When the hydrochloric acid storage tank is used, the tank cover is opened firstly, the hydrochloric acid solution is poured into the storage tank from the container, and the bottle mouth of the container is sleeved and fastened through the sealing bag 12 arranged above the feeding hole during pouring, so that splashing is avoided when the hydrochloric acid solution is poured out of the container, safety of workers is harmed, and meanwhile, volatilization of the hydrochloric acid solution is also avoided; when the hydrochloric acid solution flows into the tank body 2 from the liquid inlet 1, the hydrochloric acid solution can contact the buffer bag 6 arranged on the side wall of the liquid inlet 1, so that the air bag 7 arranged in the buffer bag is compressed, the air in the air bag 7 arranged above is compressed and guided into the air bag 7 communicated with the lower part at intervals, the buffer bag 6 arranged below is expanded under the action of the air bag 7, the hydrochloric acid solution slowly flows on the buffer bag 6 in a reciprocating manner, so that the hydrochloric acid solution is prevented from splashing, the hydrochloric acid solution is safely poured into the spiral plastic pipe 8 arranged in the tank body 2, the spiral plastic pipe 8 enables the hydrochloric acid solution to slowly flow to the bottom, meanwhile, the connecting rod 91 connected through the steel wire rope 11 is pulled under the action of the gravity of the hydrochloric acid solution, the connecting rod 91 presses the air cylinder 92, the air cylinder 92 sucks the air in the tank body 2 through the air inlet pipe, the air is discharged into the communicated chamber, the hydrochloric acid solution is prevented from being discharged, so that the harm caused by overlarge pressure in the tank body 2 is avoided; when the hydrochloric acid solution is required to be used in a large amount, the second liquid outlet 4 is only required to be opened by the regulating valve 5, so that the volatilization phenomenon is effectively prevented, and when the hydrochloric acid solution is required to be used in a large amount, the hydrochloric acid solution is only required to be led out through the first liquid outlet 3, so that the hydrochloric acid solution is convenient to take and use; the height of the liquid inlet 1 is 0.5-1 m, so that the stroke of the hydrochloric acid solution entering the tank body 2 can be prolonged, and the hydrochloric acid solution slowly flows under the action of the buffer bag 6, so that the volatilization of the hydrochloric acid solution is avoided, and the safety of workers is ensured; the hydrochloric acid solution is corrosive, and the polytetrafluoroethylene material has the performances of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and difficult aging, so that the service life of the device can be prolonged; when the hydrochloric acid solution flows into the spirally arranged plastic pipe 8, the connection between the steel wire rope 11 and the plastic pipe 8 can be facilitated by arranging the lug 13, and meanwhile, the lug 13 can also increase the contact area between the steel wire rope 11 and the plastic pipe 8, so that the plastic pipe 8 is prevented from shaking and being damaged when the steel wire rope 11 is pulled, and the service life of the device is prolonged; through the arc flange 15 that sets up interval arrangement, block that hydrochloric acid solution flows fast, splash in inlet 1, avoided volatilizing of hydrochloric acid solution and endanger operating personnel's safety.

1. A safe storage method of hydrochloric acid is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: workers wear safety clothing, and pour hydrochloric acid into a hydrochloric acid storage tank for storage, so that acid mist can be generated in the tank body; an interlayer is arranged in the hydrochloric acid storage tank and filled with liquid paraffin which is used for preventing the hydrochloric acid solution from volatilizing;
s2: introducing acid mist in the hydrochloric acid storage tank in the S1 into an acid mist treatment tank through a pipeline, wherein the acid mist treatment tank is provided with alkali liquor, and the acid mist is subjected to neutralization treatment after entering the acid mist treatment tank;
s3: introducing nitrogen into the gas storage chamber through a pipeline;
s4: introducing nitrogen in the gas storage chamber in the S3 into the hydrochloric acid storage tank, wherein the nitrogen can cool the hydrochloric acid storage tank to prevent the hydrochloric acid from volatilizing;
s5: leading the gas in the hydrochloric acid storage tank in the S4 back to the gas storage chamber for storage;
the hydrochloric acid storage tank comprises a liquid inlet (1), a tank body (2), a first liquid outlet (3) and a second liquid outlet (4), wherein the liquid inlet (1) is communicated with the tank body (2), gas storage chambers (10) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the liquid inlet (1), and the gas storage chambers (10) are used for storing gas in the tank body (2); a sealing bag (12) is connected above the liquid inlet (1), a first liquid outlet (3) is arranged at the bottom of the tank body (2), a second liquid outlet (4) is arranged at one side of the first liquid outlet (3), the second liquid outlet (4) is connected with an adjusting valve (5), and the adjusting valve (5) is used for controlling the second liquid outlet (4) to be switched on and off; the side wall of the liquid inlet (1) is symmetrically provided with buffer bags (6), and the interior of each buffer bag (6) is communicated with the exterior through a through hole; a group of air bags (7) are arranged in the buffer bag (6) at intervals, and the air bags (7) are communicated with each other at intervals up and down; a spiral plastic pipe (8) is arranged in the tank body (2), the plastic pipe (8) is suspended in the tank body (2) through a steel wire rope (11), and the plastic pipe (8) is communicated with the liquid inlet (1); a group of exhaust units (9) are arranged on the inner wall of the tank body (2), and the exhaust units (9) are used for guiding gas in the tank body (2) into the gas storage chamber (10); the exhaust unit (9) comprises a connecting rod (91), an air cylinder (92) and a fixing plate (93), the fixing plate (93) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the tank body (2), the middle part of the connecting rod (91) is hinged to the fixing plate (93), one end of the connecting rod (91) is connected with the steel wire rope (11), the other end of the connecting rod (91) is hinged to the end of the air cylinder (92), the air cylinder (92) is fixedly installed on the fixing plate (93), and an air cavity of the air cylinder (92) is communicated with the air storage chamber (10);
the height of the liquid inlet (1) is 0.5-1 m;
the sealing bag (12) and the buffer bag (6) are both made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials;
the outer ring of the plastic pipe (8) is provided with a lug (13), and the lug (13) can facilitate the connection of the plastic pipe (8) and the steel wire rope (11);
the two air storage chambers (10) are respectively provided with an adjusting hand wheel (14), and the adjusting hand wheels (14) are used for controlling the connection and disconnection between the air storage chambers (10) and the interior of the tank body (2);
one side, far away from the liquid inlet (1), of the buffer bag (6) is provided with a group of arc-shaped elastic flanges (15), the elastic flanges (15) are uniformly distributed at intervals from top to bottom, and the elastic flanges (15) are used for avoiding splashing of the hydrochloric acid solution.
