Abstract

本发明涉及医疗器械领域，特别涉及一种皮下气肿穿刺引流针，由可拆卸穿刺针头、可拆卸穿刺针外套管及固定底板装置组成。所述可拆卸穿刺针头的前端可伸出可拆卸穿刺针外套管的前端，可拆卸穿刺针头的针尾部与可拆卸穿刺针外套管的后端构成可拆卸式连接。可拆卸穿刺针外套管与固定底板装置为一整体的不同部分。使用时可拆卸穿刺针头、可拆卸穿刺针外套管及固定底板装置一同刺入皮下气肿区域，可拆卸穿刺针头可由可拆卸穿刺针外套管及固定底板装置的后端拔出，面可拆卸穿刺针外套管留在皮下气肿内，固定底板装置可固定可拆卸穿刺针外套管，皮下气肿内的气体可由可拆卸穿刺针外套管排出。本发明治疗皮下气肿，是一种实用、疗效好的医疗器械。

一种皮下气肿穿刺引流针
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型医疗器械，特别涉及一种常用于呼吸与危重症医学科常用的皮下气肿穿刺引流针。
背景技术
皮下气肿是气胸患者的常见并发症，目前临床上的治疗手段主要有两种，包括①对于轻度局限性皮下气肿一般不需要处理，待其自行吸收；②对于严重广泛的皮下气肿需要手术切开或使用穿刺针反复穿刺挤压皮肤将气体排出。可见现治疗手段有许多缺点，包括造成患者疼痛、继发感染及皮下气肿吸收缓慢等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：解决已有技术所存在的上述问题，提供一种皮下气肿穿刺引流针。
本发明通过以下方案实现：一种皮下气肿穿刺引流针，包括可拆卸穿刺针头、可拆卸穿刺针外套管及固定底板装置。所述可拆卸穿刺针头的前端可伸出可拆卸穿刺针外套管的前端，可拆卸穿刺针头的针尾部与可拆卸穿刺针外套管的后端构成可拆卸式连接。可拆卸穿刺针外套管与固定底板装置为一整体的不同部分，固定底板装置可固定于皮肤上。
经过反复临床试验证明，利用本发明进行皮下气肿的治疗，实施过程其操作过程简便、安全、有效，无需反复穿刺，对皮下组织损伤小，皮肤表面不遗留疤痕，患者痛苦较小，是一种实用、低廉、疗效好的医疗器械。

具体实施方式
结合图1至图4，对本发明作进一步说明：
一种皮下气肿穿刺引流针，包括可拆卸穿刺针头(01)、可拆卸穿刺针外套管(04)以及固定底板装置(05)，所述可拆卸穿刺针头(01)的前端针头可伸出可拆卸穿刺针外套管(04)的前端，可拆卸穿刺针头(01)的尾部与可拆卸穿刺针外套管的后端构成一可拆卸式连接。可拆卸穿刺针外套管(04)与固定底板装置(05)为一整体不同部分，固定底板装置(05)可固定于皮肤上。
可拆卸穿刺针头(01)由ABS塑料(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)制成的手持尾端(02)与钢制的穿刺针头(03)组成，二者不可拆卸。可拆卸穿刺针外套管(06)由PVC(聚氯乙烯)材料制成，固定底板装置(05)由ABS塑料(丙烯腈-丁二烯 -苯乙烯)制成，二者为一整体不可拆卸。
作为本发明的优选方案，可拆卸穿刺针头(01)、可拆卸穿刺针外套管(04)及固定底板装置(05)构成一整体一同刺入皮下气肿区域后，可拆卸穿刺针头(01)可由可拆卸穿刺针外套管(04)及固定底板装置(05)的后端拔出，而可拆卸穿刺针外套管(06)留在皮下气肿内，固定底板装置(05)可固定已进入皮下气肿内的可拆卸穿刺针外套管(06)并固定于皮肤上，皮下气肿内的气体可由可拆卸穿刺针外套管(06)的排气孔(07)排出。

1.一种皮下气肿穿刺引流针，其特征在于：包括可拆卸穿刺针头(01)、可拆卸穿刺针外套管(04)以及固定底板装置(05)，所述可拆卸穿刺针头(01)的前端针头可伸出可拆卸穿刺针外套管(04)的前端，可拆卸穿刺针头(01)的尾部与可拆卸穿刺针外套管的后端构成一可拆卸式连接，可拆卸穿刺针外套管(04)与固定底板装置(05)为一整体不同部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮下气肿穿刺引流针，其特征在于：可拆卸穿刺针头(01)由ABS塑料(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)制成的手持尾端(02)与钢制的穿刺针头(03)组成，二者不可拆卸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮下气肿穿刺引流针，其特征在于：可拆卸穿刺针外套管(06)由PVC(聚氯乙烯)材料制成，固定底板装置(05)由ABS塑料(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)制成，二者为一整体不可拆卸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的皮下气肿穿刺引流针，其特征在于可拆卸穿刺针外套管(06)上设置有1组共4个大小相同的排气孔(07)。
