Extracting a signaling signal from an incoming call signal received by the first telephone interface;
the incoming call signal received by the first telephone interface is transmitted to the second telephone interface, and the response signal received by the second telephone interface is transmitted to the first telephone interface; and is also used for transmitting the signal received by the second telephone interface to the network interface;
the processing module is also used for being connected with the mobile terminal through the network interface; when the mobile terminal is set to a synchronous answering mode, the processing module transmits the signal received by the first telephone interface to the network interface and the second telephone interface simultaneously, namely the mobile terminal can realize the monitoring function of a fixed telephone answering signal;
when in a synchronous answering mode, the signal received by the second telephone interface is uploaded to the network cloud end through the mobile terminal, and a data storage function is realized on the monitored incoming call; the device accesses the Internet through the mobile terminal, the source of the anti-harassment data is the Internet, and harassment calls are analyzed and screened out on the Internet big data through a special server;
the processing module is further configured to identify the signaling signal according to the information of the anti-harassment data storage unit, and operate the signaling signal of which the identification result is a harassment call according to at least one of the following modes:
the output suppression mode is that incoming call signals received by the first telephone interface are not output to the second telephone interface; the alternative answering mode is to transmit the incoming call signal received by the first telephone interface to the network interface and transmit the answering signal received by the network interface to the first telephone interface.
2. The call forwarding device of claim 1, wherein said at least one identification further comprises an auto-answer mode; the automatic answering mode is to play a recording as an answering signal of the first telephone interface receiving signal.
3. The call forwarding device of claim 1, wherein the processing module is further configured to at least one of:
faxing according to the signaling signal;
carrying out call recording on the response signal;
and receiving and sending short messages through the network port.
4. The incoming call transfer device according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
and the mobile terminal is used for sending the configuration signal and/or the harassing telephone number information.
5. The incoming call forwarding device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the network interface is connected wirelessly or by wire.

the processing module is also used for identifying the signaling signal and outputting a display signal containing incoming call information;
the display module is used for receiving the display signal and displaying the incoming call information.
7. The call forwarding device of claim 4 wherein said mobile terminal is further configured to forward calls to said mobile terminal via said wireless network

and sending a response signal to the network interface.
8. The call forwarding device of claim 6, wherein the display signal comprises at least one of a calling number, a name of a calling party, a source of the calling number, whether the calling party is a suspected fraudulent call, and subscriber identification information.
9. The call forwarding device of claim 6, wherein said device further comprises: an input module;
the input module is provided with a key for configuring a working mode signal, and the working mode signal is stored in the configuration identifier storage unit and comprises at least one identifier of an output inhibition mode, a substitute response mode, a synchronous answering mode and an automatic response mode.
10. The call forwarding device of claim 6, wherein said device further comprises: a recording module;
and the recording module is used for recording the voice signal input by the first telephone interface and the response signal received by the second telephone interface according to the recording instruction of the processing module and storing the voice signal and the response signal.

The call forwarding device of claim 6, wherein the mode of operation of said device further comprises: and the processing module is used for not outputting the incoming call signal received by the first telephone interface to the second telephone interface within set time according to the identifier of the no-disturbance mode.

14. An incoming call forwarding method for the incoming call forwarding device of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
