Abstract
The invention discloses an out-mold automatic oil injection system, which comprises a bracket, an oil drum arranged on the bracket and a hydraulic device arranged on the oil drum, wherein one end of the oil drum is provided with a high-pressure oil inlet, a plurality of oil injection nozzles communicated with the high-pressure oil inlet are arranged in the oil drum, a liquid level sensor is arranged in the oil drum, a placing plate is obliquely arranged on the upper side of the bracket, an automatic positioning device for positioning a sheet part is arranged on the placing plate, and an oil mist recovery device is arranged on the side wall of the oil drum; the oil in the oil drum is pumped into the hydraulic device, the hydraulic device pressurizes the oil and ejects the oil from the oil nozzle, the liquid level sensor timely detects the oil amount in the oil drum and supplies operators to timely add the oil, meanwhile, the automatic positioning device fixes the position of the template sheet part so as to facilitate oiling, and the oil mist recycling device improves the utilization rate of the oil in the oil drum.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of stamping dies, in particular to an out-of-mold automatic oil injection system.
Background
For a considerable period of time, the manufacturing industry in China will still be the most important part of energy and resource consumption in China. Thus, the contradiction of energy and resource deficiency will also exist for a long time. The contradiction is solved, an economic consumption mode is to be established, and the economic and efficient road is walked by virtue of technological innovation, so that the economic manufacturing is realized. The die occupies great cost in the stamping manufacturing process, and how to improve the service life of the die is important.
For stamping of large complex sheet parts, the punches are various and complex, lubrication of the die is limited to filling of stamping oil on the upper punch, however, the lower die of the die is free of lubricating oil, so that the lower die wears faster than the upper die, and the service life of the whole die is reduced. Or the lower half part of the die is coated manually by the existing personnel, so that the die is not only troublesome and unsafe, but also has low efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an out-mold automatic oil injection system which can automatically oil the lower half part of a template.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the automatic oil injection system outside the mold comprises a bracket, an oil drum arranged on the bracket and a hydraulic device arranged on the oil drum, wherein one end of the oil drum is provided with a high-pressure oil inlet, a plurality of oil injection nozzles communicated with the high-pressure oil inlet are arranged in the oil drum, a liquid level sensor is arranged in the oil drum, a placing plate is obliquely arranged on the upper side of the bracket, an automatic positioning device for positioning a sheet part is arranged on the placing plate, and an oil mist recovery device is arranged on the side wall of the oil drum.
Further, the automatic positioning device comprises a lower baffle plate arranged on the upper surface of the oil drum, one side of the placing plate is provided with a plurality of positioning cylinders, a push block is arranged on a telescopic shaft of each positioning cylinder, and an adsorption device is arranged on each push block.

Further, the support is also provided with a limiting auxiliary device, the limiting auxiliary device comprises an upper sliding plate arranged on the upper surface of the oil drum, one side of the oil drum, opposite to the positioning cylinder, is provided with a baffle plate, and the baffle plate is fixed with the oil drum through bolts.
Further, the outside of oil drum is equipped with the oil spout frame, oil spout frame and oil drum fixed connection, and the both ends of oil spout frame are articulated with the support respectively.

