本发明公开了一种高低温循环系统,包括外挂压缩机、高低温蓄存循环系统和高低温交换循环系统,外挂压缩机与高低温蓄存循环系统连接,高低温蓄存循环系统与高低温交换循环系统连接;高低温蓄存循环系统包括第一温度传感器、蓄能液体、冷热蓄存箱、蛇形盘管和高低温循环泵,冷热蓄存箱内填充有蓄能液体,第一温度传感器设置在蓄能液体内,蛇形盘管的一端设置在冷热蓄存箱内另一端与板式交换器连接,高低温交换循环系统包括地暖管、板式交换器、第二温度传感器和冷热交换循环泵,地暖管上设置有第二温度传感器,地暖管与板式交换器连接,外挂压缩机对高低温蓄存循环系统加热或制冷,通过地暖管传递到室内避免空调直吹带来的危害。

本发明涉及温度控制领域,特别涉及一种高低温循环系统。
背景技术
空调是人们常见的电器之一,夏季吹空调时,空调吹出来的冷风直接对着室内的人,室内温差过大,人若进出频繁,忽冷忽热,易造成体内平衡调节系统功能紊乱,乍一进出空调房,汗毛孔骤张骤闭,排汗功能失调,出汗减少,体内废物不易排出,而出汗是夏天人体保持正常健康状态最重要的一个功能,人在夏天不能不出汗;空调下面直吹,突来的冷空气刺激了汗毛突然收缩,导致人们头疼,换上空调病,最脆弱的就是呼吸道,冷气一旦攻破了呼吸道的脆弱“防线”,轻则出现咳嗽、打喷嚏、流涕等感冒的症状,即换上了呼吸道疾病,重则患上下呼吸道疾病即肺炎。
冬季吹空调时,由于空气干燥,容易产生静电,这使得空调过滤网极易积满灰尘和病菌,病菌随着空调气流在室内流通,干燥的皮肤也更容易吸附病菌,冷是瘙痒的前导,热却是瘙痒发生的诱因,冬天室内外温差大,从寒冷的室外进入温暖的室内,皮肤就会开始发痒,空调房内的相对湿度由于温度的升高而下降,皮肤的水分容易流失,很容易导致皮肤干燥瘙痒。冬季吹空调室内通风不良,如果长期处于封闭的空间里,会导致人体产生“缺氧综合症”,患“缺氧综合症”的人会有精神不振、疲劳乏力。头晕目眩、免疫力下降等表现,缺氧时间过长,人体还可能会出现一系列疾病,甚至还可能会危及生命。
本发明的目的是为了解决背景技术问题中的不足,提供一种可以避免空调直接吹到人体的装置,以避免空调直吹人体给人体带来的危害。
一种高低温循环系统,包括外挂压缩机、高低温蓄存循环系统和高低温交换循环系统,外挂压缩机与高低温蓄存循环系统连接,高低温蓄存循环系统与高低温交换循环系统连接;
高低温蓄存循环系统包括第一温度传感器、蓄能液体、冷热蓄存箱、蛇形盘管和高低温循环泵,冷热蓄存箱内填充有蓄能液体,第一温度传感器设置在冷热蓄存箱内的蓄能液体内,蛇形盘管的一端设置在冷热蓄存箱内,另一端与板式交换器连接,高低温循环泵设置在蛇形盘管上;
高低温交换循环系统包括地暖管、板式交换器、第二温度传感器和冷热交换循环泵,地暖管上设置有冷热交换循环泵和第二温度传感器,地暖管与板式交换器连接。
所述的蛇形盘管上设置有蓄热加热管,蓄热加热管通过三通阀与蛇形盘管连接。
所述的地暖管上设置有地暖加热管,地暖加热管通过三通阀门与地暖管连接。
本发明的工作原理和使用过程:
冬天供暖:外挂压缩机产生的热量加热冷热蓄存箱内填充的蓄能液体,使蓄能液体升温,蓄能液体对蛇形盘管加热,通过板式交换器将热量传输给地暖管,高低温循环泵保证高低温蓄存循环系统内的蓄能液体受热均匀,冷热交换循环泵保证地暖管内的液体受热均匀,蓄热加热管和地暖加热管可以根据实际需要在外挂压缩机加热时同步加热;高低温交换循环系统可以在供暖时单独使用。
夏天供冷:外挂压缩机产生的冷空气传输到冷热蓄存箱内填充的蓄能液体,使蓄能液体降温,蓄能液体对蛇形盘管降温,通过板式交换器将冷空气传输给地暖管,高低温循环泵保证高低温蓄存循环系统内的蓄能液体受冷均匀,冷热交换循环泵保证地暖管内的液体受冷均匀。
本发明的有益效果:
1、外挂压缩机对高低温蓄存循环系统加热或制冷,最后通过地暖管间接的传递到室内,避免了空调直吹带来的危害。
2、采用蛇形盘管的方式,增大了管道与蓄能液体的接触面积,受热或者制冷更加快速。
3、高低温循环泵和冷热交换循环泵保证管道的介质受热或制冷更加均匀。
4、高低温交换循环系统和高低温蓄存循环系统上设置有地暖加热管和蓄热加热管,可以根据实际需要进一步提升温度。
5、制热时,在高低温蓄存循环系统不工作的情况下,高低温交换循环系统可以单独使用。

