用于制造复合玻璃板的已知方法通常包括布置基底玻璃板、一个或多个层压膜和覆盖玻璃板,并且在高温和升高的压力下热压(Autoklavieren)所得到的组件,以获得成品复合玻璃板。
为了争取减少燃料消耗,努力减少阳光对车辆的加热。太阳辐射的红外线部分导致乘客内室的加热。车辆在太阳下较长时间加热会导致空调能耗增加。另外,空调在运行过程中也会导致燃料消耗增加。
减少车辆以及建筑物内室的加热的一种方法是减少红外线穿过玻璃板。为此,在复合玻璃中主要使用诸如聚烯烃膜或特别是聚酯膜的聚合物膜。这些通常设有附加的功能涂层,例如红外线反射涂层。
在US 2015/0013884 A1中公开了用于制造基底玻璃板的方法,该基底玻璃板由第一玻璃板、第一层压膜、涂覆的聚合物膜、第二层压膜和覆盖玻璃板组成并且具有至少一个传感器窗户。

通过本发明方法获得的复合玻璃板相比于根据常规方法制造的复合玻璃板可以具有改进的光学外观,特别是通过减少橙皮效应。所述方法相对简单。在下面阐述的方法变型中,可以不加变化地继续使用已经存在的、基于已知方法的生产线。在其他的方法变型中,只需要对现有生产线进行相对较小的改动。
下面将详细地阐述本发明。
在本申请中,除非另有说明,术语“应力”或“膜应力”是指在纵向或卷动方向上施加到膜上的拉应力。因此,“在无应力状态下的膜”或“无应力的膜”是指在纵向或卷动方向上没有拉应力的膜。在根据本发明的方法中,横向的或横向于卷动方向的应力通常不重要;对于“在无应力状态下的膜”,在用于松弛的热处理过程中通常在横向上也没有应力。
在本申请中,除非另有说明,术语“收缩率”是指在纵向或卷动方向上的冷收缩率。在此,膜的冷收缩率通常以如下方式确定:将样品在20℃下储存24小时。然后,在储存后测量样品的长度。确定在储存之前的膜长度(L0)和在储存之后的长度(L1)之间的差值,并且以%给出收缩率S(S [%] = [(L0-L1)/L0] x 100)。通过对多个样品(例如5个样品)测量收缩率和确定平均值来进行更精确的测定。
双层是两层的层压体或两层的复合膜。三层是三层的层压体或三层的复合膜。卷材是指卷绕在卷筒上的膜。膜通常以卷材的形式处理。IR在此照常用作红外线的缩写。
根据本发明方法制造的复合玻璃板以如下顺序包括第一玻璃板,第一层压膜,聚合物膜,第二层压膜和第二玻璃板。聚合物膜在成品复合玻璃板中与第一和第二层压膜接合。因此,复合玻璃板包含复合膜或层压体,其中聚合物膜布置在两个层压膜之间。复合膜进而布置在两个玻璃板之间。
第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板可以由相同材料或不同材料制成。所述玻璃板可以由无机玻璃和/或有机玻璃(聚合物)制成。在一个优选的实施方案中,第一玻璃板和/或第二玻璃板包括玻璃和/或聚合物,优选浮法玻璃,石英玻璃,硼硅玻璃,钠钙玻璃,硅铝酸碱金属盐玻璃,聚碳酸酯和/或聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板可以具有相同的厚度或不同的厚度。优选地,第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板彼此独立地具有0.4至20 mm,优选0.4至6 mm的厚度。
第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板通常也被称为覆盖玻璃板和基底玻璃板,反之亦然。当使用复合玻璃板时,例如,作为车辆玻璃,基底玻璃板通常是构成外侧玻璃的玻璃板,而覆盖玻璃板构成内侧玻璃。
第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板可以分别是平坦的或者弯曲的或曲面的。根据本发明方法制造的复合玻璃板因此可以是平面的或曲面的复合玻璃板,也被称为2D-或3D复合玻璃板。
第一和第二层压膜可以由相同或不同的材料制成,但优选是由相同的材料制成。第一和第二层压膜优选彼此独立地包括聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB),乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA,也被称为EVAC),聚氨酯和/或它们的混合物和/或它们的共聚物。第一和第二层压膜优选为EVA-膜或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛膜(PVB-膜)。第一和第二层压膜特别优选是PVB-膜。