The technical solution of the present invention will be more clearly and completely explained by the description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples: referring to fig. 1, the out-mold automatic oil injection system comprises a support 1, wherein the support 1 is obliquely placed on the ground, an oil drum 2 is arranged on the support 1, the oil drum 2 is used for storing lubricating oil coated on the lower surface of a sheet part, a hydraulic device 3 is arranged on the oil drum 2, and the hydraulic device 3 enables the lubricating oil in the oil drum 2 to generate high pressure and be sprayed upwards on the lower surface of the sheet part. The outside of oil drum 2 is provided with oil spout frame 12, and oil spout frame 12's both ends are articulated with support 1 both ends respectively, and the reason of this setting is because of being convenient for adjust oil spout frame 12's inclination to make oil drum 2's inclination obtain the adjustment.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, one end of the oil drum 2 is provided with a high pressure oil inlet 4, the hydraulic device 3 is disposed at the high pressure oil inlet 4, and a plurality of oil nozzles 5 communicating with the high pressure oil inlet 4 are disposed in the oil drum 2. The hydraulic device 3 draws in the lubricating oil in the oil drum 2 and generates a high pressure, and then the hydraulic device 3 injects oil to each position of the sheet part through each oil injection nozzle 5. After the lubricating oil is coated on the surface of the thin sheet part, the oil quantity in the oil drum 2 is reduced, so that a liquid level sensor 6 for detecting the oil quantity in the oil drum 2 is arranged in the oil drum 2, the liquid level sensor 6 is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the hydraulic device 3 and reminding an operator to add the lubricating oil into the oil drum 2 in time, and the coated thin sheet part is taken away by a manipulator.
Referring to fig. 2, the upper side of the bracket 1 is inclined to be provided with a placement plate 7, in order to enable the sheet part on the upper side of the oil drum 2 to reach a predetermined position, therefore, the placement plate 7 is provided with an automatic positioning device 8, the automatic positioning device 8 comprises a lower baffle 81 arranged on the upper side of the oil drum 2, the lower baffle 81 is arranged on one side of the oil drum 2 where the height is low, the sheet part is abutted against the lower baffle 81 due to gravity and limited by the lower baffle 81, one side of the oil drum 2 perpendicular to the inclined direction of the oil drum 2 is provided with a plurality of positioning cylinders 82, the positioning cylinders 82 are used for pushing the sheet part to slide on the upper surface of the oil drum 2, a push block 83 is arranged on a telescopic shaft of the positioning cylinders 82, and the push block 83 is provided with an adsorption device 14, and the adsorption device 14 is used for keeping the positioning cylinders 82 and the sheet part in linkage, thereby being convenient for the positioning cylinders 82 to drive the sheet part to be positioned. The adsorption device 14 comprises an adsorption cylinder 141 arranged on the push block 83, an adsorption block 142 is arranged on the adsorption cylinder 141, a sucker 143 is arranged on the adsorption block 142, and the sucker 143 on the adsorption block 142 is driven to adsorb with the sheet part by the downward movement of the adsorption cylinder 141, so that the linkage of the sheet part and the sucker 143 is maintained. In order to reduce friction between the sheet parts and the lower baffle 81, a number of rollers 15 are provided on the lower baffle 81.
Referring to fig. 1, a limiting auxiliary device 11 is arranged on one side of the upper surface of the oil drum 2 opposite to the cylinder, and the limiting auxiliary device 11 limits the sliding travel of the sheet part to avoid the sheet part from sliding off the upper surface of the oil drum 2.
The limit auxiliary device 11 comprises an upper sliding plate 111 arranged on the upper surface of the oil drum 2, the upper sliding plate 111 limits the upper side of the sheet part, a baffle plate 112 is arranged on one side of the oil drum 2 opposite to the positioning air cylinder 82, the baffle plate 112 is fixed with the oil drum 2 through bolts, the baffle plate 112 limits the sliding stroke of the sheet part, and the positioning air cylinder 82 pushes the sheet part to move and is limited to a specified position by the baffle plate 112 so as to be coated with lubricating oil. In addition, a plurality of rollers 15 are also arranged on the baffle 112, and the rollers 15 are used for reducing friction between the sheet part and the baffle 112 when the sheet part slides.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the sidewall of the oil drum 2 is provided with an oil mist recovery device 9, since the lubricating oil is easily atomized in the process of high-pressure spraying, the atomized lubricating oil in the oil drum 2 cannot be detected by the liquid level sensor 6, thus causing inaccurate information of the liquid level sensor 6 and easily causing waste of the lubricating oil. An oil mist recovery device 9 is provided for further collecting and utilizing the atomized lubricating oil in the oil drum 2. The oil mist recycling device 9 comprises a plurality of oil outlet pipes 91 communicated with the oil drum 2, each oil outlet pipe 91 is connected with an oil mist separator 92, the oil mist separator 92 converts atomized lubricating oil in the oil drum 2 into liquid, the oil mist separator 92 is connected with the hydraulic device 3, the liquefied lubricating oil is coated on the surface of a sheet by the hydraulic device 3 again to generate high pressure, so that a closed loop system is formed, the utilization rate of the lubricating oil is improved, and the condition of lubricating oil waste is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, an oil recovery outlet 10 is further formed in the bottom of the inclined side of the oil drum 2, part of the residual lubricating oil in the oil drum 2 flows to the oil recovery outlet 10 due to gravity, the oil recovery outlet 10 is connected with the hydraulic device 3, and the lubricating oil flowing out of the oil recovery outlet 10 is subjected to supercharging and coating again through the hydraulic device 3, so that the utilization rate of the lubricating oil is further improved. In addition, since the shaking of the bracket 1 caused by the oil mist separator 92 or the hydraulic system easily affects the stability of the bracket 1, auxiliary supporting feet 13 are provided at the bottom side of the bracket 1 to keep the bracket balanced.

the oil mist recovery device (9) comprises a plurality of oil outlet pipes (91) communicated with the oil drum (2), each oil outlet pipe (91) is connected with an oil mist separator (92), and the oil mist separators (92) are connected with the hydraulic device (3);
an oil recovery outlet (10) is arranged at the bottom side of the oil drum (2), and the oil recovery outlet (10) is connected with the hydraulic device (3);
