Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the water jug of the present embodiment includes a jug body 10, a jug cover 20 and a knob 30. Wherein the kettle body 10 is provided with a first water outlet 11. The pot lid 20 is covered on the pot body 10. The knob 30 is pivotally disposed on the lid 20, and the knob 30 has an open position, a closed position, and a water discharge position. When the knob 30 is not subjected to external force, the knob 30 is located at the closed position, the first water outlet 11 is not communicated with the inside of the kettle body 10, when the knob 30 rotates to the uncovering position, the kettle cover 20 can be separated from the kettle body 10, and when the knob 30 rotates to the water outlet position, the first water outlet 11 is communicated with the inside of the kettle body 10.
With the technical solution of the present invention, the kettle comprises a knob 30 pivotally arranged on the lid 20. The knob 30 has an open cover position, a closed position, and a water discharge position. When the user is not using the kettle, i.e. the knob 30 is not subjected to external forces, the knob 30 is in the closed position. At this time, the first water outlet 11 of the can 10 is not communicated with the interior of the can 10. That is, when the water bottle is accidentally bumped or toppled over due to other reasons, the water in the water bottle body 10 cannot flow out from the first water outlet 11 and the gap between the water bottle body 10 and the water bottle cap 20. When the user needs to open the lid 20, the knob 30 needs to be rotated in a predetermined direction, and when the knob is rotated to the lid opening position, the lid 20 can be separated from the pot body 10. When a user needs to pour water, the knob 30 needs to be rotated in a preset direction, and when the knob is rotated to the water outlet position, the first water outlet 11 is communicated with the inside of the kettle body 10, so that the water can smoothly flow out from the first water outlet 11. The above structure enables the user to realize the cover opening function and the water outlet function by rotating the knob 30, and also to realize the function of preventing water overflow when the knob 30 is not rotated. Therefore, the structure of opening the cover and discharging water is inoculated on the knob 30, so that the operation is simple, the use is simple and convenient, the problem of inconvenient operation of the kettle in the prior art is solved, the use feeling of a user is improved, and the grade of a product is improved.
It should be noted that the kettle of this embodiment changes the conventional "pinching" lid opening structure, and uses a rotating way to open the lid. The 'opening/closing' structure and the 'opening/closing cover' structure for opening the cover and discharging water are integrated, so that the operation steps of a user are simplified, the user feels simpler, and the use experience of the user is easier and more natural.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, when the user needs to open the cover, the user needs to rotate the knob 30 clockwise. When the user needs to pour water, the user needs to rotate the knob 30 counterclockwise. Of course, those skilled in the art should understand that the implementation of the above functions is not limited to the above operation mode, and the operation mode can also be the following cases:
the first method comprises the following steps: when the user needs to open the cover, the user needs to rotate the knob 30 counterclockwise. When the user needs to pour water, the user needs to rotate the knob 30 clockwise.
And the second method comprises the following steps: when the user desires to pour water, the user desires to rotate the knob 30 clockwise to the water-out position. When the user needs to open the cover, the user needs to continue rotating to the cover opening position along the clockwise direction.
And the third is that: when the user desires to pour water, the user desires to rotate the knob 30 counterclockwise to the water-out position. When the user needs to open the cover, the user needs to continue rotating in the counterclockwise direction to the cover opening position.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the water jug further includes: the lock catch 40 is arranged on the kettle lid 20 and driven by the knob 30, the kettle body 10 is provided with a limiting part matched with the lock catch 40, when the knob 30 rotates to the lid opening position, the lock catch 40 is located at an unlocking position separated from the limiting part, and when the knob 30 leaves the lid opening position, the lock catch 40 is located at a locking position protruding out of the side wall of the kettle lid 20 and limited by the limiting part. The structure enables the user to complete the uncovering action by rotating the knob 30, so that the operation is simple, and the use feeling of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 8 and 12, in the present embodiment, the limiting part is a limiting groove 12 disposed on the side wall of the pot body 10. Specifically, when the knob 30 is not in the lid-opening position, the latch 40 is limited in the limiting groove 12, and the latch cannot rotate along the circumferential direction of the can body 10, nor move up and down along the axial direction of the can body 10. At this time, the lid 20 cannot be removed from the body 10. When the knob 30 is rotated to the uncovering position, the lock catch 40 is disengaged from the limiting groove 12, and the lock catch 40 is no longer limited by the limiting groove 12, so that the pot lid 20 can be taken down from the pot body 10. The structure is simple and easy to realize. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the limiting structure is not limited thereto, and the limiting structure may be two opposite ribs extending inward, and the lock catch 40 is limited between the two opposite ribs.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, in the present embodiment, the kettle further includes a transmission member through which the knob 30 drives the locker 40 to be switched between the unlock position and the lock position. The above-mentioned structure can transform the rotation movement of the knob 30 into the movement of the catch 40 in the radial direction of the kettle body 10.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8 to 10, in the present embodiment, the transmission member includes a connecting rod 51, the latch 40 is provided with an engaging portion, a first end of the connecting rod 51 is movably connected to the knob 30, a second end of the connecting rod 51 is movably connected to the engaging portion, and when the connecting rod 51 applies a force far from the limiting portion to the engaging portion, the latch 40 moves to the unlocking position along a direction far from the limiting portion. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, when the knob 30 is rotated clockwise, the first end of the link 51 located on the left in the figure is driven to move rightward by the knob 30. Thus, the second end of the link 51 also moves rightward. Since the second end of the link 51 is movably connected to the engaging portion, the engaging portion moves rightward along with the second end of the link 51, and finally the latch 40 can move rightward (away from the left limiting portion in the drawing). The structure is simple, and the rotation movement of the knob 30 can be converted into the movement of the lock catch 40 along the radial direction of the kettle body 10. It should be noted that the left and right parts mentioned in the above description refer to the directions in fig. 3. In the view of fig. 3, the spout is located at the lower position, the corresponding direction to the lower position is the upper position, the left side of the spout is the left side, and the right side of the spout is the right side.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, in the present embodiment, the engagement portion is an engagement long hole 41 or an engagement groove, and the second end of the link 51 is slidably disposed in the engagement long hole 41 or the engagement groove. The above structure allows the second end of the link body 511 to be movably coupled to the fitting long hole 41. On the other hand, the link 51 can be prevented from coming out of the engagement long hole 41.