第一和第二层压膜可以具有相同的厚度或不同的厚度。第一和第二层压膜,例如PVB-膜,彼此独立地优选具有0.1至1.5 mm,更优选0.3至0.9 mm的厚度。
合适的层压膜可以商购获得。这种层压膜,例如PVB-膜或EVA-膜,通常以卷材形式供应。在卷材的情况下,在膜的纵向或卷动方向上存在应力或拉应力。PVB-膜例如可以作为具有500米膜带长度的卷材获得。从这种卷材切割出的膜片通常表现出约3%至5%的冷收缩率。
对于用于松弛的热处理作为起始材料使用的层压膜,例如PVB-膜或PVA-膜,呈卷材的形式。
聚合物膜的材料不同于层压膜的材料。聚合物膜可以例如选自由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚碳酸酯,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯和/或它们的混合物和/或共聚物构成的膜。聚合物膜优选为聚烯烃膜或聚酯膜,更优选聚酯膜,并且特别优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜。聚碳酸酯也包括在聚酯中。
一般还使用卷材作为聚合物膜的起始材料。卷材形式的PET-膜没有冷收缩率,在热量下可以检测到一定的收缩率。
聚合物膜,例如聚酯膜,特别是PET-膜的厚度可以例如为10至200μm(微米),更优选20至100μm,特别优选40至60μm。
聚合物膜,例如聚酯膜,特别是PET-膜,优选具有红外线反射涂层或另一个功能涂层。该涂层可以例如包含金属如Ag,ZnO,TiO2,AlN和/或其混合物,其中优选Ag。例如,可以在聚合物膜上蒸镀上诸如银的金属以获得涂层。如果使用的话,该涂层通常仅存在于聚合物膜的一侧上,但也可以是双面涂覆。
在一个优选的实施方案中,第一和第二层压膜是PVB-膜和聚合物膜是聚酯膜,特别是PET-膜,其中聚酯膜任选地具有红外线反射涂层。
本发明的方法的特征在于,用于第一和第二层压膜的起始材料分别是卷材形式的层压膜,其在用于形成复合玻璃板之前进行预处理,其中在无应力的状态下通过热处理松弛所述层压膜。这样松弛的层压膜然后可以以通常的方法用于形成复合玻璃板。
用于松弛层压膜的热处理优选在卷方法(Rollenverfahren)中进行,特别是在连续的卷方法中进行。这可以是如下面所描述的卷-对-卷方法,其中将作为起始材料的层压膜从卷筒展开并且将在热处理后所获得的松弛的层压膜在冷却后卷绕在卷筒上以供进一步使用,或者其中将所获得的松弛的层压膜在没有冷却或任选通过随后冷却的情况下直接进一步用于形成双层或三层并且将所获得的双层或三层卷绕在卷筒上以供进一步使用。
层压膜在用于松弛的热处理过程中处于无应力的状态。通过这种方式,可以使得层压膜在热处理过程中通过收缩而松弛。在热处理(热收缩)过程中,层压膜在纵向或卷动方向上的收缩可以是例如1%到13%。
为了使膜处于无应力的状态,所述热处理可以在单独的膜片上进行。在优选的卷方法中,如下面进一步阐述的,通过适当调节辊或辊对的传送速度以及任选地定位辊而可以使得层压膜没有应力。在此必须考虑在热处理过程中的膜收缩。本领域技术人员已知调节膜应力或提供无应力的膜的适当措施。
在用于松弛的热处理过程中,将无应力的层压膜加热至优选35℃至75℃,更优选40℃至70℃,特别优选50℃至60℃的温度。所提及的温度是指在热处理结束时层压膜的温度。
用于松弛的热处理的持续时间,即特别是层压膜在炉或加热室中的停留时间,优选为0.5至5分钟,更优选0.5至3分钟,特别优选0.5至2分钟。该停留时间可以根据需要变化。因此,在线和离线过程可以以不同的速度运行,以便最好地利用设备。
所述热处理优选在预热的炉或预热的加热室中进行。在炉或加热室中的适当温度主要取决于炉或加热室的类型、层压膜的类型以及层压膜的期望的最终温度和停留时间,例如可以比在热处理结束时的层压膜的上述温度高0℃至70℃,优选15至35℃。合适的温度,即在炉中热处理时的炉温度,例如为40℃至120℃,优选60℃至100℃。
炉或加热室或层压膜的加热可以例如通过热空气、微波或IR-辐射进行,其中优选IR-辐射。对于IR-加热,可以使用商购获得的IR-辐射器,其也被称为IR-元件。不同类型的IR-辐射器可供选择,这可以根据尺寸、功率和波长范围进行选择,例如来自Heraeus。合适的是例如来自Heraeus的IR-元件,型号名称为“红外线双管辐射器Golden 8”。
从IR-元件发出的波长或波长范围适宜地与层压膜的材料匹配,使得层压膜可以吸收发射的波,从而加热该膜。
