本发明是一种水产有机复合微量元素的制备方法,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1‑10%鱼粉,10‑30%酵母,5‑15%墨鱼粉,6‑10%豆粕,5‑15%凹凸棒土粉,20‑30%面粉,15‑25%复合预混料,20‑40%腐殖酸,通过本方法制备的产品,利用天然物中提取的腐植酸和中草药提取物以及益生菌等物质用于配合饲料和添加剂中,饲用以后不会产生耐药性及抗菌素药物残留。

本发明公开了一种水产有机复合微量元素的制备方法,属于饲料添加剂领域。
背景技术
饲料安全是关系食品安全和人身健康的大事,近年来欧州一些国家因饲料安全问题如“二恶英”和“疯牛病”等,造成了巨大的经济损失,并引发了严重的政治事件,目前我国畜禽类配合饲料和添加剂,几乎全部都添加有抗生素,甚至滥用抗生素和激素类违禁药物,如盐酸克伦特罗,镇 静类药物如安眠药等,以及超量、超范围使用药物饲料添剂和兽药等,导致耐药菌株和药物残留物,直接影响到畜牧养殖业效益和产品销售,威胁着人们的健康;随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品品质的要求也越来越高,肉类、禽类、水产类的质量,与饲料质量有着密不可分的关系,因此,对饲料的安全、卫生要求也越来越高,而目前我国畜禽类配合饲料和添加剂,几乎全部都添加有抗生素,甚至滥用抗生素和激素类违禁药物是不能允许的。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种水产有机复合微量元素的制备方法,利用天然物中提取的腐植酸和中草药提取物以及益生菌等物质用于配合饲料和添加剂中,饲用以后不会产生耐药性及抗菌素药物残留。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种水产有机复合微量元素的制备方法,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1-10%鱼粉,10~30%酵母,5-15%墨鱼粉,6-10%豆粕,5-15%凹凸棒土粉,20-30%面粉,15-25%复合预混料,20-40%腐殖酸。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,利用天然物中提取的腐植酸和中草药提取物以及益生菌等物质用于配合饲料和添加剂中,饲用以后不会产生耐药性及抗菌素药物残留。

一种水产有机复合微量元素的制备方法,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:10%鱼粉,30%酵母,15%墨鱼粉,10%豆粕,15%凹凸棒土粉,30%面粉,25%复合预混料,40%腐殖酸,此时存在抗菌素药物残留。

一种水产有机复合微量元素的制备方法,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%鱼粉,20%酵母,10%墨鱼粉,8%豆粕,10%凹凸棒土粉,25%面粉,20%复合预混料,30%腐殖酸,此时不会产生耐药性及抗菌素药物残留。
