Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a connection assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a slide rail mechanism 12 and a bracket device 14, and preferably, the connection assembly 10 further includes another bracket device 16, and the bracket device 14 and the another bracket device 16 are connected to the slide rail mechanism 12. Preferably, the bracket device 14 and the other bracket device 16 are located adjacent to the rear and front of the slide rail mechanism 12 through a support rail section 18 on one side of the slide rail mechanism 12, respectively. Herein, the other bracket device 16 is fixedly connected to the support rail 18, and the bracket device 14 is movably connected to the support rail 18 through a support channel 22 of at least one support frame 20 mounted to the support rail 18, but is not limited to the embodiment. The bracket device 14 includes a bracket 24, a stopper 26, and a fitting 28. The bracket 24 includes a side wall 30, an end wall 32 substantially perpendicular to the side wall 30, and at least one mounting member 34 disposed on the end wall 32.
As shown in fig. 2, the stop 26 is movably mounted to the bracket 24. Herein, the stopper 26 is pivoted to the bracket 24 via a pin 31. The stopper 26 has a first supporting portion 33; on the other hand, the supporting frame 20 has a second supporting portion 35. Further, the support frame 20 is displaceable relative to the bracket 24. When the supporting frame 20 is operated to be located at a first position P1 relative to the bracket 24, the second supporting portion 35 of the supporting frame 20 is used to support the first supporting portion 33 of the stopper 26, so that the stopper 26 is located at an unlocking position L1 (also referred to as a position) relative to the end wall 32 of the bracket 24.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the supporting frame 20 is operated to move from the first position P1 to a second position P2 in a first direction D1 with respect to the bracket 24, the second supporting portion 35 of the supporting frame 20 fails to support the first supporting portion 33 of the stopper 26, so that the stopper 26 is no longer in the unlocked position L1 with respect to the end wall 32 of the bracket 24, for example, the stopper 26 is deflected at an angle from the unlocked position L1 to move to a locked position L2.
Preferably, one of the bracket 24 and the support bracket 20 includes a guide feature 38, through which the guide feature 38 facilitates displacement of the support bracket 20 relative to the bracket 24. Here, for example, the upper portion 40a and the lower portion 40b of the sidewall 30 of the bracket 24 define a guide channel 42, so that the supporting frame 20 can move relative to the bracket 24 through the guide channel 42. Preferably, the bracket device 14 further comprises a limiting structure 44, and the supporting frame 20 and the bracket 24 can be displaced relative to each other within a limited range through the limiting structure 44. Here, the limiting structure 44 may be a long hole with a boundary, and a connecting member 46 penetrates through a portion of the limiting structure 44 to connect the supporting frame 20 to the side wall 30 of the bracket 24.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the fitting 28 is at a predetermined position F of the bracket device 14, the catch 26 cannot be swung from the unlocked position L1 to the locked position L2. Here, the fitting 28 is detachably attached to the predetermined position of the bracket device 14, for example. The predetermined position F is located on one of the supporting frame 20 and the bracket 24. For example, the predetermined position is located on the support 20. Further, the support bracket 20 includes a first mounting feature 48, and the accessory 28 includes a first portion 29a, a second portion 29b, and an intermediate portion 29c between the first portion 29a and the second portion 29b, wherein a second mounting feature 50 is disposed on one of the first portion 29a and the second portion 29b, in this embodiment, the second mounting feature 50 is disposed on the first portion 29a, and the accessory 28 is detachably mounted to the first mounting feature 48 through the second mounting feature 50 to be located at the predetermined position F. The first mounting feature 48 and the second mounting feature 50 can be concave (hole) or convex, or a matching structure of convex or concave (hole), and the implementation is not limited.