借助IR-辐射对层压膜进行热处理是有利的,因为由此实现了被动加热(通过炉温度或加热室温度)和主动加热(通过IR-吸收)。
在借助IR-辐射的热处理中,还有利的是将IR-元件布置在膜的下方和上方。由此实现了膜的更均匀加热。然而,也可以考虑将IR-元件仅布置在膜的上方或仅布置在膜的下方。
所述IR-元件可以布置在层压膜的纵向或卷动方向上,其中这时有利地将多个IR-元件跨膜的宽度平行并排地布置。然而,在一个优选的实施方案中,将IR-元件横向于卷动方向跨膜的整个宽度安装。以这种方式,实现了膜的更均匀的加热。
为了说明,作为具体实例,可以使用例如下列参数用于松弛PVB-膜的热处理,但其应当不以任何方式限制本发明:连续的卷方法;膜速度为5.6米/分钟;炉或加热室的总长度为4.5米,在第一区段中在卷动方向上在膜带的下方和上方设置各1米长的总共2个IR-辐射器;横向于卷动方向布置其他的加热元件以实现均匀的加热(加热距离约2米/室4.5米/室);炉温度为80℃;停留时间为约50秒,炉末端的膜温度:约65℃;IR-辐射器的峰值波长为2400 nm和1.6 kW。所述膜在热处理过程中处于无应力的状态。这是通过适当地调节在热处理之前和之后布置的用于输送膜的辊对的传送速度来实现的。在松弛处理之后,可以将松弛的膜例如在冷却之后卷绕在卷筒上以供进一步使用。
如上所述,所述热处理优选在连续的卷方法中进行,其中对层压膜不施加应力。其中,用于热处理以松弛的层压膜借助辊输送到炉中。为了输送,适宜地在热处理之前,优选在炉入口处设置有辊对,和在热处理之后,优选在炉出口处或者在任选随后的冷却区段之后设置有辊对。本领域技术人员已知用于在炉中无应力地输送层压膜的输送系统。
调节在热处理之前的辊对速度和在热处理之后的辊对速度,使得层压膜无应力地通过炉。为此,在热处理之前的辊对可以比在热处理之后的辊对更快速地输送层压膜,其中在热处理之前的辊对快的百分比大约相当于在热处理过程中膜收缩的百分比(例如,约1-13%的收缩,即热收缩率)。
所获得的松弛的膜的冷收缩率为例如不大于4%,优选不大于2%,更优选不大于1%。
在用于松弛的热处理之后,松弛的层压膜可以任选地被冷却,例如在生产线的冷却区段。冷却在此是指通过冷却装置的主动冷却。为了任选地冷却松弛的层压膜,使用常规的冷却装置,例如冷却台。冷却可以例如通过冷却的空气借助鼓风机进行或通过吹冷空气进行。冷却装置优选布置在层压膜的下方和上方以实现更均匀的冷却。但是也可能的是,冷却装置仅布置在层压膜的下方或仅布置在层压膜的上方。以这种方式可以根据需要调节膜温度。
任选地冷却松弛的层压膜可以例如适宜于实现将膜卷绕在卷筒上的合适温度或维持在机器或生产线的其余部分中的带应力。这些方法步骤下面针对离线或在线方法的变型更详细地阐述。
除了使用松弛的层压膜代替未预处理的层压膜之外,根据本发明的方法可以相应于用于制造这种复合玻璃板的已知方法来进行。特别地,如在根据现有技术的方法中优选地,首先制造由层压膜和聚合物膜构成的双层或由第一和第二层压膜与位于中间的聚合物膜构成的三层。
在一个优选的实施方案中,除了所述的松弛预处理之外,根据本发明的方法还包括以下步骤:
a) 将松弛的第一层压膜与聚合物膜接合以形成双层,或者将松弛的第一层压膜、聚合物膜和松弛的第二层压膜接合以形成三层,其中聚合物膜布置在第一层压膜和第二层压膜之间,
b) 将双层放置在第一玻璃板上,使聚合物膜朝上,将松弛的第二层压膜放置在双层的聚合物膜上并且将第二玻璃板放置在松弛的第二聚合物膜上以形成组件,或者将三层放置在第一玻璃板上并且将第二玻璃板放置在三层上以形成组件,以及
c)热压所形成的组件,以形成复合玻璃板。
在根据本发明的方法中,两种变型特别合适。在第一变型(离线方法)中,在第一步骤中制造松弛的层压膜。在单独的第二步骤中,然后使用该松弛的层压膜来制造双层或三层。这种变型的优点是,完全不需要改动用于制造双层或三层的现有生产线。简单地使用松弛的层压膜来代替未预处理的层压膜。
在第二变型(在线方法)中,在连续的过程中进行松弛处理和双层或三层的制造,即将所获得的松弛的层压膜直接用于制造双层或三层。这种变型的优点在于,可以在一个操作过程中制造双层或三层。
因此,用于松弛层压膜的热处理可以在一个优选的实施方案(离线方法)中以卷-对-卷方法进行,其中将作为起始材料使用的层压膜从卷筒展开并且输送到用于松弛的热处理,然后将所获得的松弛的层压膜卷绕在卷筒上以供进一步使用。在热处理和卷绕之间,将松弛的层压膜优选在冷却区段冷却。为了冷却松弛的层压膜优选使用冷却装置,例如冷却台。冷却可以例如通过冷却的空气借助鼓风机进行或通过吹冷空气进行。所述冷却装置优选布置在层压膜的下方和上方,以实现更均匀的冷却,但也可以将其仅布置在上方或仅布置在下方。
