本发明公开一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱，包括箱体、加热棒、液位计、风扇、放胶盒和电柜箱，所述的箱体上部一端设有放胶盒，所述的放胶盒底部设有过滤网，所述的放胶盒上部设有端盖，所述的箱体内部两侧设有不少于一个的加热棒，所述的箱体内部一侧设有液位计，所述的箱体一旁设有电柜箱，所述的电柜箱底部设有风扇，所述的液位计和加热棒与分别与电柜箱电连接。结构简单，带有加热和过滤功能，可避免杂物进入到产品，提高产品质量，同时给胶箱加热，保持胶液的状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶箱，具体是一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱。
背景技术
胶箱是用来放置胶液的，目前的胶箱都是直接把固态胶块直接放入胶箱内融化，然后在经过输送装置将胶液输送到需要的地方，但这种胶箱没有过滤装置，掺杂在胶块内的杂物在胶块融化的时候混在胶液内，影响产品质量，且胶箱加热装置不够，胶容易凝固，影响其流速。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱，结构简单，带有加热和过滤功能，可避免杂物进入到产品，提高产品质量，同时给胶箱加热，保持胶液的状态。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱，包括箱体、加热棒、液位计、风扇、放胶盒和电柜箱，所述的箱体上部一端设有放胶盒，所述的放胶盒底部设有过滤网，所述的放胶盒上部设有端盖，所述的箱体内部两侧设有不少于一个的加热棒，所述的箱体内部一侧设有液位计，所述的箱体一旁设有电柜箱，所述的电柜箱底部设有风扇，所述的液位计和加热棒与分别与电柜箱电连接。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：结构简单，带有加热和过滤功能，可避免杂物进入到产品，提高产品质量，同时给胶箱加热，保持胶液的状态。
所述的加热棒的个数为4个，保证胶箱内胶液不凝固。
所述的箱体的材质为不锈钢，不容易生锈，延长使用寿命。
所述的箱体外部设有气腔，所述的气腔内部为真空状态，保温较好，减少热损失。
所述的过滤网与放胶盒之间为螺纹连接，拆卸更换方便。

如图1所示，本发明采用的一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱，包括箱体1、加热棒5、液位计6、风扇8、放胶盒2和电柜箱7，所述的箱体1上部一端设有放胶盒2，所述的放胶盒2底部设有过滤网4，所述的放胶盒2上部设有端盖3，所述的箱体1内部两侧设有不少于一个的加热棒5，所述的箱体1内部一侧设有液位计6，所述的箱体1一旁设有电柜箱7，所述的电柜箱7底部设有风扇8，所述的液位计6和加热棒5与分别与电柜箱7电连接。
所述的加热棒5的个数为4个。
所述的箱体1的材质为不锈钢。
所述的箱体1外部设有气腔9，所述的气腔9内部为真空状态。
所述的过滤网4与放胶盒2之间为螺纹连接。

1.一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱，其特征在于：包括箱体（1）、加热棒（5）、液位计（6）、风扇（8）、放胶盒（2）和电柜箱（7），所述的箱体（1）上部一端设有放胶盒（2），所述的放胶盒（2）底部设有过滤网（4），所述的放胶盒（2）上部设有端盖（3），所述的箱体（1）内部两侧设有不少于一个的加热棒（5），所述的箱体（1）内部一侧设有液位计（6），所述的箱体（1）一旁设有电柜箱（7），所述的电柜箱（7）底部设有风扇（8），所述的液位计（6）和加热棒（5）与分别与电柜箱（7）电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱，其特征在于：所述的加热棒（5）的个数为4个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱，其特征在于：所述的箱体（1）的材质为不锈钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带加热和过滤功能的胶箱，其特征在于：所述的箱体（1）外部设有气腔（9），所述的气腔（9）内部为真空状态。
