Abstract
本发明公开了一种新式探针,包括端部固定座、电流针杆、电流针头和电压针,所述电流针头上侧安装有电流针杆,所述电流针杆外侧套设有弹簧,所述电流针杆上端安装有塑胶座,所述塑胶座上侧安装有线耳,所述线耳上侧安装有端部固定座,所述电压针设置有两个,所述电压针依次贯穿端部固定座、线耳、塑胶座、电流针杆与电流针头设置,且电压针尖端部位螺纹连接有铜质螺丝,所述电压针一端与电流针头过盈配合,本发明一种新式探针,通过电压针尖端部位螺纹连接有铜质螺丝,作为机械接触部分的铍铜针尖部分,可节省成本,优化加工工艺,优化结构,安装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及探针技术领域,具体是一种新式探针。
背景技术
探针是电测试的接触媒介,为高端精密型电子五金元器件。探针在电子电流测试方面用于测试PCBA的一种探针,对于锂动力电池而言,在电芯出成品前都需要做化成、分容、OCV测试;其中,化成测试设备需要很多的探针用来连接电芯的极耳,现阶段大电流针普遍用铍铜加工,铍铜加工属于稀有金属,价格偏高,不利于工业生产,探针安装复杂,不便于使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新式探针,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新式探针,包括端部固定座、电流针杆、电流针头和电压针,所述电流针头上侧安装有电流针杆,所述电流针杆外侧套设有弹簧,所述电流针杆上端安装有塑胶座,所述塑胶座上侧安装有线耳,所述线耳上侧安装有端部固定座,所述电压针设置有两个,所述电压针依次贯穿端部固定座、线耳、塑胶座、电流针杆与电流针头设置,且电压针尖端部位螺纹连接有铜质螺丝,所述电压针一端与电流针头过盈配合,所述电流针杆5采用红铜结构,所述电流针头采用高硬度铜合金。
优选的,所述端部固定座上侧开设有电压针插孔,且电压针插孔开设有两个。
优选的,所述端部固定座、线耳和塑胶座均采用塑胶结构,所述线耳上开设有固定孔。
优选的,所述电流针头和电流针杆采用内螺纹连接或外螺纹连接。
优选的,所述电流针杆的上端与线耳均采用牙纹结构。
优选的,所述铜质螺丝采用黄铜或者红铜结构。
优选的,所述电流针杆采用红铜结构,电流针头采用高硬度铜合金。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过电压针尖端部位螺纹连接有铜质螺丝,作为机械接触部分的铍铜针尖部分,电流针杆采用红铜结构,电流针头采用高硬度铜合金,可节省成本,优化加工工艺,有利于工业生产,优化结构,安装方便,通过端部固定座上侧开设有电压针插孔,且电压针插孔开设有两个,便于对电压针上端进行固定,通过电流针头和电流针杆采用内螺纹连接或外螺纹连接,便于电流针头和电流针的连接固定。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-6,本发明实施例中,一种新式探针,包括端部固定座1、电流针杆5、电流针头6和电压针7,所述电流针头6上侧安装有电流针杆5,用于对电压针7外侧进行防护,所述电流针杆5外侧套设有弹簧4,使得电压针7具有一定的缓冲能力,更好的进行检测,所述电流针杆5上端安装有塑胶座3,所述塑胶座3上侧安装有线耳2,所述线耳2上侧安装有端部固定座1,所述电压针7设置有两个,所述电压针7依次贯穿端部固定座1、线耳2、塑胶座3、电流针杆5与电流针头6设置,且电压针7尖端部位螺纹连接有铜质螺丝10,可节省成本,便于工业生产,所述电压针7一端与电流针头6过盈配合,便于通过电压针7进行检测,所述电流针杆5采用红铜结构,所述电流针头6采用高硬度铜合金,可节省成本,优化加工工艺。
通过所述端部固定座1上侧开设有电压针插孔9,且电压针插孔9开设有两个,便于端两根电压针7上端进行限位固定。
通过所述端部固定座1、线耳2和塑胶座3均采用塑胶结构,所述线耳2上开设有固定孔8,便于对端部固定座1外侧进行固定。
通过所述电流针头6和电流针杆5采用内螺纹连接或外螺纹连接,便于进行安装固定使用。
通过所述电流针杆5的上端与线耳2均采用牙纹结构,便于进行检测。
通过所述铜质螺丝10采用黄铜或者红铜结构,具有内阻小、针尖寿命长等特点。
通过电流针杆5采用红铜结构,电流针头6采用高硬度铜合金,导电效果好,硬度高使用寿命长,可节省成本。
工作原理:电流针头6连接电源接入电路,电压针7通入电流进行检测,通过电压针7尖端部位螺纹连接有铜质螺丝10,作为机械接触部分的铍铜针尖部分,电流针杆5采用红铜结构,所述电流针头6采用高硬度铜合金,可节省成本,优化加工工艺,有利于工业生产,优化结构,通过电流针头6和电流针杆5采用内螺纹连接或外螺纹连接,安装方便,使用灵活。

Claims (7)
1.一种新式探针,包括端部固定座(1)、电流针杆(5)、电流针头(6)和电压针(7),其特征在于:所述电流针头(6)上侧安装有电流针杆(5),所述电流针杆(5)外侧套设有弹簧(4),所述电流针杆(5)上端安装有塑胶座(3),所述塑胶座(3)上侧安装有线耳(2),所述线耳(2)上侧安装有端部固定座(1),所述电压针(7)设置有两个,所述电压针(7)依次贯穿端部固定座(1)、线耳(2)、塑胶座(3)、电流针杆(5)与电流针头(6)设置,且电压针(7)尖端部位螺纹连接有铜质螺丝(10),所述电压针(7)一端与电流针头(6)过盈配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式探针,其特征在于:所述端部固定座(1)上侧开设有电压针插孔(9),且电压针插孔(9)开设有两个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式探针,其特征在于:所述端部固定座(1)、线耳(2)和塑胶座(3)均采用塑胶结构,所述线耳(2)上开设有固定孔(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式探针,其特征在于:所述电流针头(6)和电流针杆(5)采用内螺纹连接或外螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式探针,其特征在于:所述电流针杆(5)的上端与线耳(2)均采用牙纹结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式探针,其特征在于:所述铜质螺丝(10)采用黄铜或者红铜结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式探针,其特征在于:所述电流针杆(5)采用红铜结构,所述电流针头(6)采用高硬度铜合金。
