Technical Field

Background
The brush holder of the motor is used for applying pressure to the carbon brush which is in sliding contact with the surface of the commutator or the collector ring through the spring, so that the brush holder can stably conduct current between the fixed body and the rotating body. Both the brush holder and the carbon brush are very important components for the motor. No matter how good the characteristics of the carbon brush are, when the brush holder is unsuitable, the carbon brush cannot fully exert its excellent characteristics, and can bring about great influence on the performance and service life of the motor itself.
As shown in fig. 2, the brush holder is assembled to the end cap. The positions of the two screw holes used for fixing the wire connecting fixing seat on the end cover are controlled by the ideal angle sizes of 35 degrees and 45 degrees and the ideal radius size R275 mm. The positions of the 4 phi 9mm holes for connecting the brush holder connecting wire and the brush seat in the brush holder connecting wire are controlled by the angle sizes of 20 degrees and 30 degrees, the radius size R270.5mm and the circumferential size of 30+/-0.2 mm. However, the positions of the two through holes for fixing the brush rod assembly in the wiring fixing seat are controlled by the ideal angle size of 50 degrees and the ideal radius size of R270.5 mm.
When the brush holder is mounted on the end cover after the brush holder assembly is completed, due to errors such as machining errors, manual errors, assembly errors and the like, in order to maintain the position accuracy of the brush holder and the carbon brush and the position accuracy of the brush holder and the commutator or the collector ring, it is difficult to ensure the position accuracy of the brush holder and the end cover, and thus it is difficult to assemble the brush holder to the end cover.
