Technical Field
The present invention relates to an absorbent article provided with a coloring.
Background
As a disposable diaper of 1 type of absorbent article, there is known a pants-type disposable diaper having an absorbent body and an outer covering disposed on a side of the absorbent body away from a wearer's body. Patent document 1 describes that, in a pants-type disposable diaper having this configuration, the outer package includes an outer layer sheet forming the outer surface of the diaper in a worn state and an inner layer sheet disposed to face the skin-facing surface of the outer layer sheet, the outer layer sheet has a greater length in the longitudinal direction, which is the front-back direction of the wearer, than the inner layer sheet, and the outer layer sheet is folded back from the extension portion of the longitudinal end edge of the inner layer sheet toward the skin-facing surface of the inner layer sheet and fixed to the skin-facing surface. The folded portion of the outer sheet is one of typical structures of such pants-type disposable diapers, and the folded portion is usually joined to a surface facing the folded portion.
In general, an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper is white in color as a whole. In contrast, patent document 1 describes that, in order to improve design properties and to make the disposable diaper look like underwear, the entire inner layer sheet, which is relatively close to the skin of the wearer, of the outer layer sheet and the inner layer sheet constituting the outer package is colored in color (chromatographic color).

Detailed Description
The skin-facing surface of the waist of the wearer and the waist region disposed in the vicinity thereof is preferably good in texture because it is always in contact with the abdomen or back of the wearer and is frequently touched with fingers, and there is room for improvement. Further, although an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper is actually used when it is worn at a correct wearing position, it is not always necessary to wear the absorbent article at a correct wearing position because positioning at the time of wearing is not easy.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article which is colored, has high design properties, has good texture on the skin-facing surface, and is easy to position when worn.
The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 to 4 show a diaper 1A as an example of a pants-type disposable diaper according to an embodiment of the absorbent article of the present invention. The diaper 1A has a longitudinal direction X corresponding to the front-back direction of the wearer and a transverse direction Y orthogonal thereto, has a crotch portion B, and a front side portion a and a back side portion C extending in the longitudinal direction X from the front and back of the crotch portion B, and has an absorbent body 23 extending in the longitudinal direction X from the front side portion a to the back side portion C and capable of absorbing and retaining excreted bodily fluids. The crotch portion B is a portion disposed in the crotch portion of the wearer in the worn state of the diaper 1A, the stomach-side portion a is a portion disposed on the front side, which is the stomach-side of the wearer, relative to the crotch portion B in the worn state of the diaper 1A, and the back-side portion C is a portion disposed on the back side, which is the back side of the wearer, relative to the crotch portion B in the worn state of the diaper 1A.
The diaper 1A includes: an absorbent main body 2 having an absorber 23; and an outer casing 3 disposed on a side of the absorbent main body 2 away from the wearer's body; the side edges AS, CS of each of the front and back side portions a, C along the longitudinal direction X of the exterior body 3 are joined to each other by a known joining method such AS adhesive, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, etc., so that a pair of side seals S, S, a waist opening WH through which the body of the wearer passes, and a pair of leg openings LH, LH through which the lower limbs of the wearer pass are formed AS shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the diaper 1A is divided into a front body F covering the front side (ventral side) of the body of the wearer in the worn state and a rear body R covering the rear side (back side) of the body of the wearer in the worn state, with reference to a longitudinal centerline CLx bisecting the diaper 1A in the longitudinal direction X and extending in the transverse direction Y. The stomach-side portion a is a part of the front body F, the back-side portion C is a part of the back body R, and the crotch portion B is present across the front body F and the back body R. The front side portion a and the back side portion C are both portions located at the same position as the side seal S in the longitudinal direction X, and are disposed in the waist portion including the waist of the wearer when the diaper 1A is worn. The crotch portion B is a region in which leg openings LH and LH are formed in both side edge portions of the exterior body 3 along the longitudinal direction X. The crotch portion B has a discharge facing portion which is disposed to face a discharge portion (penis, etc.) of a wearer in a worn state of the diaper 1A, and the discharge facing portion is usually located at or near a central portion (on the longitudinal centerline CLx) in the longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1A.
The absorbent main body 2 has a rectangular shape in plan view as shown by the outline in fig. 2, extends in the longitudinal direction X from the front side portion a to the back side portion C so that the longitudinal direction thereof coincides with the longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1A in the unfolded and extended state, is disposed in the central portion in the lateral direction Y of the outer package 3, and is joined to the outer package 3 with an adhesive.