在一个替代的优选实施方案(在线方法)中,用于松弛层压膜的热处理和双层或三层的形成以卷-对-卷方法进行,其中将作为起始材料使用的层压膜从卷筒展开并且输送到用于松弛的热处理,然后将所获得的松弛的层压膜在不冷却的情况下或任选在随后冷却之后直接用于双层或三层的形成并且将所获得的双层或三层卷绕在卷筒上以供进一步使用。松弛的层压膜在用于形成双层或三层之前的任选冷却可以如上所述在冷却区段中借助冷却装置,例如冷却台进行。所述冷却装置优选布置在层压膜的下方和上方,以实现更均匀的冷却,但也可以将其仅布置在上方或仅布置在下方。
为了制造双层,将松弛的第一层压膜与聚合物膜接合。为了制造三层,将松弛的第一层压膜、聚合物膜和松弛的第二层压膜彼此接合,其中聚合物膜布置在第一层压膜和第二层压膜之间。
在形成双层或三层时,一个或多个层压膜必须在应力下加热,以增强与聚合物膜的粘合性。膜的加热可以例如通过使用加热的卷筒来实现。用于制造双层或三层的膜的温度对于本领域技术人员是已知的。
如在常规方法中一样,通过在形成双层或三层时在应力下加热,可以绝对形成例如0到4%的冷收缩率。
在下一个步骤中,布置复合玻璃板的各个组成部分。为此,切割出由复合膜(双层或三层)和任选的松弛的第二层压膜构成的具有合适形状的片(工业中也称为板)。
当使用双层时,将双层放置在第一玻璃板上并使聚合物膜朝上。然后,将松弛的第二层压膜放置在双层的聚合物膜上,和然后将第二玻璃板施加到松弛的第二层压膜上,以形成组件。当使用三层时,将三层放置在第一玻璃板上和然后将第二玻璃板放置在三层上,以形成组件。
对形成的组件可以任选地进行预先固定,例如通过选择性加热或用胶带。
在一个优选的实施方案中,可以将所形成的组件在热压过程之前脱气,例如通过放置在真空袋中并抽真空以从组件中除去空气。本领域技术人员已知用于脱气的各种其他过程。
然后将所形成的组件以常规方式热压以形成复合玻璃板。这在高压釜中在升高的温度和升高的压力下进行。
所述组件例如在80至150℃,优选90至145℃的温度下,和/或在7巴至16巴,优选8巴至14巴,更优选10巴至13巴的绝对压力下进行热压。优选地,将组件暴露于用于热压的最高温度和最大压力下10分钟至120分钟,更优选30分钟至60分钟。
在热压之后,可以冷却组件以获得成品复合玻璃板。根据本发明方法制造的复合玻璃板与根据现有技术的复合玻璃板相比,具有减少的橙皮效应和因此改善的外观。
本发明还涉及根据上述方法可获得的复合玻璃板。
此外,本发明涉及根据上述方法制造的复合玻璃板作为车辆玻璃(特别是用于机动车)、船舶玻璃或飞机玻璃,作为建材玻璃、建筑玻璃或家具玻璃的用途。所述复合玻璃板可以是例如挡风玻璃、后窗玻璃、侧窗玻璃或隔墙玻璃,特别是用于机动车。
在下文中,将参考附图更详细地描述本发明的具体实施例。
图1显示了根据本发明方法制造的复合玻璃板6的示意性横截面,其中复合玻璃板6具有第一玻璃板1,第一层压膜3,聚合物膜4,第二层压膜5和第二玻璃板2。层压膜3、5例如由PVB制成。聚合物膜4例如由PET制成并且任选地具有红外线反射涂层。
图2a显示了双层7的示意性横截面,其中双层7作为复合膜具有层压膜3和聚合物膜4。
图2b显示了三层8的示意性横截面,其中三层8作为复合膜具有第一层压膜3,聚合物膜4和第二层压膜5。

图8显示了根据本发明的方法与根据现有技术的方法相比较的流程图。
在如上所述使用根据图4或图5制造的双层或三层之一以制造复合玻璃板时,相比于根据相同方法但对所使用的层压膜未进行根据本发明的松弛处理而制造的复合玻璃板表现出减少的橙皮效应。

Claims (15)
1.用于制造以如下顺序包括第一玻璃板(1)、第一层压膜(3)、聚合物膜(4)、第二层压膜(5)和第二玻璃板(2)的复合玻璃板(6)的方法,其中将聚合物膜(4)与两个层压膜(3、5)接合,其特征在于,用于第一和第二层压膜的起始材料分别为卷材(9)形式的层压膜,该层压膜在用于形成复合玻璃板(6)之前进行预处理,其中在无应力的状态下通过热处理松弛所述层压膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,还包括以下步骤
a) a1)将松弛的第一层压膜(10)与聚合物膜(4)接合,以形成双层(7),或者a2)将松弛的第一层压膜(10)、聚合物膜(4)和松弛的第二层压膜(10)接合,以形成三层(8),其中聚合物膜布置在第一层压膜和第二层压膜之间,
