Description

Cyclone separator and dust collector with same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dust collection devices, in particular to a cyclone separator and a dust collection device with the cyclone separator.
Background
The dust and dirt separator for filtration in a vacuum cleaner is a main component which functions to: the air containing impurities entering the dust cup along the tangential direction makes rotary motion in the dust separator, and the large particles and heavier impurities in the rotary process are more dense than the air, so that the large particles and heavier impurities are collided with the inner wall due to the larger centrifugal force and lose inertia to fall into the dust collecting cavity below to be separated from the air, and the separated clean air is discharged from the outlet of the separator.
The Chinese patent document CN105011861A discloses a cyclone separator of a dust collector, which comprises a cyclone, an air duct and a filter, wherein an air guide plate is arranged between the cyclone and the air duct, air containing impurities enters the cyclone separator from the bottom upwards, passes through the air duct, enters an interlayer between the air duct and the cyclone from a vent hole after passing through the air duct, rotates upwards along the air guide plate in the interlayer, enters a front region of the filter, and is discharged to the outside after passing through the filter; by adopting the scheme, the large particles can be remained in the interlayer of the air duct and the cyclone through rotation, and the small particles are blocked in front of the filter, so that clean air is discharged.
However, in the above scheme, the impurities with larger particles are retained in the interlayer of the air duct and the cyclone for a long time, so that the air duct is easy to be blocked, and the larger particles are easy to be continuously blown to the front end of the filter, so that the burden of the filter is increased, and the service life is influenced.
In addition, the cyclone separator is formed by matching a plurality of parts, and has low separation efficiency on the premise of not meeting the vacuum degree requirement because of the large number of parts, complex structure and large space occupied by the dust cup.
