The first inner pipe 1 is matched to form a water outlet channel, so that the structure of the water pump is reduced, the change is less, the volume of the water pump is not increased, the water pump is compact in structure and small in volume, and the water tank is not required to be changed correspondingly, so that the water tank can be used along with the water pump, and the upgrading cost is low.
The filter element of the embodiment can be accurately positioned after being installed in the water inlet channel of the water pump by arranging the first outer tube 2; the first inner pipe 1 is arranged to form a second channel, and the first outer pipe 2 and the first inner pipe 1 form a first channel, so that the first channel and the second channel are respectively matched to form a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel of the water pump, the water tank can meet the requirement of fixing the water pump only by arranging one mounting hole, and meanwhile, the structure of the water pump is prevented from being greatly changed; the first outer tube 2 and/or the first connecting plate 3 are/is provided with the filtering holes 4, so that the limitation of the diameter of the water inlet channel on the filtering area is broken through, the filtering area is increased, and the filtering capacity is improved; in addition, the first inner pipe 1 can be connected with the spray arm, and the filter piece and the sprayer can be taken out together, so that the assembly, disassembly and cleaning are very convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to further increase the filtering area, the first outer tube 2 or the first connection plate 3 may be provided with a first opening 22 communicating with the first channel, the first connection plate 3 is provided with a first plate portion 31, the filtering holes 4 are provided on the first plate portion 31, and the first plate portion 31 is provided on a side of the first connection plate 3 facing away from the first inner tube 1.
That is, the first plate portion 31 partitions the water inlet passage, the size of the first plate portion 31 determines the size of the filtering area, and the filtering area can be increased by increasing the first plate portion 31.
The first port 22 is provided on the first connection plate 3, which is convenient to manufacture, but the path of water flowing to the first plate 31 is short, the filter holes 4 are easy to be blocked, and the first plate 31 is required to be vertically or obliquely arranged to be relieved after the water pump is installed.
The first port 22 is preferably located on the first outer tube 2 so as to avoid water from directly striking the first plate 31, but it is necessary to provide the water inlet passage to avoid the portion of the first port 22, otherwise the cross-sectional area of the water flow passage is small.
In order to make the first port 22 as large as possible and thus reduce the throttling effect, and at the same time, to avoid direct impact of water on the first plate portion 31, the first port 22 may be provided at the junction of the first outer tube 2 and the first connection plate 3.
To increase the filtering area while increasing the strength of the first plate portion 31, the cross section of the first plate portion 31 may be made to be arc-shaped.
In order to enable the residues to be removed cleanly, the lower point of the water inlet channel may be funnel-shaped, the end part of the first plate part 31 may be tapered to correspond, and meanwhile, the end part of the first plate part 31 is tapered to facilitate cleaning of the residues from the installation part during assembly.
To enhance the strength of the first plate portion 31, the first plate portion 31 may also be provided with a first flange 32. The first flange 32 may also cooperate with the water inlet channel to prevent debris from passing through the gap between the water inlet channel and the first plate portion 31.
To prevent residues from passing through the gap between the first outer tube 2 and the water inlet channel, the end of the first outer tube 2 may be provided with a second flange 21.
The second flange 21 is lapped at the bottom of the water tank, so that residues are prevented from permeating between the first outer tube 2 and the water inlet channel, and the filter element can be positioned, so that the filter element is prevented from sliding along the water inlet channel.
When the filter element has the first plate portion 31, the filter element needs to be mounted at a certain angle, otherwise, the first plate portion 31 is difficult to mount in place, and the edge of the second flange 21 can be provided with a limit protrusion 23 or a limit concave portion 54, so that the rotation of the filter element is limited, and the filter element is positioned.
In order to simplify the structure, the outer surface of the first inner tube 1 can be provided with a first mounting groove 11 for connecting the spray arm, that is, the spray arm is directly mounted on the first inner tube 1, and the spray arm can freely rotate without considering the arrangement problem of the spray arm after the filter element is arranged.
Furthermore, the spray arm is connected with the first inner pipe 1, so that the filter element and the spray arm can be detached together, and the filter element and the spray arm are convenient to clean and wash.
For fixing the water pump, the water pump is usually installed by penetrating the wall of the water tank through the water inlet pipe forming the water inlet channel or the water outlet pipe forming the water outlet channel, and then fixing the water pump by arranging nuts on two sides of the wall respectively, wherein the nuts positioned outside the water tank can be replaced by a limiting table or a limiting ring on the water pump, the effect is the same, but the installation structure causes the protruding height of the water pump towards the inside of the water tank to be increased, and the water pump is particularly obvious when the wall thickness of the water tank is different.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in order to solve the problems of the above-mentioned installation structure, a new installation structure is specially designed, which comprises a second inner tube 5 and a second outer tube 6 that are connected in a sleeved manner, wherein the second inner tube 5 is provided with a second tube portion 51 penetrating through the water tank and a second abutting portion 52 located in the water tank, and the second abutting portion 52 and the second outer tube 6 clamp the water tank and fix.
The new mounting structure is characterized in that the second inner pipe 5 and the second outer pipe 6 are connected in a sleeved mode, the second inner pipe 5 is provided with a second pipe portion 51 penetrating through the water tank and a second abutting portion 52 located in the water tank, and further, the water tank is clamped and fixed through the second abutting portion 52 and the second outer pipe 6, so that the protruding height of the mounting structure in the water tank is equal to the thickness of the second abutting portion 52, and therefore the protruding height of the mounting structure in the water tank is equal and is not affected by the thickness of the water tank.
When the water pump is applied to the mounting structure, besides the beneficial effects obtained by the mounting structure, the height of the water pump protruding into the water tank can be reduced by reducing the thickness of the second abutting part 52, so that the water pump is neat and attractive; moreover, when the second inner pipe 5 serves as a water flow passage of the water pump, the height of the water pump protruding into the water tank is reduced, and water is also facilitated to flow into the water pump.
In addition, when the second inner pipe 5 is used as a water flow channel, and the second outer pipe 6 is used as a component part of the pump cover, a simple sealing ring is arranged at the end part of the second outer pipe 6, so that water can not pass between the end part of the second outer pipe 6 and the water tank to meet the sealing requirement, the sealing ring in the water tank can be omitted, and the problem that water leaks along the outer surface of the second inner pipe 5 is not needed to be considered.
