Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for detecting the quality of electric wires and cables, which can solve the problem of how to detect the quality of electric wires and cables on site to improve the safety of a power system in the prior art.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the concept of the present invention, the following detailed description of the invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the detailed description of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for detecting quality of a wire and a cable according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101: and acquiring the resistance of the whole wire cable to be detected and the length of the whole wire cable to be detected.
Firstly, acquiring the resistance of the whole wire cable to be detected currently used;
specifically, the voltage of the whole wire cable to be detected which is installed in the construction site can be obtained according to the voltmeter, then the current of the whole wire cable to be detected which is installed in the construction site is obtained by the ammeter, and finally the resistance of the whole wire cable to be detected is calculated according to the ohm law. The resistance measurement of the whole wire cable to be detected is realized by utilizing the voltmeter and the ammeter, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a connection mode of an entire wire and cable to be detected provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, because it is considered that an entire wire and cable 20 in a construction site is already laid, and it is difficult to directly measure a single phase when the length of the entire wire and cable 20 is too long, as a preferred embodiment, obtaining the resistance of the entire wire and cable 20 to be detected is specifically: and obtaining the resistance according to a four-electrode method and an opposite-end short-circuit method.
In practical application, the whole electric wire 20 to be detected has three-phase cables, and the process is described in detail by taking the measurement of the resistance of one-phase cable in the whole electric wire 20 to be detected as an example, fig. 2 shows a resistance measurement mode of an a-phase cable in the whole electric wire 20 to be detected, and firstly, the AC-phase cable and the AB-phase cable at the first end 1 of the whole electric wire 20 to be detected are separately short-circuited; then, applying a proper direct current I between the AC phase cables at the second end 2 of the whole wire cable 20 to be detected, namely, connecting an ammeter A1 between the AC phase cables, and taking the B phase cable at the second end 2 of the whole wire cable 20 to be detected as a voltage measuring lead end, namely, connecting a voltmeter V between the AB phase cables, and measuring the voltage U at the two ends of the A phase cable; and then, determining the resistance value of the A-phase cable through ohm's law, wherein the calculation formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0001731604430000041
the resistance calculation of other two-phase cables is the same as that of the other two-phase cables, and is not repeated herein, and the resistance of the whole to-be-detected wire cable 20 can be obtained in this way, so that the influence of other contact resistances can be effectively avoided. Of course, in practical application, besides the measurement of the resistance of the whole wire and cable 20 to be detected by using the ammeter and the voltmeter, the measurement of the resistance of the whole wire and cable 20 to be detected can be realized by using other instruments meeting the requirements, for example, the resistance of the whole wire and cable 20 to be detected is directly measured by using the resistance measuring instrument, which is not described herein again.
Secondly, the length of the whole cable to be detected which is used currently is obtained;
as a preferred embodiment, the length of the wire and cable to be detected is obtained by: the length is obtained by controlling the pulse signal generator and the pulse signal receiver. The accuracy of the length of the wire and the cable to be detected is high, and the method is simple and convenient to use.
Specifically, firstly, a pulse signal generator and a pulse signal receiver are installed at a first end of an electric wire cable to be detected, and then the pulse signal generator is controlled to inject a low-voltage pulse signal with a certain frequency between a conductor and a shielding layer at the first end of the electric wire cable to be detected, as a preferred embodiment, the pulse signal generator can be selected from a CN61M/MTPG pulse signal generator; the pulse signal receiver can be selected from GMG. In practical application, the pulse width injected can be adjusted according to the approximate length of the whole wire to be detected; when the low pressure pulse signal in the whole wire cable of examining to examine electric wire meets the unmatched point of wave impedance, can produce the reflection, return to the pulse signal receiver of the whole wire cable of examining to examine first end department of electric wire cable, then can send received reflection signal to relevant processing module and carry out analysis processes, realize length measurement through the time difference that detects reflection signal and transmission signal, finally obtain the whole length of examining to examine electric wire cable, the length computational formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0001731604430000051
Δt=t2-t1
where Δ t is the time difference between the transmitted signal and the first reflected signal or two adjacent reflected signals, t1And t2The time difference between two adjacent signals or the sending time of a transmitted signal and the receiving time of the first reflected signal are respectively received, and v is the propagation speed of the signal in the electric wire and the cable. The length accuracy of the whole wire cable to be detected acquired by adopting the method is high. Of course, except for adopting the pulse method to obtain the length of the whole wire cable to be detected, the length of the corresponding wire cable can be obtained through other modes before the whole wire cable is used, then the mark is made at a certain position of the wire cable, the later period is directly used, and the specific adoption of which mode is realized can be realized according to the actual situationThe present invention is not limited to the case determination.
And calculating the resistivity of the whole cable to be detected according to the resistance and the length.
After the resistance and the length of the whole wire cable to be detected are obtained, the resistivity of the whole wire cable to be detected can be calculated according to a formula:
Figure BDA0001731604430000061
wherein R is the resistivity of the whole wire cable to be tested, R is the resistance of the whole wire cable to be tested obtained by field test, and S is the length of the whole wire cable to be tested.
S103: and judging whether the resistivity is in a preset range, if so, entering step S104, and if not, entering step S105.
S104: determining that the corresponding wire cable to be detected meets the requirements;
s105: and determining that the corresponding wire and cable to be detected does not meet the requirements.
After the electric conductivity of the whole wire cable to be detected is calculated, whether the electric resistivity is in a preset range or not is judged, the preset range can be determined according to actual conditions, when the calculated electric conductivity of the whole wire cable to be detected is in the preset range, the quality of the whole wire cable to be detected is satisfied, and when the calculated electric conductivity of the whole wire cable to be detected is not in the preset range, the quality of the whole wire cable to be detected is not satisfied. In practical application, in order to facilitate the relevant personnel to timely know the quality detection condition of the whole wire cable to be detected, after the corresponding whole wire cable to be detected is determined not to meet the requirements, the relevant modules can be controlled to display corresponding prompt information. For example, a message indicating that the quality of the wire and cable is not satisfactory and that the wire and cable should be processed is displayed. After the corresponding wire cable to be detected meets the requirements, corresponding prompt information can be displayed. For example, a prompt message of "the quality of the electric wire and cable meets the requirement, please use it securely" is displayed, and of course, in practical application, the alarm device may be controlled to alarm and prompt related personnel, and what kind of mode is specifically adopted for prompting may be determined according to practical situations, which is not limited in the present invention.
In the prior art, the quality of wires and cables which are not put into use can be detected only in a laboratory environment, the quality of the whole wire and cable can be evaluated only according to the quality of local wires and cables, and the detection accuracy is low, so that the wires and cables which are finally used in a construction site still have serious quality problems, and the safety of a power system can be influenced.
