The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an M-shaped hammock air column device 1 is formed by laminating a plurality of plastic films and inflating the plastic films through heat sealing. The inflated M-shaped hammock air column device 1 comprises a box body 11 and a protection part 12. The box 11 includes two side walls 111 and a bottom wall 112. Each side wall 111 includes a plurality of side air columns 1111. Each bottom wall 112 includes a plurality of bottom air pillars 1121, the bottom wall 112 is located at the bottom of the side wall 111 and connected to the side wall 111, and the side wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 form an accommodating space S. The containing space S can be used for placing a conveying object or sleeving one part of the conveying object. The protection part 12 is located outside the box 11, the protection part 12 includes two protection face walls 121, each protection face wall 121 is adjacent to one side face wall 111, and each protection face wall 121 includes a plurality of protection gas columns 1211.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in the second and third embodiments, the side air pillars 1111 of the side wall 111 on the first side a are connected, the side wall 111 forms an opening O on the second side B opposite to the first side a, and the shielding air pillars 1211 of the shielding wall 121 on the first side a are connected. In one embodiment, the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 can be arranged at the corner of the transported object. For example, if the object to be transported is the panel 2, the M-type hammock air column device 1 can be installed at the four corners of the panel, and as shown in fig. 5, the M-type hammock air column device 1 is further installed in the transport box together with the panel 2.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the third embodiment, the space surrounded by the bottom wall 112, the bottom wall 112 and the lower portion of the side wall 111 provides multiple buffering effects for the transported objects. In order to further enhance the buffering effect, in the third embodiment, the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 further includes a hammock surface wall 13 disposed in the accommodating space S and not intersecting with the bottom wall 112, and the hammock surface wall 13 divides the accommodating space S into a first space S1 and a second space S2. Thus, the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 provides at least three stages of cushioning effects (the hammock surface wall 13, the second space S2, and the space surrounded by the bottom wall 112 and the lower portion of the side wall 111) by placing the object into the first space S1 or the first space S1 and engaging with one portion of the object. It should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration, and the configuration may be set by a user or a manufacturer as required.
As shown in fig. 3, the junction between the bottom wall 112 and each side wall 111 includes a first heat-sealing line L1 and a second heat-sealing line L2, which do not intersect each other, the first heat-sealing line L1 includes a plurality of first heat-sealing nodes 1122a disposed at intervals, and the second heat-sealing line L2 includes a plurality of second heat-sealing nodes 1123a disposed at intervals. The phases are spaced apart and not connected, and their spacing is not limited. With the above structure, the two side walls 111 and the bottom wall 112 can be firmly connected, and the joint can form a structure close to a right angle, which is beneficial to being installed on a conveying object.
Also, the hammock face wall 13 includes a plurality of rib structures 131, each rib structure 131 being formed by a heat seal line 1112 between the hammock face wall 13 and each adjacent side air column 1111 bonded at heat seal points 132 (as shown in FIG. 6). The rib structure 131 provides a grasping force between the transported object and the M-shaped hammock air column device 1, so that the two are not easy to loosen, and the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 can protect the transported object.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in the embodiments, the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 includes a bonding member 14 disposed between the side wall 111 and the protection wall 121, and bonding the side wall 111 and the protection wall 121. The structure of the side wall 111 and the protection wall 121 can be stabilized, so that the protection wall 121 can better exert the protection effect, and the overall structure of the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 is compact. The adhesive 14 may be provided with a heat sealing adhesive or a heat sealing adhesive line by using an adhesive or a heat sealing method. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 4, the bonding member 14 bonds the side air column 1111 where the opening O is formed with the shielding air column 1211 on the outer side thereof, but the invention is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, a plurality of adhesive members 14 may be provided to adhere the side wall 111 and the protective wall 121 more tightly and stably.
Referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, in order to make the side wall 111 of the box body 11 open outward when extending toward the opening O, at least one of the protection gas columns 1211 adjacent to the first side a in each protection wall 121 includes a position guide gas column 1211a, the volume of the position guide gas column 1211a is smaller than that of the other protection gas columns 1211, and the position guide gas columns 1211a may be one or more, and by providing the position guide gas columns 1211a, the side wall 111 can be made to contract inward when extending toward the opening O, so that the accommodating space S is not gradually enlarged toward the opening O. In other words, the air column 1211a can prevent the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 from deforming, and the accommodating space S conforms to the shape of the object to be installed or sleeved.
In this embodiment, at least one of the shielding gas columns 1211 adjacent to the first side a in each of the shielding face walls 121 includes a buffer gas column 1211b, and the volume of the buffer gas column 1211b is greater than that of the other shielding gas columns 1211. In the actual transportation process, the packaging material and the carton box are often in a gap, so that the packaging material (and the covered conveying object) and the carton box are easily collided, and once the carton box falls on the ground and four corners are collided, the gap is a protective leak, so that the conveying object is more easily damaged. The structure of the buffer air column 1211b is arranged at a position corresponding to the corner or corner of the carton because the volume of the buffer air column 1211b is larger than that of other protective air columns 1211, so that the gap is filled, the interior of the box body is full, and the protection capability of the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 is enhanced.