b) b1)将双层(7)放置在第一玻璃板(1)上,使聚合物膜(4)朝上,将松弛的第二层压膜(10)放置在双层的聚合物膜上并且将第二玻璃板(2)放置在松弛的第二层压膜(10)上,以形成组件,或者b2)将三层(8)放置在第一玻璃板(1)上并且将第二玻璃板(2)放置在三层上,以形成组件,以及
c)热压所形成的组件,以形成复合玻璃板(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中将所述无应力的层压膜在热处理时加热到35℃至75℃,优选40℃至70℃,更优选50℃至65℃的温度。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中用于松弛的热处理的持续时间为0.5至5分钟,优选0.5至3分钟,更优选0.5至2分钟。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中用于松弛层压膜的热处理在炉中进行,优选借助热空气,微波或IR-辐射,其中特别优选采用IR-元件(11)的IR-辐射。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中在用于松弛的热处理后冷却层压膜(10)。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中用于松弛的热处理以连续卷方法进行。
8.根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中对于用于松弛的热处理,将层压膜借助辊传送通过炉,其中设定热处理前的辊对速度和热处理后的辊对速度,以使得层压膜无应力地传送通过炉。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中用于松弛层压膜的热处理以卷-对-卷方法进行,其中将作为起始材料使用的层压膜(9)从卷筒展开并且输送到用于松弛的热处理,然后将所获得的松弛的层压膜(10)冷却并且卷绕在卷筒上以供进一步使用,或者
其中用于松弛层压膜的热处理和双层(7)或三层(8)的形成以卷-对-卷方法进行,其中将作为起始材料使用的层压膜(9)从卷筒展开并且输送到用于松弛的热处理,然后将所获得的松弛的层压膜(10)直接用于双层或三层的形成并且将所获得的双层(7)或三层(8)卷绕在卷筒上以供进一步使用,其中将松弛的层压膜(10)任选地在热处理和双层或三层的形成之间冷却。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中在热处理之后获得的松弛的层压膜(10)的冷收缩率为小于4%,优选小于2%。
11.根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中所述第一和第二层压膜(3、5)相互独立地包含聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,聚氨酯和/或其混合物和/或其共聚物,其中所述第一和第二层压膜优选是聚乙烯醇缩丁醛膜和/或乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物膜,和/或其中所述聚合物膜(4)包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚碳酸酯,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯和/或其混合物和/或共聚物,其中所述聚合物膜优选为聚酯膜或聚烯烃膜。
12.根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中所述第一和第二层压膜(3、5)是聚乙烯醇缩丁醛膜,和/或所述聚合物膜(4)是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜。
13.根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法,其中所述聚合物膜(4)具有红外线反射涂层。
14.复合玻璃板,其能够通过根据权利要求1至13任一项所述的方法获得。
15.根据权利要求14所述的复合玻璃板作为车辆玻璃、船舶玻璃或飞机玻璃,隔墙玻璃,作为建材玻璃、建筑玻璃或家具玻璃的用途。