As shown in fig. 2, the absorbent body 2 includes a liquid-permeable topsheet 21 forming a skin-facing surface, a backsheet 22 forming a non-skin-facing surface and having liquid impermeability, or water repellency, and a liquid-retentive absorbent member 23 disposed between the two sheets 21, 22, and these are integrally formed by a known joining method such as an adhesive. The absorbent member 23 has a rectangular shape in plan view, and forms the outer shape of the absorbent main body 2, and as shown in fig. 2, the absorbent member 23 coincides with both longitudinal end edges of the absorbent main body 2 in plan view. As the front sheet 21, the back sheet 22, and the absorber 23, various materials previously used in such absorbent articles can be used without particular limitation. For example, various nonwoven fabrics, apertured films, and the like can be used as the front sheet 21, and a resin film, a laminate of a resin film and a nonwoven fabric, and the like can be used as the back sheet 22. As the absorbent body 23, a structure having an absorbent core including an aggregate of fiber materials such as pulp fibers or water-absorbent polymer particles can be used, and the outer surface of the absorbent core may be covered with a liquid-permeable core-covering sheet.
In the present specification, the "skin-facing surface" is a surface of the absorbent article or a component thereof (e.g., an absorbent main body) that faces the skin side of the wearer when the absorbent article is worn, that is, a surface that is relatively close to the skin of the wearer, and the "non-skin-facing surface" is a surface of the absorbent article or a component thereof that faces the side opposite to the skin side (clothing side) when the absorbent article is worn, that is, a surface that is relatively far from the skin of the wearer. The term "worn state" as used herein refers to a state in which a normal proper wearing position, that is, a proper wearing position of the absorbent article is maintained, and does not include a state in which the absorbent article is displaced from the wearing position.
As shown in fig. 2, a pair of leakage preventing cuffs 24, 24 made of liquid-resistant, water-repellent, and air-permeable sheets are provided on both left and right sides of the skin-facing surface of the absorbent main body 2 in the longitudinal direction X. In the vicinity of the free end of each of the leak-proof cuffs 24, 1 or more of the linear elastic members 25 for forming the leak-proof cuffs are arranged in an extended state. The leakage preventive cuffs 24 are configured to be contracted by the elastic members 25 disposed in an extended state when the diaper 1A is worn and to stand up at least in the crotch portion B, thereby preventing the leakage of excretory fluid such as urine to the outside in the lateral direction Y.
The outer package 3 is a main body portion forming the outer shape of the diaper 1A, and naturally, is also a main body portion forming the outer shape of each of the front side portion a, the crotch portion B, and the back side portion C. That is, the outer package 3 has the largest area among all the components of the diaper 1A, and forms the outer shape of the diaper 1A in an unfolded and stretched state as shown in fig. 2, and the peripheral edge of the outer package 3 forms the contour lines of the diaper 1A in this state, that is, the contour lines of each of the front side portion a, the crotch portion B, and the back side portion C. The "developed and extended state" of the diaper 1A means a state in which the diaper 1A is separated at the side seals S to be developed, and the elastic members of the respective portions are extended to expand the diaper 1A in the developed state to a design size (the same size as a size when the diaper 1A is developed in a flat state while completely eliminating the influence of the elastic members).
In a plan view of the exterior body 3 in an expanded and extended state as shown in fig. 2, the front side portion a and the back side portion C are formed in a rectangular shape having a length in the lateral direction Y longer than the longitudinal direction X, and a pair of leg edge portions LS, LS located at a crotch portion B between the front side portion a and the back side portion C along both side edge portions in the longitudinal direction X of the exterior body 3 are curved in an arc shape protruding toward the center in the lateral direction Y. The outer package 3, which is the main body forming the outer shape of the diaper 1A, has this planar shape in the developed and extended state, and the planar shape of the diaper 1A in this state is an hourglass shape in which the central region in the longitudinal direction X is retracted inward in the lateral direction Y, as shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the outer package 3 includes a laminate of an outer sheet 31 and an inner sheet 32, the outer sheet 31 forming the non-skin-facing surface of the diaper 1A when worn, and the inner sheet 32 being disposed to face the skin-facing surface 31A of the outer sheet 31. That is, the laminate is a main body portion that forms the outer shape of the diaper 1A, and is also a main body portion that forms the outer shape of each of the abdomen-side portion a, the crotch portion B, and the back-side portion C.
