The articles need to be dried when stored in the logistics storage, and the water vapor in the logistics storage is not beneficial to the storage, transportation and use of the articles or the further processing requirement; when drying the articles, the quality of the articles is considered, whether the drying causes pollution to the environment or not and whether the drying method is energy-saving or not; according to the method, liquid nitrogen is conveyed into a liquid storage chamber 511 in a cooling plate 51 from a liquid inlet pipe 52 through an air suction pump, the liquid nitrogen in the liquid storage chamber 511 liquefies water vapor in the logistics storage, the water vapor in the logistics storage is in contact with the cooling plate 51, the liquid nitrogen in the liquid storage chamber 511 liquefies the water vapor, and liquefied water drops are led out of the logistics storage through a drainage pipe 54, so that the dryness of stored articles in the logistics storage is improved; then, the liquid nitrogen in the liquid storage chamber 511 is pumped out from the liquid inlet pipe 52 by the air pump, and the liquid nitrogen is conveyed in and pumped out by the air pump, so that the situation that the water vapor in the logistics storage cannot be fully liquefied due to the rise of the temperature of the liquid nitrogen is avoided, the temperature of the liquid nitrogen in the liquid storage chamber 511 is kept consistent, and the liquid nitrogen at the temperature can effectively liquefy the water vapor, so that the drying effect of the water vapor is improved, and the storage time of the articles is further prolonged; meanwhile, in the process of drying the water vapor through the circulation effect of the liquid nitrogen, the quality of articles is not influenced, the liquid nitrogen can be repeatedly used, the waste of resources is reduced, and the utilization rate of the resources is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the cooling plate 51 is provided with a circular groove 512 for collecting liquefied water. During drying of the vapor in the article by the liquid nitrogen, the arc groove is formed in the upper surface of the cooling plate 51, so that on one hand, the contact area between the vapor and the cooling plate 51 is increased, and the liquid nitrogen in the liquid storage chamber 511 of the cooling plate 51 can sufficiently liquefy the vapor, so that the liquefying efficiency of the vapor is improved, and the storage time of the article is further prolonged; on the other hand, after the water vapor is liquefied, the water drops all flow to the lowest point and do not flow to one side of the mounting plate 2, so that the liquefied water drops do not erode the articles, and the article storage time is prolonged.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the lower surface of the cooling plate 51 is provided with a flow guide plate 513 for preventing the liquefied water on the cooling plate 51 from dropping to the ground. Steam and cooling plate 51 contact, because liquid nitrogen carries out the liquefaction drying to steam in the stock solution cavity 511 in the cooling plate 51, when steam is attached to the lower surface of cooling plate 51, liquid nitrogen in the stock solution cavity 511 liquefies steam, steam liquefaction is the water droplet, the water droplet is because the direct whereabouts of action of gravity, through setting up drainage plate 513, make the water droplet of liquefaction all to the one side motion that is close to drainage tube 54, the equal drippage of water droplet is to the circular arc groove of cooling plate 51 upper surface, the water droplet is drawn forth logistics storage through drainage tube 54, the erosion of water droplet to article has been reduced, thereby the drying efficiency of article has been improved, and then the storage time of article has been improved.
When the cooling plate is used, an article is placed on the supporting plate 31, liquid nitrogen is conveyed into the liquid storage chamber 511 through the air pump, water vapor in the article is liquefied by the liquid nitrogen, the liquefied water vapor drops into the arc groove in the upper surface of the cooling plate 51 through the drainage plate 513, the water drops are guided out of the logistics storage through the drainage tube 54, and meanwhile, the liquid nitrogen in the liquid storage chamber 511 is pumped out through the air pump; according to the ventilation property of the articles, when the stored articles do not need ventilation, the electric push rod 35 pushes the sliding block 33 to slide towards the side close to each other, so that the supporting plate 31 moves towards the side close to the mounting plate 2, the gap between the articles and the mounting plate 2 is further reduced, the storage time of the articles is prolonged by reducing the gap, and the service life of the articles is further prolonged; when the stored articles need ventilation, the electric push rod 35 pulls the sliding block 33 to slide towards the side far away from each other, so that the supporting plate 31 moves towards the side far away from the mounting plate 2, the first ventilation hole 211, the second ventilation hole 212 and the hollow chamber 21 are communicated, the contact area of the wind and the articles is increased, and the ventilation of the articles is improved.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on the figure 2 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
