Referring to fig. 12 to 17, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the PICC catheter protection structure is provided on a sleeve body 510 of a garment 500 (the same as the sleeve body 100 of the first embodiment, except that the sleeve body 510 is directly provided on the garment 510), a garment installation groove 511 is provided on the sleeve body 510, three sides of the garment installation groove are respectively provided with a first zipper 210, the first zipper 210 is engaged with a second zipper 220 provided on the PICC catheter protection structure, so that the PICC catheter protection structure is installed in the garment installation groove 511, and a protecting sheet 300 of the PICC catheter protection structure is fixedly connected with the sleeve body near one end of the cuff, and a connection point is formed.
When the PICC catheter is used, a patient wears clothes directly, then opens the PICC catheter protection structure, then performs PICC catheter insertion, then closes the PICC catheter protection structure, and other using modes are the same as those of the first embodiment. The structure can be more convenient to use, and the stability is better because the structure is directly fixed on clothes, and the structure is particularly suitable for cold days, so that the structure has cold-proof performance and has the function of being convenient for changing dressings.