The outer sheet 31 is a component located at the farthest position from the skin of the wearer among all the components of the diaper 1A. The inner sheet 32 is positioned on the side of the outer sheet 31 facing the wearer's body, and forms the inner surface of the diaper 1A, i.e., the skin-facing surface in the worn state. The outer layer sheet 31 and the inner layer sheet 32 are bonded to each other at a specific portion with an adhesive 35. As the outer layer sheet 31 and the inner layer sheet 32, various materials conventionally used as an outer covering in the absorbent article of this type can be used without particular limitation, and examples thereof include nonwoven fabrics formed by various production methods, such as spunbond nonwoven fabrics, through-air nonwoven fabrics, and needle-punched nonwoven fabrics.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the leg edge portion LS forming the opening edge portion of each of the pair of leg opening portions LH, the linear or belt-like leg elastic member 33 for forming 1 or a plurality of leg gathers is disposed in an extended state, and thereby a substantially continuous annular leg gather is formed over the entire circumference of the opening edge portion of each of the pair of leg opening portions LH, LH.
In addition, a plurality of linear or belt-shaped waist elastic members 34 are disposed in the transverse direction Y at positions of the abdomen-side portion a and the back-side portion C disposed on the waist of the wearer including the waist, and the plurality of waist elastic members 34 are disposed at intervals at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction X. The waist elastic member 34 extends over substantially the entire length of the outer body 3 in the lateral direction Y. As shown in fig. 2, each of the abdomen-side portion a and the back-side portion C has a waist region D disposed at the waist circumference and the vicinity thereof of the wearer in the worn state of the diaper 1A, and the waist elastic member 34 is disposed in an extended state in the waist region D. The waist region D is a waist region (non-arrangement region of the absorbent body 2) from the waist edges AE, CE to the waist edges AE, CE in the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent body 23 (absorbent body 2) in each of the front and back side portions a, C, and normally occupies 8 to 80% of the entire length in the longitudinal direction X of the front and back side portions a, C. The waist end edge AE is an end edge in the longitudinal direction X on the stomach-side portion a side of the outer package 3, the waist end edge CE is an end edge in the longitudinal direction X on the back-side portion C side of the outer package 3, and the waist opening portion WH is defined by the two end edges AE, CE. In this way, when the waist elastic member 34 is disposed in the waist region D in a state of exhibiting its elastic stretchability, a substantially continuous annular waist gather is formed over the entire periphery of the opening edge portion of the waist opening WH.
In the diaper 1A, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of linear or belt-like waist elastic members 34 are also arranged in an extended state in the lateral direction Y in a region where the outer covering 3 overlaps the absorbent body 2 (absorbent body 23) in the longitudinal direction X in each of the front and back side portions a and C, that is, in a region closer to the crotch portion B than the waist region D (region other than the waist region D), and the plurality of waist elastic members 34 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction X. The waistline elastic members 34 disposed in the region other than the waist region D pass across the absorbent main body 2. In addition, in the arrangement region of the absorbent body 2 in the outer package 3 (the region overlapping the absorbent body 2 in a plan view), the waistline portion elastic members 34 are cut or the like to hinder stretchability, and are not arranged in a state where elastic stretchability is exhibited. The elastic members 33 and 34 are sandwiched and fixed between the outer layer sheet 31 and the inner layer sheet 32 constituting the outer package 3 by a joining method such as an adhesive. The elastic members 33 and 34 are preferably formed of a linear (rubber thread) or a belt (rubber belt) made of an elastic material such as natural rubber, urethane resin, foamed urethane resin, or a hot-melt elastic member.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the stomach-side portion a and the back-side portion C, the outer layer sheet 31 has a folded portion 310 extending outward in the longitudinal direction X from the longitudinal end edge 32E of the inner layer sheet 32 and folded back toward the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner layer sheet 32. That is, the outer sheet 31 has portions extending outward from both end edges 32E, 32E in the longitudinal direction X of the inner sheet 32 when the two sheets 31, 32 are laminated, in addition to portions having the same shape and the same size as those of the inner sheet 32, that is, portions constituting the main body portion forming the outer shape of the diaper 1A, and the extending portions are folded portions 310. In fig. 4, the folded portion 310 on the ventral portion a side is shown, but the folded portion 310 on the dorsal portion C side is also configured similarly to the ventral portion a side, and the description of the folded portion 310 on the ventral portion a side is appropriately applied unless otherwise specified.
The folded portion 310 of the outer sheet 31 disposed in the waist region D of each of the abdomen-side portion a and the back-side portion C is a "band-shaped skin proximal-most sheet" located closest to the skin of the wearer in the waist region D, and is disposed so as to extend in the transverse direction Y on the skin-facing surface of the exterior body 3 (a laminate of the outer sheet 31 and the inner sheet 32) which is the main body portion forming the outer shape of the abdomen-side portion a and the back-side portion C, more specifically, on the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner sheet 32 in the waist region D. As shown in fig. 2, the front end of the folded portion 310, that is, the end 310E in the longitudinal direction X of the folded portion 310 (the end 310E on the crotch portion B side) is located outside the absorbent main body 2 (the absorbent body 23) in the longitudinal direction X, that is, the folded portion 310 does not overlap the absorbent main body 2 (the absorbent body 23).
