The existing product separation conveying mechanism mainly comprises the following two forms:

According to the product separation conveying mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention, the conveying channels of products are formed in a narrow-band combination mode, and meanwhile, the yielding interval is provided, so that the clamping device can clamp the products from bottom to top, damage caused by friction between the clamped products and the conveying belt is prevented, and multi-channel conveying can be realized.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention discloses a product separating and conveying mechanism, which comprises a frame 1, a conveyor 2, an upper pressing plate 3, a bag clamping device 4 and a height adjusting device 5.
Specifically, the conveyor 2 includes a roller group 21 and a conveyor belt 22 stretched over the roller group 21. The conveyor belt 22 is one or more narrow bands; when the narrow band is one, it acts as a conveyor track 23; when the narrow bands are multiple, each narrow band may form multiple conveying paths 23 alone, or several adjacent narrow bands may be combined to form the conveying paths 23. There is a space between the conveyor lanes 23 or between the strips, while the strips have a width that is smaller than the width of the product they convey in that direction.
The height adjusting device 5 is used for adjusting the height of the upper pressing plate 3. The height adjusting device 5 may be a cylinder or the like, and in this embodiment, a manual mode is adopted. Referring to fig. 1, the height adjusting device 5 includes a vertical plate 51, a horizontal plate 52, a guide post assembly 53, a screw assembly 54, a hand wheel 55, and a locking seat 56. The vertical plates 51 are distributed on two sides of the conveying belt 22, the transverse plates 52 are connected with the vertical plates 51 on two sides, fixed ends (sliding sleeves or sliding bearings) in the guide column assemblies 53 and fixed ends (screw nuts) in the screw rod assemblies 54 are fixed on the transverse plates 52, locking seats 56 and lower ends of the guide columns in the guide column assemblies 53 are fixed on the upper end face of the upper pressing plate 3, the lower ends of the screw rods fall in the locking seats 56, the locking seats 56 are provided with locking handles 561 used for clamping the lower ends of the screw rods, and the hand wheels 55 are fixedly connected with the upper ends of the screw rods in the screw rod assemblies 54. In this way, the height of the upper platen 3 can be adjusted by loosening the lock lever 561 and turning the hand wheel 55, and after the adjustment is completed, the lock lever 561 is locked.

Since the number of the pressing bars 411 is related to the number of constituent bands of the conveying path, the width of the conveyed product, and the like, the present invention is not particularly limited. Specifically, the number of the pressing bars 411 may be two or more, and the protruding positions may be the intervals between the two sides of the conveying path 23 or the intervals between the narrow bands constituting the conveying path 23.
Meanwhile, each lower pressure plate 41 may be driven by one lifting device 42, or the corresponding lifting devices 42 may be separately arranged to perform individual control.
In this embodiment, the lifting device 42 employs an air cylinder. Since a product with a smaller width is conveyed, referring to fig. 4, the lower pressing plate 42 in this embodiment is a U-shaped plate, and the pressing bar 411 is a folded edge of the U-shaped plate. Thus, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the lifting device 42 is up, the pressing bars 411 protrude from both side edges of the conveying path 23 to abut under the corresponding product B, thereby clamping the product B between the upper pressing plate 3 and the product B, so that the product B is separated from the products C and D, and the product B blocks the progress of the subsequent product a.
In addition to the single lane product delivery, the present invention is more primarily directed to multiple lane product delivery, and therefore, the narrow lanes of the present invention are preferably multiple lanes, thereby forming multiple lanes 23. At least two of the rollers constituting the roller group 21 are provided with grooves corresponding to the narrow bands, thereby preventing displacement or runout of the respective narrow bands constituting the conveying path 23.
In order to realize flexible adjustment of the number and width of the conveying channels 23, at least one roller shaft in the roller shaft group 21 can be used for carrying out position adjustment to tension or relax the narrow bands, and the narrow bands are relaxed, so that corresponding belt grooves can be selected for the narrow bands on the roller shafts according to requirements, and the combination of the conveying channels 23 is completed.
In the present embodiment, the roller group 21 includes four rollers which make the conveyor belt 21 in an inverted trapezoidal shape with a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion. One of the two rollers at the lower side is adjusted to be at an upper and lower position by a position adjusting device, and the other roller is connected with a driving mechanism, which is not shown because the driving mechanism is very common and is usually a motor or a combination of the motor and a speed reducing mechanism.
