The air outlet 320 is connected with a smoke exhaust pipe, the smoke exhaust pipe is transversely arranged, and the other end of the smoke exhaust pipe is communicated with a smoke exhaust port in the wall body, so that the oil smoke generated by cooking is exhausted outdoors. The fan case 300 is exemplified by a hexahedron. The bottom of the fan case, i.e., the end facing the silencer 200, is open.
The muffler 200, comprising:
the silencer comprises a silencer barrel 210, wherein the silencer barrel 210 is provided with an air inlet end, an air outlet end and a silencer channel communicated with the air inlet end and the air outlet end;
and partition plates 220, which are disposed in the silencing passage 220 to divide the silencing passage into a plurality of silencing sub-passages 212 disposed along the length direction of the silencing tube 210.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the air inlet end of the silencing barrel 210 has an air inlet, the air outlet end has an air outlet, and the silencing passage communicates the air inlet and the air outlet. The air outlet end of the silencing pot 210 is fixedly connected with the fan box through a connecting structure, and the silencing pot 210 is communicated with the air inlet of the fan box. The connecting structures can be in many forms, for example, a U-shaped coaming is taken as an example, and the coaming can be simultaneously connected with the fan box and the silencing barrel 210 so as to connect the fan box and the silencing barrel 210; alternatively, the silencing tube 210 is sleeved at the air inlet of the fan box, and the surrounding plate is sleeved outside and fastened by screws and the like. The forms of the silencing pot 210 are many, and can be a complete pot directly, or formed by splicing a plurality of plates, the silencing pot 210 comprises a front cover 213 and a rear cover 214, the cross section of the front cover 213 is arranged in a U shape, and the front cover 213 and the rear cover 214 enclose to form the silencing pot 210 with two through ends.
When the fan assembly is in operation, noise generated by the fan assembly is transmitted from the interior of the cabinet downward through the silencer cartridge 210. Meanwhile, the smoke in the smoke collection cavity 11 is transmitted upwards through the silencing tube 210, passes through the silencing tube 210, enters the fan box, and is discharged from the air outlet. In this process, since the sound-deadening passage is partitioned by the partition plates 220 to form the plurality of sound-deadening sub-passages 212, the side wall area of the sound-deadening sub-passage 212 is greatly increased. When the air current passes through amortization subchannel 212, the air current flows along the lateral wall of amortization subchannel 212, because lateral wall area increases by a wide margin for the air current is at the in-process through amortization channel, by better guide, and at this moment, baffle 220 plays the effect of rectification, makes the air current more smooth and easy when passing through amortization channel. Thereby the energy loss of the air current in the amortization passageway has been reduced by a wide margin, is favorable to the more smooth and easy flow of flue gas in the amortization passageway, has improved the flow speed, simultaneously, has reduced the air current by a wide margin.
In this embodiment, in the process that the airflow enters the silencing passage from the air inlet end of the silencing cylinder 210 and flows out from the air outlet end, the airflow is guided by each silencing sub-passage 212 to pass through the silencing cylinder 210, and when the airflow passes through the silencing sub-passages 212, the airflow is guided by the side wall of the silencing sub-passage 212; after the silencing passages are separated to form a plurality of silencing sub-passages 212, the number of the silencing sub-passages 212 and the area of the side wall for flow guiding are correspondingly increased, so that the flow guiding effect of the silencer 200 is greatly increased, the silencer 200 has the rectifying effect, airflow passing through the silencing barrel 210 is very smooth, the phenomena of vortex, turbulence and the like in the silencing barrel 210 are avoided, less wind energy loss is realized, and the air supply efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the noise is reduced.
In some embodiments, to further reduce noise, sound absorbing layer 400 is disposed on the inner wall of sound attenuating sub-passage 212. The sound absorbing layer 400 may be made of many materials, such as cotton wool fabric, and the sound absorbing layer 400 includes sound absorbing cotton as an example. Through set up sound absorbing layer 400 on the inner wall of amortization subchannel 212 for sound absorbing layer 400's area obtains great increase, and when the noise was when passing through amortization passageway, more was consumed and is absorbed, thereby is favorable to better noise reduction.
Regarding the number of the silencing sub-channels 212, it is not desirable to be too small, the rectification effect is not significant when too small, and not too much, and too much will affect the normal transmission of the flue gas, the number of the silencing sub-channels 212 is 2-8, taking four as an example.
In some embodiments, the baffle 220 is removably attached to the silencer cartridge 210 to facilitate installation, removal, and maintenance of the baffle 220. There are many ways of detachment, such as by screw connection, snap connection, etc.