In the diaper 1A, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the skin-facing surfaces at the two ends in the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent main body 2 are covered with main body end fixing pieces 5 that are separate (not integrally formed, respectively) from the outer cover 3. The main body end fixing piece 5 has a rectangular shape elongated in the lateral direction Y in plan view, and is continuous over the entire length in the lateral direction Y at a portion of the waist region D and a portion near the portion in the region other than the waist region D of each of the front and back side portions a and C. The main body end fixing piece 5 is also a "skin closest piece" located closest to the skin of the wearer, similarly to the folded-back portion 310, and is disposed so as to overlap with the end portion in the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent main body 2 and extend in the lateral direction Y on the skin-facing surface of the main body portion forming the outer shape of the abdomen-side portion a and the back-side portion C, more specifically, the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner sheet 32 in the waist region D. In the diaper 1A, since substantially the entire region of the non-skin-facing surface of the main body end fixing sheet 5 is joined to the surface facing the non-skin-facing surface by the adhesive 35 such as a hot-melt adhesive, the end region including the end edge in the longitudinal direction X on the crotch portion B side of the main body end fixing sheet 5 is fixed to the surface facing the non-skin-facing surface of the main body end fixing sheet 5 and does not float from the surface.
By using the body end fixing piece 5, it is possible to prevent leakage of excretory fluid such as urine from the longitudinal end of the absorbent body 2, and to prevent the longitudinal end of the absorbent body 2 from being exposed to optimize the appearance. The length in the longitudinal direction X, i.e., the width of the main body end fixing piece 5 is not particularly limited, but is usually about 20 to 60 mm. As the main body end fixing sheet 5, various nonwoven fabrics that can be used as the outer layer sheet 31 and the inner layer sheet 32, a film sheet including a resin that can be used as a material of the nonwoven fabric, and the like can be used.
As one of the main features of the diaper 1A, the following can be cited: as shown in fig. 4, the non-skin-facing surface 310B of the folded-back portion 310 (skin closest sheet) of the outer sheet 31 of the stomach side portion a has a joining portion 311 and a non-joining portion 312 with respect to the surface of the non-skin-facing surface 310B (i.e., the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner sheet 32), and has a colored portion 40 and a non-colored portion 41 having a different ground color from the folded-back portion 310, and the non-joining portion 312 is located in an end region of the folded-back portion 310 including an end edge 310E in the longitudinal direction X (an end edge of the skin closest sheet in the longitudinal direction X on the crotch portion B side) and includes the non-colored portion 41.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the entire region of the joint portion 311 in plan view is the colored portion 40, and the entire region of the non-joint portion 312 in plan view is the non-colored portion 41. The joint portion 311 is formed by joining the non-skin-facing surface 310b of the folded-back portion 310 and the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner layer sheet 32 to each other via the adhesive 35. The folded portion 310 (skin proximal sheet) of the outer layer sheet 31 of the back portion C is also configured in the same manner as the abdomen portion a shown in fig. 4.
In the configuration in which the folded-back portion 310 of the outer-layer sheet 31 is a band-shaped skin-closest sheet that is positioned closest to the wearer's skin in the waist region D of each of the front and back side portions a, C and extends in the lateral direction Y along the waist edges AE, CE, the skin-facing surface 310a of the folded-back portion 310 is always in contact with the wearer's abdomen or back when the diaper 1A is worn, and is a portion that has relatively many opportunities to be touched with a finger during, for example, a wearing operation of the diaper 1A, and the end region (the edge 310E and the vicinity thereof) on the crotch portion B side of the folded-back portion 310 that has relatively many opportunities to be in contact with the skin is formed as the non-joined portion 312 that is not joined to other members, and becomes a free end region that can be brought into contact with and separated from the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner-layer sheet 32 that is opposed to the non-joined portion 312, whereby the non-joined portion 312 feels soft, thus, the skin in the waist region D has a good texture.
