Taking the transmission rate as an example, if the transmission rate of the current network is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the first threshold, or is within the range of the first threshold, the current network satisfies the transmission condition, otherwise, the transmission condition is not satisfied. Taking the transmission delay as an example, if the transmission delay of the current network is less than or equal to the upper limit of the first threshold, or is within the range of the first threshold, the current network satisfies the transmission condition, otherwise, the transmission condition is not satisfied.

if the transmission condition is not met, second input information is obtained; when the transmission condition is satisfied again, third input information is obtained, and the third input information and associated information matched with the second input information are transmitted together, wherein the associated information is the second input information, and the type of the third input information is the same as that of the associated information, so that a receiving party receives the third input information and the associated information; accelerating to play the associated information; after the associated information is played, playing the third input information; or, the associated information is conversion information of the second input information, and the third input information and the associated information are of different types, so that the receiver adopts a first output module to play the third input information; simultaneously, a second output module is adopted to play the associated information;
wherein the third input information is the same type of information as the first input information.
2. The information processing method of claim 1, wherein monitoring whether a transmission condition is satisfied comprises:
acquiring transmission parameters of a current network;
determining whether the transmission parameter meets a first threshold; if the transmission parameter meets the first threshold, the transmission condition is met; if the transmission parameter does not meet the first threshold, the transmission condition is not met.
