After the lubricating oil is coated on the surface of the thin sheet part, the oil quantity in the oil drum 2 is reduced, so that a liquid level sensor 6 for detecting the oil quantity in the oil drum 2 is arranged in the oil drum 2, the liquid level sensor 6 is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the hydraulic device 3 and reminding an operator to add the lubricating oil into the oil drum 2 in time, and the coated thin sheet part is taken away by a manipulator.

The adsorption device 14 comprises an adsorption cylinder 141 arranged on the push block 83, an adsorption block 142 is arranged on the adsorption cylinder 141, a sucker 143 is arranged on the adsorption block 142, and the sucker 143 on the adsorption block 142 is driven to adsorb with the sheet part by the downward movement of the adsorption cylinder 141, so that the linkage of the sheet part and the sucker 143 is maintained. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the sidewall of the oil drum 2 is provided with an oil mist recovery device 9, since the lubricating oil is easily atomized in the process of high-pressure spraying, the atomized lubricating oil in the oil drum 2 cannot be detected by the liquid level sensor 6, thus causing inaccurate information of the liquid level sensor 6 and easily causing waste of the lubricating oil. An oil mist recovery device 9 is provided for further collecting and utilizing the atomized lubricating oil in the oil drum 2. The oil mist recycling device 9 comprises a plurality of oil outlet pipes 91 communicated with the oil drum 2, each oil outlet pipe 91 is connected with an oil mist separator 92, the oil mist separator 92 converts atomized lubricating oil in the oil drum 2 into liquid, the oil mist separator 92 is connected with the hydraulic device 3, the liquefied lubricating oil is coated on the surface of a sheet by the hydraulic device 3 again to generate high pressure, so that a closed loop system is formed, the utilization rate of the lubricating oil is improved, and the condition of lubricating oil waste is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, an oil recovery outlet 10 is further formed in the bottom of the inclined side of the oil drum 2, part of the residual lubricating oil in the oil drum 2 flows to the oil recovery outlet 10 due to gravity, the oil recovery outlet 10 is connected with the hydraulic device 3, and the lubricating oil flowing out of the oil recovery outlet 10 is subjected to supercharging and coating again through the hydraulic device 3, so that the utilization rate of the lubricating oil is further improved. In addition, since the shaking of the bracket 1 caused by the oil mist separator 92 or the hydraulic system easily affects the stability of the bracket 1, auxiliary supporting feet 13 are provided at the bottom side of the bracket 1 to keep the bracket balanced.