Further, since the folded portion 310 includes the colored portion 40 and the non-colored portion 41 arranged in the longitudinal direction X, the colored portion 40 is colored in a color different from the ground color originally possessed by the folded portion 310, and the non-colored portion 41 is not colored and retains the ground color, the presence of the folded portion 310 is conspicuous compared with the peripheral portion, and therefore, the folded portion 310 can be used as a positioning mark for wearing the diaper 1A at a correct wearing position, and positioning at the time of wearing can be easily performed. From the viewpoint of more reliably exhibiting such a positioning function of the folded-back portion 310 (skin proximal sheet) when the absorbent article is worn, it is preferable that the non-colored portion 41 is continuously present along the end region in the longitudinal direction X of the folded-back portion 310 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction Y of the folded-back portion 310, that is, over one side seal portion S to the other side seal portion S.
Further, if the non-joined portion 312 located at the end region including the end edge 310E in the non-skin-facing surface 310b of the folded-back portion 310 is colored by applying printing ink or the like, when the non-joined portion 312 curls due to physical activity of the wearer or the like, there is a fear that the non-joined portion 312 to which the printing ink is applied comes into contact with the skin of the wearer and the printing ink migrates to the skin, but in the diaper 1A, the non-colored portion 41 to which the printing ink is not applied is eliminated as a whole of the non-joined portion 312.
From the viewpoint of achieving the operational effect of the folded-back portion 310 of the outer layer sheet 31 as the skin closest sheet in the waist region D, particularly, the improvement in texture of the waist region D and the facilitation of positioning operation at the time of wearing, it is preferable that the non-joined portion 312 of the folded-back portion 310 of the outer layer sheet 31 as the skin closest sheet in the waist region D includes the non-colored portion 41 in a region of not less than half of the longitudinal direction of the folded-back portion 310 including the end edge 310E thereof, as viewed along the longitudinal direction X. That is, it is preferable that a region from the end edge 310E of the folded portion 310 on the crotch portion B side to at least half of the entire length of the folded portion 310 in the longitudinal direction X be the non-joined portion 312 and include the non-colored portion 41.
The ratio of the length in the longitudinal direction X of the non-joined portion 312 to the total length in the longitudinal direction X of the folded-back portion 310 (skin-closest sheet) is preferably 10% or more, more preferably 20% or more, and preferably 50% or less, more preferably 40% or less.
The ratio of the length in the longitudinal direction X of the non-colored portion 41 to the total length in the longitudinal direction X of the folded-back portion 310 (skin-closest sheet) is preferably 1.5% or more, more preferably 10% or more, and preferably 60% or less, more preferably 50% or less.
The ratio of the length in the longitudinal direction X of the non-colored portion 41 to the entire length in the longitudinal direction X of the non-joined portion 312 is preferably 20% or more, more preferably 30% or more, and preferably 100% or less, more preferably 90% or less. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the non-joint portion 312 has the non-colored portion 41 over the entire region in plan view, and therefore the ratio is 100%. When the ratio of the length in the longitudinal direction X of the non-colored portion 41 to the total length in the longitudinal direction X of the non-joined portion 312 does not reach 100%, that is, when both the colored portion 40 and the non-colored portion 41 are present in the non-joined portion 312, the non-colored portion 41 is preferably disposed on the side of the end edge 310E in the longitudinal direction X of the folded-back portion 310 (skin closest proximity sheet).
The ratio of the total length in the longitudinal direction X of the folded portion 310 (skin closest sheet) to the total length in the longitudinal direction X of the abdominal portion a is preferably 8% or more, more preferably 10% or more, and preferably 35% or less, more preferably 30% or less. The folded portion 310 of the back portion C can also be set in the same manner as the abdomen portion a.
The length, i.e., the width in the longitudinal direction X of the non-colored portion 41 of the folded-back portion 310 (skin-closest sheet) is preferably 2mm or more, more preferably 5mm or more, and further preferably 20mm or less, and even more preferably 15mm or less.
In the diaper 1A, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the skin-facing surface 31A of the outer sheet 31 and the non-skin-facing surface 32b of the inner sheet 32 each have a colored portion 40 having a different ground color from the background color. More specifically, the outer sheet 31 has the colored portion 40 over the entire region of the surface facing the inner sheet 32 in the other portion than the non-joined portion 312, and the inner sheet 32 has the colored portion 40 over the entire region of the surface facing the outer sheet 31, which is the non-skin-facing surface, so that the colored portion 40 is not exposed to either of the sheets 31 and 32. That is, in the diaper 1A, the entire laminate of the outer sheet 31 and the inner sheet 32, which is the main body forming the outer shape of the diaper 1A, is colored in a color different from the ground color, and the colored portion is present at the interface between the two sheets 31 and 32 constituting the laminate and is not exposed to the outside. The colored portion 40 of each of the skin-facing surface 31a of the outer layer sheet 31 and the non-skin-facing surface 32b of the inner layer sheet 32 is the same color as the colored portion 40 of the folded portion 310. In the diaper 1A, the main body end fixing piece 5 is not colored and maintains the ground color, but may be colored by applying printing ink or the like to the entire region other than the skin-facing surface.
