Abstract
The plastic package device for the end part of the steel skeleton reinforced polyethylene composite pipe comprises a bracket and an injection molding device arranged on a flat plate at the top of the bracket, wherein the injection molding device consists of two half moulds which are transversely and symmetrically arranged and a cylindrical core mould which is longitudinally arranged; the opposite sides of the two half moulds are correspondingly provided with plastic molding die cavities, one sides of the two half moulds, which are far away from each other, are respectively provided with a pressing cylinder, the body of the pressing cylinder is fixed on the top flat plate, and the half moulds are fixed at the end parts of telescopic rods of the pressing cylinders; the core mold is fixed on a telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder and matched with the closed groove at the rear end of the half mold, the side wall of the rear section of the core mold is provided with a plastic nozzle, and the front section of the core mold is provided with a heater for heating and melting the plastic at the end part of the pipeline. The plastic sealing device is internally provided with a pipeline end plastic heating melter, and the pipeline end is subjected to high-pressure injection molding in a sealing injection molding mode, so that the plastic sealing device has the advantages of high strength of the plastic sealing end and attractive appearance.
Description
Technical Field

Aiming at the defects of the end plastic package device of the existing steel skeleton reinforced polyethylene composite pipe, the invention provides a novel steel skeleton reinforced polyethylene composite pipe end plastic package device, wherein a pipeline end plastic heating melter is arranged in the plastic package device, and the pipeline end is subjected to high-pressure injection molding in a sealing injection molding mode, so that the novel steel skeleton reinforced polyethylene composite pipe end plastic package device has the advantages of high strength and attractive appearance of the pipeline plastic package end.

Preferably, the bottom of the two half-moulds is provided with a transverse sliding groove, and the two half-moulds are arranged on the transverse sliding groove.
Preferably, a positioning and clamping structure for the composite tube to be plastically packaged is arranged right in front of the transverse sliding groove.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the plastic molding die cavity is equal to the outer diameter of the composite pipe, the inner diameter of the front end of the plastic molding die cavity is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the composite pipe, a layer of high-temperature-resistant sealing rubber is arranged on the inner wall of the front end of the plastic molding die cavity, and a layer of high-temperature-resistant sealing rubber is arranged on the inner wall of the closed groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the plastic heating melter at the end part of the pipeline is arranged in the plastic packaging device, and the end part of the pipeline is subjected to high-pressure injection molding in a sealing injection molding mode, so that the plastic packaging device has the advantages of high strength and attractive appearance of the plastic packaging end part of the pipeline.

With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the plastic package device for the end of the steel skeleton reinforced polyethylene composite pipe comprises a support 10 and an injection molding device arranged on a flat plate 1 at the top of the support 10, wherein the injection molding device is composed of two half molds 4 which are transversely symmetrically arranged and a cylindrical core mold 6 which is longitudinally arranged; the opposite sides of the two half moulds 4 are correspondingly provided with plastic molding die cavities 7, one sides of the two half moulds 4 which are opposite are respectively provided with a pressing cylinder 2, the bodies of the pressing cylinders 2 are fixed on the top flat plate 1, and the half moulds 4 are fixed at the end parts of telescopic rods 3 of the pressing cylinders; the core mould 6 is fixed on a telescopic rod 11 of the telescopic cylinder 5, the core mould 6 is matched with a closed groove 8 at the rear end of the half mould 4, a plastic nozzle is arranged on the side wall of the rear section of the core mould 6, and a heater for heating and melting the plastic at the end part of the pipeline is arranged at the front section of the core mould 6.
As a preferred technical solution, the bottom of the two half-moulds 4 is provided with a transverse sliding slot 9, and the two half-moulds 4 are arranged on the transverse sliding slot 9.
As a preferred technical scheme, a positioning and clamping structure 12 for the composite tube to be plastically packaged is arranged right in front of the transverse sliding groove 9.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the plastic molding cavity 7 is equal to the outer diameter of the composite pipe, the inner diameter of the front end of the plastic molding cavity 7 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the composite pipe, a layer of high-temperature-resistant sealing rubber is arranged on the inner wall of the front end of the plastic molding cavity 7, and a layer of high-temperature-resistant sealing rubber is arranged on the inner wall of the closed groove 8.

The bottom of the two half-moulds 4 is provided with a transverse sliding groove 9, and the two half-moulds 4 are arranged on the transverse sliding groove 9. The inner diameter of the plastic molding die cavity 7 is equal to the outer diameter of the composite pipe, the inner diameter of the front end of the plastic molding die cavity 7 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the composite pipe, a layer of high-temperature-resistant sealing rubber is arranged on the inner wall of the front end of the plastic molding die cavity 7, and a layer of high-temperature-resistant sealing rubber is arranged on the inner wall of the closed groove 8. A positioning and clamping structure 12 for the composite tube to be plastically packaged is arranged right in front of the transverse sliding groove 9. The compressing cylinder 2, the telescopic cylinder 5, the plastic sprayer and the heater in the plastic packaging device are all uniformly controlled by the same control system.
