Abstract

本发明提出了一种髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳,该种夹持钳能通过一个引导结构使万向螺丝刀的刀头与螺钉更容易接合,从而方便手术的操作。本发明的髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳包括中部铰接的两个钳体,所述钳体的前端为用于夹持螺钉的夹持部,夹持部的夹持面设有用于限位螺钉螺帽的限位凹部,并在限位凹部的一侧设有用于引导万向螺丝刀的引导部,限位凹部与引导部之间设有用于避让螺钉螺帽的扭矩传递槽的避让部。手术时,利用夹持钳夹持住髋臼杯固定螺钉的螺帽,将万向螺丝刀的刀头大致对准夹持钳的引导部,然后在引导部的引导下将刀头向螺钉方向移动,使刀头穿过夹持钳的避让部,并对准及插入到螺钉螺帽的扭矩传递槽内,最后转动万向螺丝刀,将螺钉拧入。

一种髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及到一种用于人工全髋关节置换术的髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳。
背景技术
在全髋关节置换术中,固定生物型髋臼假体外杯时常常需要将螺钉穿过髋臼外杯上的螺钉孔打入髋臼骨床固定以加强假体稳定性。螺钉打入方向一般是向髋臼上方,与手术暴露方向的交角较大,导致螺钉难以用普通直螺丝刀直接拧入,而需要用螺钉夹持钳夹持螺钉置于螺钉孔并控制其指向,再用可以拐弯的万向螺丝刀拧入螺钉。
由于螺钉方向与手术暴露方向相差很大,并且万向螺丝刀是柔性的,其指向容易变化,所以夹持螺钉置于合适位置后万向螺丝刀和螺钉孔的接合过程容易失败,需要多次尝试,延长手术时间,增加手术难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳,该种夹持钳能通过一个引导结构使万向螺丝刀的刀头与螺钉更容易接合,从而方便手术的操作。
本发明的髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳结构如下:包括中部铰接的两个钳体,所述钳体的前端为用于夹持螺钉的夹持部,关键在于所述夹持部的夹持面设有用于限位螺钉螺帽的限位凹部,并在限位凹部的一侧设有用于引导万向螺丝刀的引导部,限位凹部与引导部之间设有用于避让螺钉螺帽的扭矩传递槽的避让部。
上述髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳的使用方法如下:
利用夹持钳的限位凹部夹持住髋臼杯固定螺钉的螺帽,将髋臼杯固定螺钉置于合适的位置和方向,然后将万向螺丝刀的刀头大致对准夹持钳的引导部,然后在引导部的引导下将万向螺丝刀的刀头向螺钉方向移动,使万向螺丝刀的刀头穿过夹持钳的避让部,并对准及插入到螺钉螺帽的扭矩传递槽(指的是螺帽的一字形槽、十字形槽、内六角槽等)内,最后转动万向螺丝刀,将螺钉拧入。
具体来说:所述引导部设有曲面引导结构,所述两个钳体闭合后,两个钳体的曲面引导结构合体形成漏斗形结构,以使万向螺丝刀的刀头能够顺利地进入到引导部内,并沿着漏斗形结构的斜面顺利地插入到螺钉螺帽的扭矩传递槽内。
所述限位凹部接近避让部的一侧为平行于钳体所在平面的平面结构,远离避让部的一侧为与螺钉螺帽适配的曲面结构。上述限位凹部在保证对螺钉螺帽的良好限位的前提下,还可以确保螺钉垂直于钳体所在平面,使得医生在因视野不佳而无法看到螺钉时,能够通过钳体的角度来准确获知螺钉的角度,确保手术的正常进行。
所述避让部是截面为半圆形的槽体,所述两个钳体的避让部的开口方向相对,两个钳体闭合后,两个钳体闭合后,两个钳体的半圆形槽体形成圆筒结构,这样在万向螺丝刀的刀头通过引导部的漏斗形结构后,已经可以对准螺钉螺帽方向,此时万向螺丝刀的刀头必须穿过上述圆筒结构才能插入到螺钉螺帽的扭矩传递槽,在拧动万向螺丝刀的过程中,上述圆筒结构能够对万向螺丝刀的刀头起到限位作用,以防止刀头相对于螺钉螺帽倾斜而从螺钉螺帽的扭矩传递槽内脱出。
