一种二级冷凝的工业余热回收系统。本发明是利用低温余热循环发电,与吸收式热泵、电驱动热泵耦合,利用工业余热作为发电的动力源,发电后的工质进入吸收式热泵,通过工业余热驱动吸收式热泵为工质降温,获得的高温热用于供暖,获得电力用于生产。

技术领域
本发明属于工业余热回收领域,涉及一种二级冷凝的工业余热回收系统。
背景技术
国家大力提倡余热回收,清洁能源供暖,但大部分的清洁能源成本较高,例如天然气、电这类高品位能源,利用这种高品位能源来供暖是对能源的极大浪费,而工业余热是最有价值的清洁能源,因供热所需的热量温度要求不高,大部分的工业余热都可满足。而通常的工业余热回收技术仅仅将高温余热回收,低温余热依旧需要冷却后才可进行利用,冷却余热还需要消耗部分电能与水资源。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是:利用低温余热循环发电,与吸收式热泵、电驱动热泵耦合,利用工业余热作为发电的动力源,发电后的工质进入吸收式热泵,通过工业余热驱动吸收式热泵为工质降温,获得的高温热用于供暖,获得电力用于生产。
本发明采用的技术方案是:二级冷凝的工业余热回收系统包括:工质发电机、吸收式热泵,工质泵、蒸发器、用热户、二氧化碳热泵,蒸发器连接工质发电机,工质发电机连接吸收式热泵,形成发电主循环,吸收式热泵高温热出口连接电驱动热泵,吸收式热泵低温热源出口连接工质泵,吸收式热泵、二氧化碳热泵与热用户连接用于供热;
所述主循环中使用吸收式热泵作为一级余热回收装置,二氧化碳热泵作为二级余热回收装置,余热回收装置作为余热回收冷凝器使用,工质发电机组抽气驱动吸收式热泵,做工后输送到二氧化碳热泵,作为低温热源,再次做工后与吸收式热泵的低温热排出工质组合作输送到蒸发器为工业余热降温,提取的高温用户供暖;
所述工质选用CO2,工质泵用于CO2在系统内形成循环,工质发电机选用CO2发电机组。
本发明的有益效果是:发明采用CO2作为发电设备的工质,热量的吸收与释放速度快,在发电的同时还可将低温热用户供暖,余热利用效果好。

具体实施方式
一种二级冷凝的工业余热回收系统,工业余热1、蒸发器2、工质泵3、吸收式热泵4、工质发电机5、热用户6、CO2热泵7;所述工业余热1将工业余热输送到蒸发器2,加热CO2工质,CO2工质输送到工质发电机5,做工后的CO2呈气态,仍有一定的温度,输送到吸收式热泵4中作为低温热源,工质发电机5抽出高温工质作为吸收式热泵4的驱动热源,驱动后的高温热降温作为CO2热泵7的低温热源,两种热泵获取的热源组合用于输送到热用户6,为其供暖,驱动热源做工后与做工后的低温热源组合,利用工质泵3,重新输送到蒸发器2,为工业余热1降温。

1.本发明提出一种二级冷凝的工业余热回收系统,二级冷凝的工业余热回收系统包括:工质发电机、吸收式热泵,工质泵、蒸发器、用热户、二氧化碳热泵,蒸发器连接工质发电机,工质发电机连接吸收式热泵,形成发电主循环,吸收式热泵高温热出口连接电驱动热泵,吸收式热泵低温热源出口连接工质泵,吸收式热泵、二氧化碳热泵与热用户连接用于供热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二级冷凝的工业余热回收系统,其特点在于二氧化碳热泵作为二级余热回收装置,余热回收装置作为余热回收冷凝器使用,工质发电机组抽气驱动吸收式热泵,做工后输送到二氧化碳热泵,作为低温热源,再次做工后与吸收式热泵的低温热排出工质组合作输送到蒸发器为工业余热降温,提取的高温用户供暖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种二级冷凝的工业余热回收系统,其特点在于工质选用CO2,工质泵用于CO2在系统内形成循环,工质发电机选用CO2发电机组。
