A dry-wet dual-purpose premixed mortar production device comprises a main raw material storage and proportioning system, a metering material conveying and lifting system, a main raw material distributing device, a dry-mixing temporary storage hopper, a wet-mixing temporary storage hopper, a solid additive storage and proportioning system, a solid additive distributing device, a wet-mixing mortar liquid distributing system, a wet-mixing host and a dry-mixing host, wherein the two independent devices for producing dry-mixing mortar and wet-mixing mortar are effectively integrated in a main building, and the main raw material storage and proportioning system and the solid additive storage and proportioning system are shared, so that raw material storage and utilization of proportioning are maximized.

The ready-mixed mortar can be divided into dry-mixed mortar and wet-mixed mortar according to different production modes. the wet-mixed mortar liquid distribution system 14 is connected with the wet-mixed host 15, the wet-mixed mortar liquid distribution system 14 comprises a water metering hopper 141, a liquid additive temporary storage bin 143, a liquid additive balance 144, a water pump 142, a liquid additive pump 145, a water supply pipeline and a liquid additive pipeline, the water pump 142 is used for conveying water to the water metering hopper 141 through the water supply pipeline, the water metering hopper 141 is connected with the wet-mixed host 15, the liquid additive pump 145 is used for conveying liquid additive to the liquid additive temporary storage bin 143 through the liquid additive pipeline, and the liquid additive balance 144 is connected with the liquid additive temporary storage bin 143 for weighing liquid additive and conveying the liquid additive to the wet-mixed host 15.