本发明的髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳结构简单、操作方便,可以在手术时使万向螺丝刀的刀头与螺钉更容易接合,从而方便手术的操作。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提出了一种髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳,该种夹持钳能通过一个引导结构使万向螺丝刀的刀头与螺钉更容易接合,从而方便手术的操作。
如图1、2所示,本实施例的髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳结构如下:包括中部铰接的两个结构对称的钳体1,每个钳体1的前端均为用于夹持螺钉7的夹持部2,夹持部2的夹持面(即两个夹持部2的相对侧面)设有用于限位螺钉7螺帽的限位凹部3,并在限位凹部3的一侧设有用于引导万向螺丝刀6的引导部4,限位凹部3与引导部4之间设有用于避让螺钉7螺帽,以及供万向螺丝刀6的刀头61穿过的扭矩传递槽8(在本实施例中,扭矩传递槽8为内六角槽)的避让部5。
具体来说:引导部4为一个曲面引导结构,在两个钳体1闭合后,两个钳体1的引导部4合体形成一个漏斗形结构,以使万向螺丝刀6的刀头61能够顺利地进入到引导部4内,并沿着漏斗形结构的斜面顺利地插入到螺钉7螺帽的扭矩传递槽8内。
限位凹部3接近避让部5的一侧(即图2中的上方)为平行于钳体1所在平面的平面结构,远离避让部5的一侧(即图2中的下方)为与螺钉7螺帽适配的曲面结构。上述限位凹部3在保证对螺钉7螺帽的良好限位的前提下,还可以确保螺钉7垂直于钳体1所在平面,使得医生在因视野不佳而无法看到螺钉7时,能够通过钳体1的角度来准确获知螺钉7的角度,确保手术的正常进行。
避让部5是半圆形的凹部,所述两个钳体的避让部的开口方向相对,在两个钳体1闭合后,两个避让部5形成圆形通孔结构,以供万向螺丝刀6的刀头61穿过。
上述髋臼杯固定螺钉7夹持钳的使用方法如下:
利用夹持钳的限位凹部3夹持住髋臼杯固定螺钉7的螺帽,将髋臼杯固定螺钉7置于合适的位置和方向,然后将万向螺丝刀6的刀头61大致对准夹持钳的引导部4,然后在引导部4的引导下将万向螺丝刀6的刀头61向螺钉7方向移动,使万向螺丝刀6的刀头61穿过夹持钳的避让部5,并对准及插入到螺钉7螺帽的扭矩传递槽8内,最后转动万向螺丝刀6,将螺钉7拧入。
实施例2:
与实施例1不同的是,如图5所示,在本实施例中,避让部5是截面为半圆形的槽体,两个钳体1的避让部5的开口方向相对,在两个钳体1闭合后,两个钳体1闭合后,两个钳体1的避让部5形成圆筒结构,这样在万向螺丝刀6的刀头61通过引导部4的漏斗形结构后,已经可以对准螺钉7螺帽方向,此时万向螺丝刀6的刀头61必须穿过上述圆筒结构才能插入到螺钉7螺帽的扭矩传递槽8,在拧动万向螺丝刀6的过程中,上述圆筒结构能够对万向螺丝刀6的刀头61起到限位作用,以防止刀头61相对于螺钉7螺帽倾斜而从螺钉7螺帽的扭矩传递槽8内脱出。

1.一种髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳,包括中部铰接的两个钳体,所述钳体的前端为用于夹持螺钉的夹持部,其特征在于所述夹持部的夹持面设有用于限位螺钉螺帽的限位凹部,并在限位凹部的一侧设有用于引导万向螺丝刀的引导部,限位凹部与引导部之间设有用于避让螺钉螺帽的扭矩传递槽的避让部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳,其特征在于所述引导部设有曲面引导结构,所述两个钳体闭合后,两个钳体的曲面引导结构合体形成漏斗形结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳,其特征在于所述限位凹部接近避让部的一侧为平行于钳体所在平面的平面结构,远离避让部的一侧为与螺钉螺帽适配的曲面结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的髋臼杯固定螺钉夹持钳,其特征在于所述避让部是截面为半圆形的槽体,所述两个钳体的避让部的开口方向相对。