As shown in fig. 2 and 11, in the present embodiment, a locking guide is provided in the lid 20, and the locking guide cooperates with the locking bar 40 to move the locking bar 40 in a predetermined direction. The structure enables the lock catch to move along the preset direction, thereby ensuring better reliability of the kettle.
As shown in fig. 2 and 11, in the present embodiment, the lock guiding portion is two guiding plates 222 arranged at intervals, and the lock 40 is located between the two guiding plates 222. The above structure enables the locking clip 40 to move along the extending direction of the guide plates 222, and the limiting recess 12 is also located between the two guide plates 222. The structure enables the lock catch 40 to be smoothly inserted into the limiting groove 12, thereby ensuring the use reliability of the kettle.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the pot lid 20 includes a surface lid 21 and a bottom lid 22 that are fastened to each other, the lock catch 40 is disposed between the bottom lid 22 and the surface lid 21, and an escape opening 221 for escaping the lock catch 40 is disposed on a side wall of the bottom lid 22. When the knob 30 is in the closed position, the latch 40 protrudes from the escape opening 221 of the bottom cover 22, and the latch 40 of the protruding portion is retained by the retaining groove 12. Thus, the bottom cover 22 cannot be detached from the kettle body 10.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the transmission component further includes a pivot 521, a first end of the pivot 521 is driven by the knob 30, a second end of the pivot 521 is pivotally connected to the lid 20, and a first end of the link 51 is connected to the pivot 521. The above structure enables the link 51 to be rotated with the rotation of the knob 30. The structure is simple and easy to realize.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, a connection portion 5211 is disposed on the central shaft 521, a mounting hole 5211a is disposed on the connection portion 5211, and the link 51 further includes a second engaging shaft 5131 and a second elastic buckle 5132. A first end of the second fitting shaft 5131 is connected to the first end of the link body 511, a second end of the second fitting shaft 5131 is connected to the second elastic buckle 5132, the second fitting shaft 5131 is fitted to the inner wall of the mounting hole 5211a, and the second elastic buckle 5132 is located on the side of the connecting portion 5211 away from the link 51 to prevent the link 51 from being removed from the mounting hole 5211 a. The above structure allows the first end of the link body 511 to be movably connected to the engagement long hole 41. On the other hand, the link 51 can be prevented from coming out of the mounting hole 5211 a.
In order to enhance the hand feeling of the user, the user is reminded whether the knob 30 is rotated in place, i.e. whether the knob is rotated to the uncovering position or the water outlet position. As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the water bottle further includes an elastic member 60, a first end of the elastic member 60 is connected to the knob 30, a second end of the elastic member 60 is engaged with the lid 20, the lid 20 has a position-limiting structure engaged with the second end of the elastic member 60, and when the knob 30 is in the opening position, the closing position or the water outlet position, the second end of the elastic member 60 is engaged with the position-limiting structure.
As shown in fig. 4 and 13 to 15, in the present embodiment, the second end of the elastic element 60 is provided with a first protruding column 61 extending upward, the limiting structure includes a first limiting hole 212, a second limiting hole 213 and a third limiting hole 214 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the pot lid 20, when the knob 30 is in the lid-opening position, the first protruding column 61 is limited in the first limiting hole 212, when the knob 30 is in the closing position, the first protruding column 61 is limited in the second limiting hole, and when the knob 30 is in the water-outlet position, the first protruding column 61 is limited in the third limiting hole 214. Specifically, when the knob 30 is rotated clockwise, the first boss 61 slides on the inner surface of the face cover 21. when the user needs to take off the pot lid 20, the knob 30 needs to be rotated clockwise, and the lock catch 40 is driven to move towards the center by the connecting rod 51 connected to the rotating disc 522 until the designed distance is reached. At this point, the latch 40 has disengaged from the retaining recess in the kettle body 10. At this time, the pot lid 20 can be taken out from the pot body 10, so that the pot lid 20 can be taken out.
When the user does not need to use the kettle, the knob 30 is located between the uncovering position and the water outlet position, no force is applied between the locking block 90 and the sealing bolt 80, the periphery of the sealing bolt 80 is matched with the bottom cover 22 to play a role in sealing water, and therefore even if the kettle is toppled, water in the kettle body cannot flow out from the first water outlet 11 or between the kettle body 10 and the kettle cover 20.
When the user wants to pour water, he needs to rotate the knob 30 counterclockwise, and the sealing bolt 80 is vertically moved downward by the vertically downward resolving force of the locking block 90. At this point, a gap (one full turn) is present between the lock block 90 and the sealing plug 80 at the point of the original sealing engagement. The water in the kettle body can flow out through the gap and enter the first water outlet 11 to pour out the water.