请参阅图1所示,一种高低温循环系统,包括外挂压缩机1、高低温蓄存循环系统2和高低温交换循环系统3,外挂压缩机1与高低温蓄存循环系统2连接,高低温蓄存循环系统2与高低温交换循环系统3连接;
高低温蓄存循环系统2包括第一温度传感器20、蓄能液体21、冷热蓄存箱22、蛇形盘管23和高低温循环泵26,冷热蓄存箱22内填充有蓄能液体21,第一温度传感器20设置在冷热蓄存箱22内的蓄能液体21内,蛇形盘管23的一端设置在冷热蓄存箱22内,另一端与板式交换器31连接,高低温循环泵26设置在蛇形盘管23上;
高低温交换循环系统3包括地暖管30、板式交换器31、第二温度传感器34和冷热交换循环泵35,地暖管30上设置有冷热交换循环泵35和第二温度传感器34,地暖管30与板式交换器31连接。
所述的蛇形盘管23上设置有蓄热加热管25,蓄热加热管25通过三通阀24与蛇形盘管23连接。
所述的地暖管30上设置有地暖加热管33,地暖加热管33通过三通阀门32与地暖管30连接。
本实施例的工作原理及使用过程:
请参阅图1所示,冬天供暖:外挂压缩机1产生的热量加热冷热蓄存箱22内填充的蓄能液体21,使蓄能液体21升温,蓄能液体21对蛇形盘管23加热,通过板式交换器31将热量传输给地暖管30,高低温循环泵26保证高低温蓄存循环系统2内的蓄能液体21受热均匀,冷热交换循环泵35保证地暖管30内的液体受热均匀,蓄热加热管25和地暖加热管33可以根据实际需要在外挂压缩机1加热时同步加热;高低温交换循环系统3可以在供暖时单独使用。
夏天供冷:外挂压缩机1产生的冷空气传输到冷热蓄存箱22内填充的蓄能液体21,使蓄能液体21降温,蓄能液体21对蛇形盘管23降温,通过板式交换器31将冷空气传输给地暖管30,高低温循环泵26保证高低温蓄存循环系统2内的蓄能液体21受冷均匀,冷热交换循环泵35保证地暖管30内的液体受冷均匀。

1.一种高低温循环系统,其特征在于:包括外挂压缩机(1)、高低温蓄存循环系统(2)和高低温交换循环系统(3),外挂压缩机(1)与高低温蓄存循环系统(2)连接,高低温蓄存循环系统(2)与高低温交换循环系统(3)连接;
高低温蓄存循环系统(2)包括第一温度传感器(20)、蓄能液体(21)、冷热蓄存箱(22)、蛇形盘管(23)和高低温循环泵(26),冷热蓄存箱(22)内填充有蓄能液体(21),第一温度传感器(20)设置在冷热蓄存箱(22)内的蓄能液体(21)内,蛇形盘管(23)的一端设置在冷热蓄存箱(22)内,另一端与板式交换器(31)连接,高低温循环泵(26)设置在蛇形盘管(23)上;
高低温交换循环系统(3)包括地暖管(30)、板式交换器(31)、第二温度传感器(34)和冷热交换循环泵(35),地暖管(30)上设置有冷热交换循环泵(35)和第二温度传感器(34),地暖管(30)与板式交换器(31)连接。
