The heat preservation streamer is a soft ribbon which vertically hangs down, such as a plastic ribbon, a rubber ribbon and the like.

Claims (2)

1. The airflow drying equipment comprises a long-strip drying channel, wherein a conveying line is arranged in the drying channel along an axis, and the airflow drying equipment also comprises an air supply assembly for conveying air into the drying channel and an exhaust assembly for exhausting air from the inside of the drying channel; a plurality of heating mechanisms are arranged in the heating area, the drying area and the cooling area along the axis;
each of the heating mechanisms is configured to: in the material conveying direction from the feeding hole to the discharging hole, the temperature of the heating area is gradually increased, the heating speed is in a preset range, the temperature of the drying area is constant, the temperature of the cooling area is gradually reduced, the cooling speed is in a preset range, and the temperature of the drying area is not lower than the highest temperature of the heating area and the cooling area;
the end part of the partition board is provided with an isolation assembly, the isolation assembly comprises an isolation cavity, two ends of the isolation cavity are respectively provided with a second air separation vertical strip, the conveying line penetrates through the isolation cavity, and the end parts of the two second air separation vertical strips are lapped on the material on the conveying line;
the air feeding assembly comprises an air feeding channel, the air feeding channel is arranged along an axis in the drying channel, and the heating mechanisms are arranged in the air feeding channel at intervals; a plurality of air supply holes communicated with the heating area, the drying area and the cooling area are arranged on the air supply channel in parallel;
a plurality of heat-insulation ribbons are arranged in the drying channel at intervals, each heat-insulation ribbon falls from the top to the bottom of the drying channel, an opening for the conveying line to pass through is formed in each heat-insulation ribbon, and a heat-insulation ribbon is arranged between any two adjacent heating mechanisms;
still include negative pressure extraction mechanism, negative pressure extraction mechanism connects in dehumidification mechanism's air inlet department, and negative pressure extraction mechanism and air feed subassembly are configured as: the air supply quantity of the air supply component is larger than the extraction quantity of the negative pressure extraction mechanism.
2. A pneumatic drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the feed inlet and the discharge outlet are each provided with a first air-isolating flap.