In the diaper 1A having this configuration, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the entire outer package 3, which is the main body forming the outer shape of the diaper 1A, exhibits a color different from the ground color, and the main body includes a laminate of a plurality of (2) colored sheets 31, 32, so that the colored color appears relatively dark when the diaper 1A is viewed from the outside, and the design is high. When the inner surface of the diaper 1A, i.e., the skin-facing surface, is viewed visually, the non-colored portion 41 (non-joined portion 312) that holds the ground color, which is the end region of the folded portion 310, extends in the lateral direction Y in the waist region D with the colored portion 40 of the outer package 3, which is the body portion having the dark color, as a background, and is therefore conspicuous by the contrast with the colored portion 40. Therefore, the non-colored portion 41 can be used as a mark for positioning when the diaper 1A is worn at a correct wearing position. Further, since the non-skin-facing surface 31b of the outer sheet 31 forming the outer surface of the diaper 1A and the skin-facing surface 310a of the folded portion 310 forming the inner surface of the diaper 1A which comes into contact with the skin of the wearer and the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner sheet 32 do not have the colored portion 40, a problem that the printing ink constituting the colored portion 40 is transferred to the skin or clothes of the wearer to stain the skin or clothes of the wearer, that is, so-called transfer dyeing, is effectively prevented.
The non-colored portion 41 in the folded portion 310 of the outer layer sheet 31 exhibits a base color that the outer layer sheet 31 originally has, and the base color is not particularly limited and is usually white. The ground color of not only the outer sheet 31 but also other constituent members of the diaper 1A is usually white. The color of the colored portion 40 may be a color that can be distinguished from the background color appearing on the non-colored portion 41 upon visual observation, and any color may be selected. For example, when the ground color of each component of the diaper 1A is white, red, blue, yellow, or the like can be selected as the color of the colored portion 40. The colored portion 40 can be formed by printing the constituent members of the diaper 1A such as the outer layer sheet 31 and the inner layer sheet 32 by a known method.
In the diaper 1A, the length of the non-colored portion 41 (the length in the longitudinal direction X) which is the end region of the folded portion 310 of the outer sheet 31 is the same in the front side portion a and the back side portion C when viewed in the longitudinal direction X, but instead of this configuration, the length of the non-colored portion 41 may be different in the front side portion a and the back side portion C. The "length of the non-colored portion 41 is different between the front side portion a and the back side portion C" in this description, and includes not only a form in which both the front side portion a and the back side portion C have the non-colored portion 41 but also a form in which only one of the front side portion a and the back side portion C has the non-colored portion 41 and the other does not have the non-colored portion. With this structure, the front and rear side portions a and C can be easily distinguished from each other, and therefore, the diaper 1A can be effectively prevented from being worn with the front and rear thereof being misaligned. The length of the non-colored portion 41 in the longitudinal direction X may be longer in the ventral portion a than in the dorsal portion C, or vice versa.
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 5 to 8. In the other embodiments described below, the components different from those of the diaper 1A are mainly described, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted. The description of the diaper 1A applies appropriately to the constituent parts not specifically described.
In the diaper 1B shown in fig. 5, the longitudinal end edge 32E of the inner layer sheet 32 is positioned closer to the crotch portion B than the end edge 310E of the folded portion 310 of the outer layer sheet 31, and the outer layer sheet 31 is joined to face each other via the adhesive 35 without overlapping the folded portion 310 with the inner layer sheet 32. In the diaper 1B, the inner sheet 32 does not overlap the folded portion 310, and the body end fixing sheet 5 overlaps the folded portion 310. That is, as shown in fig. 5, the non-skin-facing surface 310b of the end region including the end edge 310E in the longitudinal direction X of the folded-back portion 310 faces the skin-facing surface of the end region including the end edge in the longitudinal direction X on the waist end edge AE side of the main body end fixing sheet 5, and the folded-back portion 310 overlaps the main body end fixing sheet 5 at the facing portion. The non-skin-facing surface 310b of the folded-back portion 310 including the end region of the end edge 310E is not joined to the end region of the end edge including the longitudinal direction X of the opposing main body end fixing piece 5, and the whole is the non-joined portion 312 and the non-colored portion 41. The main body end fixing sheet 5 has a non-skin-facing surface (in fig. 5, the skin-facing surface 31a of the outer sheet 31 and the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner sheet 32) bonded to the non-skin-facing surface over substantially the entire region thereof with an adhesive 35. In addition, the abdomen-side portion and the back-side portion of the diaper 1B shown in fig. 5 are also configured in the same manner as the abdomen-side portion. The diaper 1B also exhibits the same effects as the diaper 1A. However, in the diaper 1B, the colored sheet overlapping the non-colored portion 41 (non-joined portion 312) of the folded-back portion 310 in a plan view is only 1 outer sheet 31, whereas the colored sheet in the diaper 1A is 2 sheets in total of the outer sheet 31 and the inner sheet 32, and thus the color that becomes the background when the non-colored portion 41 is viewed visually is darker than the diaper 1B, and therefore the visibility of the non-colored portion 41 in the diaper 1A is better by the contrast with the dark background color thereof.
