Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic shielding material design and preparation, in particular to a broadband light-transmitting shielding material composite structure.
Background
Among the electromagnetic shielding materials, the materials are selected according to different purposes. Electromagnetic shielding materials with good electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability may be selected, as required for conventional shielding. But the transparent shielding material is needed to be selected according to the special shielding requirements of various optical windows, such as personnel lighting windows, displays, optical sensors and the like. Metals have been the preferred choice for shielding materials as good conductors, but due to the opaque nature of metals, the light transmission requirements cannot be met. Screen structures have been commonly used as light-transmitting shielding materials in the early days. In recent years, with the continuous increase of requirements for light transmittance index, material dimension specification and the like, many companies and research institutions at home and abroad develop researches on novel transparent conductive shielding materials. The existing mainstream transparent shielding materials or structures mainly comprise three types of silk screens, film layers and grids. The shielding silk screen material is the most traditional transparent shielding material, but is low in light transmittance and poor in visual effect, and is commonly used for low-end products and occasions with low requirements on light transmittance; although the transparent conductive film layer material has good light transmission performance, the electromagnetic shielding performance is not high as compared with the metal difference by one to two orders of magnitude; the metal mesh material is a novel transparent shielding material which appears along with the development of a precision machining process, is most widely applied to high-end transparent electromagnetic shielding products, but has poor shielding efficiency in a high frequency band due to the fact that the shielding efficiency of the metal mesh material is reduced along with the increase of frequency due to the mesh structure characteristics of the metal mesh material. The above single materials have inherent disadvantages, and it is difficult to achieve high electromagnetic shielding effectiveness in a wide frequency band.
