The existing transmission shaft product mold is rigid in design, inconvenient to demold and high in product quality requirement, the existing rubber transmission shaft injection mold is of three plates, namely, the existing rubber transmission shaft injection mold comprises a plug plate, an upper mold plate and a lower mold plate, the lower mold plate needs to be integrally taken out during demolding, the demolding speed is low, the production efficiency is low, and the labor intensity of workers is high.

the lower die assembly comprises a lower die plate 1, a first insert 2 and a second insert 3, wherein a second cavity groove 21 is formed in the first insert 2, a third cavity groove 31 is formed in the second insert 3, the first insert 2 and the second insert 3 are inlaid in the lower die plate 1, and the first insert 2 and the second insert 3 can be pulled out of the lower die plate 1 under the action of external force so as to enable a product to be pulled out of the second cavity groove 21 and the third cavity groove 31;
in the state where the upper die assembly and the lower die assembly are clamped, the first cavity groove, the second cavity groove 21 and the third cavity groove 31 constitute a complete cavity.
When the die is opened, the upper die assembly is opened first, then the first insert 2 is slightly ejected out of the lower die plate 1, a product is separated from the third die cavity groove 31 and is remained in the second die cavity groove 21, then the second insert 3 is ejected out of the lower die plate 1, the product is automatically separated from the second die cavity groove 21, the production efficiency is greatly improved, more operations on the die are not needed in the operation process, and the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced.
In this embodiment, the lower die plate 1 is provided with a fourth cavity groove 11, and the first cavity groove, the second cavity groove 21, the third cavity groove 31 and the fourth cavity groove 11 form a complete cavity in a die assembly state of the upper die assembly and the lower die assembly.
In this embodiment, two second inserts 3 are provided, the two second inserts 3 are located at two sides of the first insert 2, and the two second inserts 3 are ejected simultaneously when the mold is opened.
In this embodiment, the upper die assembly includes the slip casting plate 4 and cope match-plate pattern 5, and cope match-plate pattern 5 and slip casting plate 4 cooperate and go up to lie in between slip casting plate 4 and the lower bolster 1, and first die cavity groove is seted up on cope match-plate pattern 5, and one side of keeping away from first die cavity groove on the cope match-plate pattern 5 is equipped with silo 51, silo 51 and first die cavity groove intercommunication, and the sizing material reaches silo 51 earlier, reachs in the first die cavity groove.
The plug board 4 and the upper template 5 are respectively provided with a first guide post and a first guide sleeve, the first guide post is in sliding fit in the first guide sleeve, so that the plug board 4 and the upper template 5 are accurately matched, and the first guide post and the first guide sleeve are not shown; the first guide pillar can also be arranged on the upper template 5, and the first guide sleeve is arranged on the plunger plate 4, so that the purpose of accurately matching the plunger plate 4 with the upper template 5 can be achieved.
The upper die plate 5 and the lower die plate 1 are respectively provided with a second guide post and a second guide sleeve, the second guide post is in sliding fit in the second guide sleeve, so that the upper die plate 5 is in accurate fit with the lower die plate 1, and the second guide post and the second guide sleeve are not shown; the second guide post can also be arranged on the lower die plate 1, and the second guide sleeve is arranged on the upper plate, so that the purpose of accurately matching the upper die plate 5 with the lower die plate 1 can be achieved.