In the diaper 1C shown in fig. 6, the folded-back portion 310 of the outer sheet 31 is joined over the entire non-skin-facing surface 310b to the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner sheet 32, which is the surface facing the non-skin-facing surface 310b, with the adhesive 35, and is a colored portion 40 having a different ground color from the folded-back portion 310, and does not have the non-colored portion 41. Accordingly, in the diaper 1C, the main body end fixing sheet 5 as the "closest skin sheet" located closest to the skin of the wearer similarly to the folded portion 310 of the outer sheet 31 is partially joined to the surface opposite thereto and has a non-colored portion, whereby the same operational effects as those of the folded portion 310 in the diaper 1A can be obtained. That is, in the diaper 1C, as shown in fig. 6, the non-skin-facing surface 5b of the main body end fixing sheet 5 has a joined portion 51 and a non-joined portion 52 to the surface (the skin-facing surface 32a of the inner layer sheet 32 in fig. 6) facing the non-skin-facing surface 5b, and has a colored portion 40 and a non-colored portion 41 having a different ground color from the main body end fixing sheet 5, and the non-joined portion 52 is located in the end portion region of the main body end fixing sheet 5 including the end edge 5E in the longitudinal direction X and includes the non-colored portion 41. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the non-joint portion 52 has the non-colored portion 41 over the entire region in plan view. In addition, fig. 6 shows the abdomen-side portion of the diaper 1C, and the back-side portion is also configured in the same manner as the abdomen-side portion. The diaper 1C can also exhibit the same effects as those of the diaper 1A.
The diaper 1D shown in fig. 7 and 8 is a so-called open-type disposable diaper having a liquid-permeable front sheet 11 forming an inner surface which is a skin-facing surface of the diaper 1D, a liquid-impermeable or water-repellent back sheet 12 forming an outer surface which is a non-skin-facing surface of the diaper 1C, and an absorbent body 13 disposed between the two sheets 11, 12, and has a front side portion a, a crotch portion B, and a back side portion C in the longitudinal direction X, a pair of fastening tapes 14, 14 at both side edge portions of the back side portion C along the longitudinal direction X, and a fixed region 15 for fixing the fastening tape 14 at the non-skin-facing surface of the front side portion a. Further, side sheets 16 for fixing the elastic member 17 to one side edge portion in an extended state are disposed on both side portions of the diaper 1D in the longitudinal direction X, respectively, so that a pair of three-dimensional gathers are formed in the crotch portion B when worn. Further, the elastic members 18 are disposed in an extended state along the longitudinal direction X in the left and right leg portions disposed around the legs of the wearer, and thereby a pair of leg gathers are formed in the leg portions when worn.
As shown in fig. 8, the back sheet 12 includes a laminated body of an outer sheet 120 relatively distant from the absorbent body 13 and an inner sheet 121 relatively close to the absorbent body 13. The outer sheet 120 is located at a position farthest from the skin of the wearer, and forms the outer surface of the diaper 1D. The inner sheet 121 has substantially the same length as the absorbent body 13 in the transverse direction Y, whereas the outer sheet 120 has a length longer than the length of the inner sheet 121 in the transverse direction Y, covers the entire region of the non-skin-facing surface of the inner sheet 121, extends outward in the transverse direction Y from both side edges of the inner sheet 121 in the longitudinal direction X, and forms side flaps together with the side sheets 16. Various nonwoven fabrics can be used as the outer layer sheet 120 in order to obtain a good texture, and a resin film or a laminate sheet of a resin film and a nonwoven fabric can be used as the inner layer sheet 121 in order to secure leakage resistance.