Referring now to FIG. 7, in the embodiment, in the first side A, the bottom of the side gas pillar 1111 includes a first opening C1, the bottom of the shielding gas pillar 1211 includes a second opening C2, and the first opening C1 is connected to the second opening C2. In part of the transportation industry, the carton may be stapled and the first and second openings C1 and C2 may be readily stapled and nailed by the practitioner so that the staples may be driven through the carton and into the first and second openings C1 and C2 without piercing and without damaging the M-hammock air column apparatus 1. In some embodiments, the first hole C1, the second hole C2 and the second space S2 are in communication. In still other embodiments, the first and second apertures C1, C2 may exhibit a triangular shape.
Please refer to fig. 8A and 8B. The height of the protective wall 121 of the air column device 1 of the M-shaped hammock can be set according to the needs of the manufacturer, for example, the above-mentioned structure and different buffering effects. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 8A, the bottom of each of the protective face walls 121 protrudes above the plane of the bottom wall 112, and the protective face walls 121 support the structure of the combined body. In the embodiment of fig. 8B, the bottom of each protective face wall 121 is flush with the plane in which the bottom face wall 112 lies.
In some embodiments, the volume of the bottom air column 1121, the side air column 1111 and the protection air column 1211 may be the same or not, and the structure of the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 may be set according to the needs of the manufacturer or the user, which is not limited by the present invention.
Referring now to fig. 9-12, wherein the side air pillars 1111 of the side wall 111 contain a spacing air pillar 16 adjacent the first side a, the spacing air pillar 16 having a smaller volume than the other side air pillars 1111 and the opposing spacing air pillars 16 being bonded. With this structure, in the extending direction of the side wall 111, the distance between the two side walls 111 is smaller than that of the other side gas columns 1111 due to the saturation of the limiting gas column 16, so that the two side walls 111 can be effectively condensed without expanding the distance between the two side walls 111 in the extending direction.
In one embodiment, the opposing air pillars 16 are bonded by a heat sealing line or other bonding methods such as glue, and the side wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 are divided by the bonding position of the air pillars 16 to form an accommodating space O and a limiting space R, wherein the accommodating space O can be sleeved with the conveying object. As described above, the stopper gas column 16 has a function of retracting the side wall 111 inward, and thus can be fitted to the object to be conveyed. In the limiting space R, the enclosed side wall 11112 (and the protective wall 121) can be unfolded to support the corner of the container.
Referring to fig. 10, in this embodiment, the limiting air column 16 includes two first air columns 16 ', and in addition to the way that the volume of the limiting air column 16 is smaller than that of the other side air columns 1111, the two first air columns 16' are small air columns, so that the two side walls 111 do not expand outward in the extending direction.
Referring to fig. 9, in this embodiment, the connecting wall 17 further includes a plurality of connecting air pillars 171, each connecting wall 17 is located on the upper side of the side wall 111 and the protecting wall 121, and two sides of the connecting wall 17 are respectively connected to the side wall 111 and the protecting wall 121. In some embodiments, the M-shaped hammock air column apparatus 1 is combined with the side wall 111 and the protection wall 121 in an independent addition manner. In other embodiments, the side wall 111 and the protective wall 121 are formed by laminating a plurality of films and heat sealing, and the joint between the side wall 111 and the protective wall 121 is folded outward after applying a heat sealing line. In this embodiment, two heat sealing lines are disposed by heat sealing to form a connecting air column 171, which is convenient for folding the protection wall 121. In other words, the present invention does not limit the manner in which the protection wall 121 is installed outside the side wall 111.
In some embodiments, the shape of the shielding gas cylinder 1211 may correspond to the confining gas cylinder 16 or the minute gas cylinder. In other words, in the manufacturing of the air column device 1 of the M-shaped hammock, the structure of the shielding air column 1211 can be designed as the limiting air column 16 or a tiny air column, so that the volume of the air column device 1 of the M-shaped hammock can be further reduced in the folding structure.
Referring to fig. 11, in this embodiment, the hammock surface wall 13 may be a membrane structure 15, and both sides of the membrane structure 15 are respectively adhered to the side surface walls 111. With this structure, the shock absorbing and buffering effects of the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 can be increased. In this embodiment, the membrane structure 15 includes a plurality of rib structures, each rib structure being formed by bonding the membrane structure 15 to each adjacent side air pillar 1111 at a heat seal point by a heat seal line. The rib structure can increase the holding force between the air column device 1 of the M-shaped hammock and the conveyed articles, however, the invention does not limit the way of adding the membrane structure 15 in the accommodating space.
Referring to fig. 12, in the embodiment, in the first side a, the bottom of the protection wall 121 and the side wall 111 form the opening 18. After the M-type hammock air column device 1 is used to pack the conveyed objects, the conveyed objects are packed, and the manufacturer will have a procedure to bind the boxes in the preparation stage of the conveyance, and the opening 18 is a space for receiving the nails (passing through the boxes) during the binding process. Thus, the body of the shockproof packaging material and the conveying object are not damaged. Of course, when this embodiment is combined with the above-mentioned embodiment in which the first opening and the second opening are provided, the opening 18 is in communication with the first opening and the second opening.
In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the M-shaped hammock air column device 1 has the limit air column 16, so the distance between the side walls 111 is not expanded outward due to the extension of the side walls.
