According to the above description, in the specific implementation manner of the toilet exhaust deodorizing device according to the present invention, the air inlet of the gas collecting pipe 1 may be a single-pipe air inlet or a double-pipe air inlet; the valve controller 7 included in the exhaust device of the invention, the main body composed of the stop valve 3 and the exhaust element 2 can be arranged in the toilet water tank or outside the toilet water tank; the liquid flow detection sensor 5 of the liquid flow detection module is a float magnetic force switch type, or an electrode sensing type, or a microwave reflection type; the outlet of the exhaust pipe can be connected to the siphon of the closestool, or is preset at a position close to the sewage outlet and not influencing the siphon, or an outdoor or bathroom exhaust channel can realize any application scene; if a mode of optimizing and reforming a toilet mold in a production link is adopted, a through hole at the bottom of a water tank and an exhaust port close to the bottom of a sewage pipeline are reserved on a toilet, an exhaust main pipe of the exhaust device can only comprise a stop valve 3 and an exhaust element 2, and a main body consisting of the stop valve 3 and the exhaust element 2 can be arranged in or outside the toilet water tank; the outlet of the exhaust pipe can be connected to an exhaust port of the closestool close to the bottom of the sewage pipeline, or an outdoor or bathroom exhaust channel, so that a more economic implementation form can be realized, and the requirements of all application scenes can be met; therefore, after various forms of the exhaust device are flexibly combined, the exhaust device can achieve the expected function and can adapt to various application scenes.
In conclusion, the invention has simple structure, flexible and convenient implementation mode, can realize high-efficiency exhaust without influencing siphon drainage, can be used for upgrading and reforming various common toilets, and can also be combined with a new toilet needing to be optimized and reformed to implement a more economical solution.

Claims (12)

when the liquid flow detection module detects that liquid flow occurs in the liquid outflow pipe, the control host controls the valve controller to close the stop valve and the exhaust element to stop working; when the liquid flow detection module detects that liquid flow in the liquid outflow pipe disappears, the control host controls the valve controller to release the stop valve, the exhaust element is started and stops after a time delay operation is carried out for a designated time;
The exhaust device also comprises a human body sensor; the human body sensor sends out a human signal when detecting that a person exists, and the control host starts the exhaust element at the moment; the human body sensor sends out an unmanned signal when detecting that a person leaves, and the control host controls the exhaust element to stop after a time delay operation is carried out for a specified time; in the detection process of the human body sensor, no matter whether the human body sensor sends out a human signal or an unmanned signal, the control host immediately stops the work of the air exhaust element and prohibits the start as long as the liquid flow detection module detects the liquid flow in the liquid outflow pipe, and when the liquid flow detection module detects the disappearance of the liquid flow in the liquid outflow pipe, the control host starts the air exhaust element to work and works according to the state of the human signal or the unmanned signal sent by the human body sensor;
the stop valve comprises a valve body, a valve plate and a spring, wherein the valve plate slides forwards and backwards under the action of the spring and is in an elastic normally closed state at ordinary times, the valve plate can be passively opened when the exhaust element works, and otherwise, the valve plate is in an automatic closing state;
the air inlet of the air collecting pipeline is connected with an overflow pipe in the toilet water tank, the liquid outflow pipe is a toilet siphon pipe or a sewer drain pipe, and the axis of the pipeline where the air outlet of the air exhaust pipeline is connected with the liquid outflow pipe is inclined downwards to form an included angle of 5-175 degrees with the horizontal direction; a filter screen is arranged in the gas collecting pipeline.
2. The exhaust of claim 1, wherein the flow detection module comprises a flow detection circuit and a flow detection sensor, the flow detection sensor being disposed inside the exhaust port end.

The exhaust device according to claim 5, wherein one end of the gas collecting pipe is an air inlet, the other end of the gas collecting pipe is connected in series with the exhaust pipe, and the exhaust element, the stop valve, the valve controller and the liquid flow detection module are sequentially arranged in the exhaust pipe along the direction from the air inlet of the gas collecting pipe to the air outlet of the exhaust pipe.
7. The exhaust apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the flow detection module and the human body sensor are connected to the control main unit by wire or wireless means; the valve controller is positioned in the cavity of the stop valve.

The exhaust apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein a gap exists between the air inlet of the air collecting pipe and the overflow pipe in the toilet tank, the gap is closed by water when not flushing, the air inlet draws air in the overflow pipe, and the gap supplements air for the flushing channel when flushing, and serves as the overflow pipe when the water level is too high.
9. The exhaust device of claim 8, wherein a sealing ring is arranged outside the exhaust pipeline, the sealing ring is arranged on a through hole at the bottom of the toilet water tank, and an exhaust port of the exhaust pipeline is communicated with the toilet siphon pipeline.

The exhaust device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the gas collecting pipe is a double pipe gas inlet, a first gas inlet of the two gas collecting pipe gas inlets is hermetically connected with the overflow pipe in the toilet water tank, and when not flushing, the second gas inlet extends downwards below the water surface of the toilet water tank in the same direction, and the gas collecting pipe extracts gas in the overflow pipe; when flushing, the second air inlet is suspended to serve as an air supplementing port of the flushing pipeline, and serves as a water overflow pipeline when the water level is too high.

A method for using the exhaust device according to claim 1, characterized in that when the human body sensor detects that a person exists, a control host machine sends out a person signal, a control host machine opens an exhaust element, a gas collecting pipeline extracts gas from an overflow port of a toilet, the gas in a cavity of the toilet enters the gas collecting pipeline through a flushing hole and a flushing channel along the inner edge of the toilet, a stop valve is passively opened under the action of air pressure, and the gas enters the exhaust pipeline through the stop valve and is then discharged into a sewer; when the closestool is flushed, no matter the water tank button is pressed or water is directly poured into the closestool, the liquid flow detection module can detect the occurrence of liquid flow, the control host immediately controls the valve controller to close the stop valve closing pipeline, the tightness of the siphon pipeline is ensured, and the operation of the exhaust element is stopped; when the liquid flow detection module detects that liquid flow disappears, the control host controls the valve controller to release the stop valve to be in an elastic normally-closed state, and the exhaust element is started to work, and the stop valve is passively opened under wind pressure to allow the air flow to pass through.