The back sheet 12, more specifically, the outer layer sheet 120 is a main body portion that forms the outer shape of the diaper 1D, and naturally, is also a main body portion that forms the outer shape of each of the stomach portion a, the crotch portion B, and the back portion C. That is, the outer sheet 120 has the largest area among all the components of the diaper 1D, and forms the outer shape of the diaper 1D in an expanded and stretched state as shown in fig. 7, and the peripheral edge of the outer sheet 120 forms the contour line of the diaper 1D in this state, that is, the contour line of each of the stomach portion a, the crotch portion B, and the back portion C.
In the diaper 1D, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, only the outer sheet 120 forming the non-skin-facing surface of the back sheet 12 has the colored portion 40, and other components such as the front sheet 11 and the side sheet 16 that cover the back sheet 12 are not colored, being positioned closer to the skin of the wearer than the back sheet 12. In the outer-layer sheet 120, the colored portion 40 is present over the entire skin-facing surface 120a, and the non-skin-facing surface 120b of the outer-layer sheet 120 forming the outer surface of the diaper 1D is not colored. That is, in the diaper 1D, the entire outer sheet 120, which is the main body forming the outer shape thereof, exhibits a color different from the ground color due to the colored portion 40 existing over the entire skin-facing surface 120a, and the colored portion 40 is covered with another component such as the topsheet 11 or the side sheet 16 and is not exposed.
In the diaper 1D, as shown in fig. 7, the belt-shaped skin closest piece 19 located closest to the skin of the wearer is disposed so as to extend in the lateral direction Y on the skin-facing surface of the main body portion of each of the front and back side portions a, C. The skin proximal sheet 19 has a rectangular shape elongated in the lateral direction Y in plan view, and is continuous over the entire length in the lateral direction Y of each of the ventral portion a and the dorsal portion C. The skin closest sheet 19 overlaps with the end of the absorbent body 13 in the longitudinal direction X in plan view. The length in the longitudinal direction X of the skin closest sheet 19, that is, the width is preferably 20mm or more, more preferably 30mm or more, and preferably 150mm or less, and more preferably 130mm or less.
The non-skin-facing surface of the skin closest sheet 19 in each of the abdomen-side portion a and the back-side portion C has a joining portion 191 and a non-joining portion 192 with respect to the surface opposite to the non-skin-facing surface (i.e., the skin-facing surface of the topsheet 11 and the skin-facing surface of the side sheet 16), and has a colored portion 40 and a non-colored portion 41 having a different ground color from the skin closest sheet 19, and the non-joining portion 192 includes the non-colored portion 41 and is located in an end portion region of the skin closest sheet 19 including the end edge 190E located on the crotch portion B side. In the diaper 1D, the non-joined portion 192 has the non-colored portion 41 over the entire region in plan view. The structure of the skin closest sheet 19 including the joint portions 191 and the non-joint portions 192, and the colored portions 40 and the non-colored portions 41 can be set to be the same as the structure of the folded portion 310, and the joint portions 191 and the non-joint portions 192 of the skin closest sheet 19 can be the same as the joint portions 311 and the non-joint portions 312 of the folded portion 310. When the skin-facing surface, which is the inner surface of the diaper 1D, is viewed visually, the non-colored portion 41 (non-joined portion 192) which is the end region of the skin closest to the sheet 19, i.e., which retains the ground color, extends in the lateral direction Y in the abdomen-side portion a and the back-side portion C with the colored portion 40 of the outer sheet 120, which is the main body portion, which is a color different from the ground color, as a background, and therefore, exists conspicuously due to the contrast with the colored portion 40. Therefore, the non-colored portion 41 can be used as a mark for positioning when the diaper 1D is worn at a correct wearing position. The diaper 1D also exhibits the same effects as the diaper 1A.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be modified as appropriate. For example, in the diaper 1A, the folded-back portion 310 of the outer layer sheet 31 and the main body end fixing sheet 5 are present as the "closest skin sheet" located closest to the skin of the wearer, and only the folded-back portion 310 has the joint portion 311 and the non-joint portion 312 with the surface opposite to the non-skin-facing surface 310b on the non-skin-facing surface 310b thereof, and has the colored portion 40 and the non-colored portion 41 having the ground color different from that of the folded-back portion 310, but the main body end fixing sheet 5 may have the joint portion and the non-joint portion with the surface opposite to the non-skin-facing surface on the non-skin-facing surface thereof, and the colored portion and the non-colored portion having the ground color different from that of the main body end fixing sheet 5, similarly to the configuration of the folded-back portion 310. That is, the structure of the main body end fixing sheet 5 of the diaper 1C may be applied to the diaper 1A, and in this case, the structure including the joined portion and the non-joined portion and the colored portion and the non-colored portion of the main body end fixing sheet 5 may be set to be the same as the structure of the folded portion 310.