When the fitting 28 is mounted at the predetermined position F, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the first portion 29a of the fitting 28 is located at one side of the supporting frame 20, the second portion 29b of the fitting 28 is located at one side of the sliding rail mechanism 12, and the middle portion 29c of the fitting 28 is inserted between the supporting frame 20 and the sliding rail mechanism 12. Further, when the fitting 28 is mounted at the predetermined position F, a first blocking feature 52 (also referred to as a blocking feature) may cooperate with the fitting 28 such that the fitting 28 is blocked by the first blocking feature 52 to prevent the support bracket 20 from being displaced from the first position P1 to the second position P2 in the first direction D1 relative to the bracket 24. For example, the first stop feature 52 is located on the bracket 24, and a wall of the lower portion 40b of the bracket 24 serves as the first stop feature 52, thereby preventing the support bracket 20 from being displaced relative to the bracket 24, e.g., preventing the support bracket 20 from being displaced relative to the bracket 24 from the first position P1 to the second position P2, such that the stopper 26 cannot be deflected from the unlocked position L1 to the locked position L2. In alternative embodiments, the fitting 28 can also be coupled to the bracket 24, and the first stop feature 52 can be located on the support bracket 20, without limitation.
As shown in fig. 8, the bracket device 14 may be adapted to be mounted to a mast 54. Wherein the accessory 28 is not already in the predetermined position F of the bracket device 14, e.g., the accessory 28 has been removed from the first mounting feature 48 of the support bracket 20. Further, the bracket 24 can be mounted to a hole 56 of the mast 54 through the at least one mounting member 34 such that the end wall 32 of the bracket 24 abuts the mast 54 and the support bracket 20 is in the first position P1 relative to the bracket 24. The second supporting portion 35 of the supporting frame 20 is used for supporting the first supporting portion 33 of the stopper 26, so that the stopper 26 is located at the unlocking position L1.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the stop 26 can be operated to be located at the unlocked position L1 or the locked position L2. For example, the supporting frame 20 can be operated to move relative to the bracket 24 from the first position P1 to the first direction D1 toward the mast 54 to the second position P2, in the process, the supporting frame 20 can be used to drive the stopper 26 to move from the unlocking position L1 to the locking position L2, so that the stopper 26 can lock the mast 54 at the locking position L2, so that the bracket 24 can be mounted on the mast 54. For example, when the supporting frame 20 is displaced in the first direction D1, the supporting frame 20 can drive the stopper 26 through the contact between the second supporting portion 35 and the first supporting portion 33.
Preferably, one of the first supporting portion 33 and the second supporting portion 35 has a guiding section 58. When the supporting frame 20 is operated to move relative to the bracket 24 from the second position P2 to the second direction D2 (opposite to the first direction D1) to the first position P1, the guiding portion 58 can contact the first supporting portion 33 to bring the stopper 26 from the locked position L2 to the unlocked position L1. Wherein, the guiding section 58 is one of an inclined surface or an arc surface.
As shown in fig. 10-13, the coupling assembly 10 is adapted to be mounted to a rack. Wherein the frame has the mast 54 and another mast 60. Specifically, the bracket 24 of the bracket device 14 can be mounted to the hole 56 of the mast 54 through the at least one mounting member 34, and the supporting frame 20 can be operated from the first position P1 to move in the first direction D1 to the second position P2 relative to the bracket 24, in the process, the supporting frame 20 can drive the stopper 26 to move from the unlocking position L1 to the locking position L2 through the contact between the second supporting portion 35 and the first supporting portion 33, so that the bracket 24 can be mounted to the mast 54. On the other hand, the other bracket device 16 can be mounted to the other hole 64 of the other column 60 in the second direction D2 through at least one other mounting member 62, wherein for the sake of brevity, the description thereof is omitted here.
As shown in FIG. 14, the attachment assembly 10 is mountable to a mast 54 and another mast 60 via the bracket device 14 and the another bracket device 16, respectively.
From the above description, it can be seen that the enhanced efficacy and advantages of the present invention are:
a. when the fitting 28 is in a predetermined position, the stopper 26 is not arbitrarily moved away from a position (e.g., the unlocking position L1).
b. When the fitting 28 is not in the predetermined position, the operator can complete the assembly 10 to the two posts 54, 60 of the rack by a single person in front of the rack, which is very convenient and fast to operate.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the present specific embodiments, it will be recognized by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are illustrative only, and various equivalent changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore, it is intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications as fall within the true spirit of the invention.
