoring standard and the limit scoring standard to score the progress, the frequency and the limit of the client;
for each client, determining the loss risk level of the client by inquiring a preset loss risk level table, wherein at least one record is stored in the loss risk level table, and each record comprises a progress scoring result, a frequency scoring result, a quota scoring result and a loss risk level field.
In this embodiment, the progress refers to the time recently consumed to the present; the frequency refers to the number of consumption times in the latest period of time; quota refers to a quota that was consumed in the last period of time. Calculating the progress scoring standard, the frequency scoring standard and the limit scoring standard according to the progress, the frequency and the limit of each client of the enterprise respectively, wherein the progress scoring standard can be an average value, a median value or a value corrected by a standard deviation of the progress of each client of the enterprise; the frequency scoring standard can be the average value, the median or the value corrected by the standard deviation of the frequency of each client of the enterprise; the credit rating standard can be the average value, the median value or the corrected value with standard deviation of the credit of each client of the enterprise. At this time, for each customer, when the progress of the customer is less than or equal to the progress scoring criterion, the scoring result of the progress of the customer may be determined as 1, and when the progress of the customer is greater than the progress scoring criterion, the scoring result of the progress of the customer may be determined as 0; when the frequency of the client is greater than the frequency scoring criterion, the scoring result of the frequency of the client may be determined as 1, and when the frequency of the client is less than or equal to the frequency scoring criterion, the scoring result of the frequency of the client may be determined as 0; when the client's quota is greater than the quota scoring standard, the scoring result of the client's quota may be determined as 1, and when the client's quota is less than or equal to the quota scoring standard, the scoring result of the client's quota may be determined as 0.
In addition, it should be noted that the progress scoring criteria may be determined by other means, such as an average value, a median value, or a value corrected by a standard deviation of the progress of each client of the enterprise. For example, when determining the progress scoring standard, the progress of each client of the enterprise may be scored, and the scoring method includes: setting a first time threshold, a second time threshold, a third time threshold and a fourth time threshold (the first time threshold < the second time threshold < the third time threshold < the fourth time threshold, for example, the first time threshold, the second time threshold, the third time threshold and the fourth time threshold take values of 20 days, 60 days, 100 days and 200 days, respectively); for each client, judging which of four intervals, namely (0, a first time threshold value), [ a first time threshold value, a second time threshold value), [ a second time threshold value, a third time threshold value), [ a third time threshold value, a fourth time threshold value), [ a fourth time threshold value, and positive infinity), the client determines the progress scoring result of the client by inquiring a preset progress scoring table after determining the interval to which the client's progress belongs, wherein the progress scoring table is shown in the following table 1.
TABLE 1
Score value Section to which progress belongs
First score (0, first time threshold)
Second fraction [ first time threshold, second time threshold)
Third fraction value [ second time threshold, third time threshold)
Fourth score value [ third time threshold, fourth time threshold ]
Fifth fraction value [ fourth time threshold, positive infinity)
The first score, the second score, the third score, the fourth score and the fifth score in table 1 may be 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, respectively.
The method for determining the progress scoring result of the client is to query a progress scoring table, and determine the score contained in the record, in which the interval to which the progress belongs is consistent with the interval to which the progress belongs, contained in the progress scoring table as the progress scoring result of the client.
After the progress scoring results of the clients are determined, the progress scoring standards can be calculated by imitating the calculation method of the frequency scoring standards and the limit scoring standards, and the difference is that the progress scoring standards are calculated according to the progress scoring results of the clients during calculation. After the progress scoring standard is determined, the progress of each client can be scored according to the frequency and limit scoring method, and the method comprises the following steps: for each client, judging whether the progress scoring result of the client is greater than the progress scoring standard or not; when the progress score result of the customer is greater than the progress score standard, the progress score result of the customer may be determined to be 1, and when the progress score result of the customer is less than or equal to the progress score standard, the progress score result of the customer may be determined to be 0.
For each client, when the loss risk level of the client is determined by table lookup, the value of the loss risk level field contained in the record of which the value of the progress scoring result field, the value of the frequency scoring result field and the value of the quota scoring result field are respectively the same as the value of the progress scoring result, the frequency scoring result and the quota scoring result of the client is the loss risk level of the client. When the score result of the progress, the score result of the frequency and the score result of the quota of each client take values of 1 or 0, the loss risk rating table may be as shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2

The correspondence between the attrition risk level and the customer importance level type and the user behavior is shown in table 3 below.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0001744924110000071
As shown in table 3, the higher the churn risk level, the more important the customer; otherwise, it means that the customer is less important.
Based on the foregoing method embodiment, for each client, the risk level of the client may be the result of weighted summation of the public opinion level and the loss risk level of the client.
In this embodiment, the weights of the public opinion level and the loss risk level may be adjusted according to actual conditions of the enterprise and the industry. After the risk level of each client is determined, different emergency strategies can be made according to different risk levels, so that risk management of enterprises is facilitated.
