The blocking member 12 in the housing assembly 10 provided in the above embodiment is installed at the air outlet (the air outlet 113 is the air outlet), and it is understood that the air outlet 113 may be the air inlet because the air inlet is also subject to the entry of foreign matters, and the blocking member 12 is installed at the air inlet without limitation.
